We absolutely loved our stay. Every inch of this property has been thought out inside and out and was immaculate. My wife and I stayed over our anniversary and this place was perfect. We loved the pool and hot tub as well. They served pumpkin pancakes for breakfast and they were delicious. When I think of my “happy place” in my mind going forward, this is what will come to mind. We will be back!

This is perhaps one of the most beautiful, unique and amazing bed-and-breakfast we ever stayed at. The owners are wonderful. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the food is unique and delicious, and the people that work here and come here are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Every room is immaculate and they all have a unique story to tell. There is an extraordinary aviary with beautiful birds, and a sumptuous pool for the guest to enjoy. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Timbrook guesthouse is beautiful. The grounds are immaculate, the amenities such as pool, hot tub, and gazebo are well maintained. The home decor has a lot of detail which creates a home inviting atmosphere. However, the implicit rules regarding quite hours and bedtimes make the B+B better suited for those that are looking for quite place to read with pretty surroundings. Walking on eggs shells is the best way we can describe our experience inside the actual home. In summary while it does have some high notes the b+b is guided for the reserved older clientele.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so very much! The Timbrook was so welcoming and cozy, starting with the staff all the way to the amenities. We felt at home at the Timbrook. Not to mention some of the best homemade breakfast we have ever had! This was our second time staying at the Timbrook and we will definitely be making many more visits!

Always the best! Jill makes the most delicious breakfast, working with many allergies. The hospitality is top notch, the house eclectic and comfortable and all around a fantastic place to stay. It's absolutely worth it if you're in the area! We've been staying annually for the past 4 or 5 years now and it never disappoints. We can't wait until our next trip to the Timbrook!

Just returned from an overnight stay at Timbrook for our 20th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have chosen a nicer place to celebrate. This was our first experience staying at a bed and breakfast and it was just perfect! The inn and surroundings are pristine and bursting with character and charm, especially with the holiday decorations. Our room was lovely and the breakfast frittata and accompaniments were yummy! Owner Jill was super friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed chatting with her about the history of the house. If you want beautiful surroundings, delicious food and great hospitality, make sure to visit Timbrook Guesthouse. I know we will be back!

Excellent Bed & Breakfast. Jill & Peter have a beautiful estate, inside and out - and are wonderful hosts. Nothing is left to chance - it is a relaxing experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

This sweet oasis is so close to downtown Columbus. Perched among a hilly overlook with beautiful trees you can find this home where you can relax and take a deep breath. The Guest House hosts are delightful. The rooms are beautifully appointed and there are many nooks and crannies to find to read a book. I'm already craving the asparagus feta cheese frittata and we've already determined that we'll be back in March. What a lovely place!

Jill & Peter have created an phenomenal experience in Columbus, Ohio. Simply the BEST. Beautiful rooms and grounds. Reminded us of our honeymoon in Hawaii, 45 years ago. Jill is a 5 star chef. We’ll definitely return. Mahalo! Debbi & Gary Wheaton

The Timbrook Guesthouse is a must-do when in Columbus. The host, Peter and Jill, have created a tranquil, peaceful environment. It is exceptionally well kept. Breakfast was creative and very tasty. It’s a paradise.

An immersive experience of comfort, natural surroundings, good food, great hosts. An amazing piece of property with pool, spa, aviary, a chicken house, many individual areas for privacy. Wandering, reading or just taking in nature.

Every detail of Timbrook Guesthouse was beautiful, so much character. Our stay was so relaxing, with a beautiful pool and beautiful landscaping, we enjoyed every minute we were able to be there. The rooms there are beautiful and the breakfast was incredible.

I did a 2 night stay for a quick getaway, it was perfect. I will be going again in the future. I do suggest taking your own paper products to wipe up surfaces after use as there are only sporadic placement of tissues available. Also, not many trash receptacles available. I will definitely recommend a stay here.

Jill and Peter are the most gracious hosts! They are kind, courteous and accommodating to everyone’s needs. My boyfriend and I met some of the other guests too which were also delightful. The Timbrook Guesthouse is immaculate! The landscaping is absolutely breathtaking. The pool was so relaxing. I also took the longest, steamiest shower and it never got cold. We had so much fun talking to the parrots. Not only are their feathers colorful, their personalities are too! The breakfast nook was quite cozy where we got served the most delectable gourmet breakfast. It’s even better knowing we got the freshest eggs picked from their very own hens! The breakfast was manna from heaven! I’m so glad I decided to have my birthday staycation at The Timbrook Guesthouse. It is a piece of paradise right here in Columbus not far from me! My friends are excited and can’t wait to experience it themselves. And to top it off I enjoyed a peaceful walk at Antrim park nearby which is a gem in itself. Thank you Jill and Peter! I hope to see you again soon!

I had such a lovely time here!! It was a great getaway and I love every moment of it. The staff was lovely, the Innkeeper Jill, was The. Best! Her home was so inviting and so was her hospitality. The tub in the East wing was heavenly, and the cozy fire place was a nice sit with tea. Food was great and her company when she popped in was warm and not intrusive. I would come back again when I can, would love to see her garden in the warm seasons! A must recommend if your looking to get away or are staying in Columbus!! 🍍🌻🌴

Jill and Peter made us feel like treasured guests in their lovely home. Their hospitality and the delicious breakfasts exceeded our expectations. The rooms are decorated beautifully, with everything designed for guests' comfort. I hope we are fortunate to stay with them again before long. Highly recommend for those who want something special!

The little inn at Timbrook was so very cozy & quaint. The house was prestinely clean, furniture and quirky decor like that of a museum. There was a perfect little reading nook, with views of the property-gardens and bird feeders galore. The host was kind and helpful, we had a delicious breakