I had read some reviews with some reviews which had low ratings recently and whilst it was ominous, we were still hoping for the best despite this. Unfortunately, the negative reviews were accurate in their concerns and the whole experience was extremely disappointing. Food: Disappointing is the best way I can summarise it all as it wasn't great. For a sushi and tapas all you can eat, we were hoping that we could've had more of a selection as on the whole we felt that it was rather limited even though we did try most of it. The best thing on the menu were salmon, the beef and the fried chicken but they were still just okay at best. Service: The first waiter that we had was really nice, courteous and patient with us as he explained the menu. However, we also had one instance with a waitress who was extremely rude to us which entirely mired the experience as well as didn't make an effort to tell us when to leave, and tried to kick us out. They also didn't communicate clearly with us that we were near the end of our service and it unfortunately left a strong impression on me and my friend who filed a complaint to the manager. Fortunately, what salvaged this situation a little was the manager who we felt handled things well so I appreciated the manager and the first male waiter as stated in the first paragraph as they both were helpful, courteous and understanding. Atmosphere: Unfortunately, for a Friday night this was also extremely muted as well. Perhaps it was because we were sitting on the bottom floor, but it was just us and one other family when we were there. It's a shame, because this venue could've been absolutely electric. We were hoping that we could've had a wonderful experience with the games provided and the all you can eat but this place unfortunately did not deliver that.

Good value on the all you can eat sushi but the quality is not very high. Sushi arrived suspiciously fast and the fillings did not taste very fresh, for example the tempura batter was rubbery and fish had little flavor and was very fatty. The sushi were missing ingredients listed on the menu (e.g., dragon roll was 1/3 size and simplified), and would often arrive broken on the plates. However, Maria was a lovely server and can't fault the value.

This was an interesting experience, but probably won't be returning. My mother-in-law booked this place in advance for the experience. They offer an all you can eat option and have an interesting concept of a gaming table. When we got there, we were seated in a very dark area, were showed how to work the table, and given a quick tour on how to use the table screens to order. For unlimited dining, there aren't enough good options for us to choose from. You're alotted 3 items per person, but it was hard to even decide on three options each because the options available weren't that appealing. Another thing to keep in mind is that with the table gaming options, the screens don't really work that well. It's very hard to navigate (even with ordering food) and when you're food does come out, you really can't play any more games because the plates halt the functioning of the screen. The only things that were really good were the drinks. They had a few good options with some great flavors. For the price, they could have probably been stronger, but at least they tasted good. Won't be returning but I do think that others might find this to be enjoyable. Unlimited option is definitely not worth the price, so please be aware of that.

Cool concept ruined by bad staff and lack of cleanliness. Key points: Ordering from the table using a touchscreen is great, however the table wasn't clean, especially the touchscreen "mouse" area hasn't been cleaned in a while. We like to look up the menu before going places, but the actual menu was less than half of what's shown online. The waitress was rude when a wrong item that we didn't order was brought to the table, and dropped off the bill we didn't ask for yet, while we were still waiting for dessert. Not even a "would you like anything else", just slapped it on the table in front of us. In a place this fancy, where you leave triple digits of money for 2 people, and still leave hungry, you'd think they would at least keep the toilets clean and not be completely out of toilet paper in the middle of the day on Saturday. Was meant to be a special anniversary outing for us, instead it was a waste of time and money. Ended up leaving hungry and going to wagamama, where the service was actually stellar and proper cleanliness standards maintained, all for much less money and pretence.

We had an okay experience at Inamo. The food was pretty good. I didn’t enjoy it as much as some others in my group. They were out of a lot of options as well which was frustrating. The wait staff was basically not there. They didn’t tell us the whole group ordered off just one board so we all were adding things. The boards themselves were clunky. The little games were okay but didn’t work well. The idea is good just the technology behind it was bad. I wouldn’t go back.

We were gifted the bottomless sushi as a Christmas present. I did read the reviews before we went and so was already expecting to be disappointed and very much was. The restaurant is very dark. The staff member showed us to our table and explained how the screens worked. She then left us to it and when I say that I wanted to smash the screen through frustration...!!! I could not scroll down to the bottom of the menu without accidentally opening up a food item. The bottomless menu is quite limited. We ordered 6 dishes as suggested. I wanted a tap water which wasn't on the menu so used the 'call service' button twice but nobody came. Eventually I managed to call someone over but that defeats the point of the feature. Once your food has arrived, you have to push all the plates out of the way in order to use the screens again. We tried playing ping pong but the lag was too delayed so that was pointless. As it was a paid for gift and the restaurant had the voucher code, we got up to leave at which point the waiter said there is usually a service charge..... What service?! Quality of food was below average, we enjoyed the Szechuan chicken but that was pretty much it. Was most looking forward to the pork belly but that was 'unavailable'. *food has been eaten, this is not how they looked when they arrived!!*

Great food and service. Even though we are in our seventies we enjoyed playing the games. Food was very quick to arrive. I suggest you order just one or two dishes at a time. The instant we pressed the button for assistance a member of staff came. Would recommend this as a pre-theatre dinner as it is an 8 min walk to the Apollo Theatre to see The Time Travellers Wife as we did.

Again we booked this place as an experience day and I do think that impacted on the service and food we received. I generally found it to be uninviting and lacked any warmth or cordiality from the staff. The ordering method which is table tap, is quirky and works well. Unfortunately i did watch one person who hadn't got the hang of the system just sit there desperately trying to snag a staff member to help him order for quite a long period of time. We did notice that strangely the portion of the sushi for our table seemed smaller than for others and the selection is was limited Perhaps that's just the case with experience days. The drinks were expensive and we couldn't find sake on the menu which I thought was odd. I can't say I would rush back to here

Visited for the bottomless sushi and was a great experience and definitely recommended for the quality of the sushi! Tasted amazing and really generous portion sizes on each dish available. Touch table element was different and a fun element to dining to self order as and when you want without having to wait on staff and the games feature is quirky. Quite small for a restaurant so it's definitely cosy but quick turnaround on tables (90minutes for 2 people) so would factor that in for bottomless that it's not one to visit if you're planning to have hours of catchup in between! Would definitely recommend and come back again to try their main a la carte menu too.

What a terrible place to go to. The gimmick of interactive tables wears off quickly . The games are laggy, the table probably hardly ever cleaned is a sticky mess. The food uninspiring and the sushi quality is quite low. The sushi and tapas set menu is a complete failure with very little variety . That was the good part, then we come to the service - wow ! That was terrible. Never ever in my years of dining have I seen service this bad. Absolutely no personable staff. Just dump on to the table and walk away. One staff in particular, Sameeya who we had to specifically complain about was atrocious. We were made aware that she was new, however with that attitude I can't see how she got the job. She blatantly lied to our faces and then stormed off a few times swearing and muttering. The manager in charge waived the service charge, however I'd rather she have fired the lady on the spot. Sorry, not one I would be returning to ever again.

We came here for afternoon tea and we were very disappointed. The fried chicken, shrimp, and skewered beef were unseasoned, and the sushi was more rice than anything else. We weren't even offered tea until we asked for it. The only good part was the raw salmon, which was just okay. The dessert was better than the sushi, and we thought enjoyed the passionfruit and chocolate flavors. The server was nice and the interactive tables are trendy, but the food was disappointing. At least the dessert makes up for the food.

Inamo is a great sushi place. When we arrived, we did not think the place would be the restaurant. It is quite small inside but perfect for an intimate date. We got the Octopus Takoyaki which was two pieces and cost £3-4, they were a good starter. We also got the East meets west roll and I have to say it’s one of the best pieces of sushi I have ever tasted. It was so pretty and so delicious. We also got the Heaven and Hell which was disappointing. The sushi was falling apart and it was not assembled solidly. The sauce on this one was also too much and it was not the greatest sushi. We got a large sharing plate with rice, which was the Sichuan Chicken which was spicy but I really liked it. I was surprised it was so good but the vegetables were undercooked. Each sushi was £15-16 and the large sharing plates ranged from £12-22. Our overall bill was £70 which I think is on the expensive side. The interactive tables are good and you call the waiter, order and pay the bill via the table. You can also play games on the table. Service is good but 1.5 hours feel rushed. 4 stars is fair.

We had a nice time at Inamo. The order concept from the table is nice and efficient (but didn't work when we ordered the bill:/). Food was nice, central London value for money, but expected given the location. A decent option in the area for mainstream Asian food.

I booked a roll your own dragon sushi class with bottomless brunch for myself and two friends as a birthday treat for one of my friends, we had a great time making our own dragon rolls and salmon and avocado sushi rolls it was a really fun experience learning something new but what blew us away the most was the amazing food we got of the with the bottomless brunch, every dish we ordered was perfect the hot and spicy pawn, Korean bbq ribs, sweet and sour chicken, chicken karaage and the spicy salmon sushi rolls among others. we were well looked after by our waitress Eliza we could not ask for a better more attentive waitress. we enjoyed the food and drinks to the fullest and would be recommending the sushi class to our other friends to try and would definitely return for another of Inamo's fun classes and events

We have tried many bottomless deals and this is by far the best we have had so far. Ours was a sushi class followed by bottomless sushi and drinks. The team were fantastic and very helpful and I never once needed to call for help or a top up as the team were on hand to fill the glass and make sure we were fed. Our waiter was Arnold. I wish we could have Arnold in every restaurant as was a kind reader for when we needed him. First class service. Highly recommend for the class, food and drink. Post edit - all the photos are great d the food we made in the class - I was happy with result but the team are sooooo much better

Cool idea where the order screen is on the table but food was pretty average. I visited in 2022 using an experience voucher, but have been reminded to post today by a friend who mentored they had a similar experience to me more recently. Good variety of food on the menu and the ordering was smooth but some of the sushi tasted a little more pungent than I'd expect (we aren't sushi novices). I've added a pic of our receipt so you can see we ate a fair bit! Unfortunately both me and my boyfriend were ill afterwards. I wouldn't say food poisoning level as some other reviews mention, but it was enough to put us off visiting again.

Food was delicious, however it was difficult to get anyone's attention. The screen was a nice touch but they need an upgrade as they aren't very responsive. We did the sushi and tapas all you can eat and left very full. Great value for money!

We got the Bottomless tapas and wasn’t worth any of the food. Most of it was fried and tasteless. Also if you spend more than £70, you need to pay extra. But how do you know how much it costs when it the receipt there are no prices, but just a number at the end.. We didn’t even receive and eat half of the ordered food, cause no one brought it to us, but after that charged us for it. Bad, tasteless and really oily food is what you’re going to get. Not to mention the waters were super rude and arrogant. One of the waiters was bringing us soy sauce for 20 mins.. And that soy sauce was just water. Really bad, don’t waste your time and money in that restaurant. Oh and top of that SERVICE CHARGE of £11.48, just pathetic… I’ll upload the receipt here so you can see what we paid for..

We had a Wowcher for unlimited Asian tapas. And we are a lot! The food was hot and incredibly tasty. The only thing is mark Inamo down for is the speed of which dishes were brought out, the touchscreen display tables were temperamental at times, making simple ordering take a lot longer & the limit of 2 dishes per person per order. Everything else was spot on although one sweet and sour dish we ordered was so late to arrive that we had settled the bill and we're vacating the table when it arrived. Highly recommend this restaurant however, the touchscreen system needs refining and slightly more speedy service. We will be back for sure.

The touch screen and games was different. Didn't like the fact that the restaurant was very dark inside. Food was good. Arrived very quickly. Good service.

Such a fun experience! We went for the unlimited sushi and bottomless drink deal via BuyaGift and were so pleased with the service and food. The games and fun atmosphere are an added extra. Definitely worth a visit! Special shout out to Arnold who provided exemplary service throughout the night🍣🍾

Went for the unlimited set menu. Bang Bang cauliflower was really tasty and so where all the different fried chicken dishes. Beef and mango Gyoza was also really good. The sushi was a bit average at best but I’ve got quite high standards for sushi. The interactive tables are cool but the technology feels a bit old now. Games are quite cool and you’ve got a few two players one. Cocktails were both really nice !

Fairly mediocre food after getting the Groupon voucher. Although we paid £60 for two, the menu was limited with the selection. Food was very average but definitely not worth it if paid full price (£120) as the quality was not quite there. The screen projection, ambience and concept is very interesting however the implementation of the table felt gimmicky after a while with the touch pad at the bottom right of each person. The food itself, if you're Asian or used to dining authentic Asian food (Chinese, Japanese or Korean)regularly, then you will be a little disappointed with the food with regards to some of the techniques.

  • 4/5 Apurv C. 1 year ago on Google
Very funky concept. You place order through the interactive, digital menu which is on the table. You can also play games and place multiple orders. The experience is the main selling point. The food is good, but not something I’d come here again. But definitely it’s good for one visit, especially in a group. We took the unlimited tapas option, we ordered the dumplings, sushi, Singapore noodles, soup. The portions are good, and the flavours are good too but felt a bit too expensive for the whole experience.

  • 3/5 Priya C. 1 year ago on Google
Good vegan options. Loved the presentation, particularly with the dragon roll. Games on the table were fun to play. Great offer with 3 dishes plus comedy night at a big discount but dishes are small and not authentic. Overall, the offer price is worth it but wouldn't visit otherwise.

  • 3/5 Alloysius D. 2 years ago on Google
Decent value for money if you want sushi. The highlight though has to be the interactive menus. You can get unlimited sushi if you book via virgin experiences. Give it a go if you want something fun with your sushi but don't expect something incredible.

The place is fantastic. Modern and sophisticated!! 🍣 🍣 🍣 🤩🤩The service from Arnold was completely outstanding. He welcomed us on the best professional way 🤩🤩 The food is good 😊 You can play, order food and even call the service from the touch table. Unforgettable experience!!! In love with this place 😍😍😍

Bottomless brunch here was good value at £35 - prosecco glass was always kept full, or you can have draught pints of Asahi. The food was all pretty good, with some standout dishes like the bang bang cauliflower, but also some quite strange ones like the five spice fries, which tasted like chips with sugar on. The sushi we had as part of the bottomless menu was not great either. While the service was very efficient, I wouldn't say it was anything other than that - we obviously missed out by not having Jordan serve us, who (literally) every other review seems to mention. The atmosphere was a bit weird too as we were sat in a smaller, windowless room at the back with three other tables. It felt a bit like being in a nightclub, particularly the walk to the toilets. Anyway, the brunch was certainly good fun, and worth the money. Make sure you arrive on time, as the clock starts from the time of your booking, not when you arrive.

  • 5/5 Matthew F. 2 years ago on Google
Good food, and the electronic tabletop menu is convenient. They brought over 1 wrong dish but it wasn't a big deal when you've already paid for all you can eat.

  • 4/5 Jon C. 2 years ago on Google
I have to start this off by saying my waitress made the dinner a success. Maria was amazing!! She was always there to provide us a top up of drinks and helped us learn the ordering system perfectly. You ordered food and drink on the table and it was super easy. Great food and great service.

  • 5/5 Oskar L. 2 years ago on Google
We went for the unlimited sushi with our server (Maria) - the food was delicious, the service even better and the interactive tables made it a fun experience - will definitely be coming back to try the Asian Tapas Menus - highly recommend!

We booked Inamo for our family meal while in London. As we have 2 younger ones in our party we thought the interactive tables element would be fun. We weren't disappointed. I was impressed they worked as often these sorts of things have technical problems. The staff were helpful explaining and demonstrating how to use the tables. We were soon ordering our food and drinks which arrived very quickly. Recommended are is the sushi dragon, beef noodles and schezwan chicken. The kids loved playing the games and watching the kitchen on the chef camera. I would recommend they install a brighter light bulb in the gents as it was almost dark in there! Overall a great lunch and we would happily return.
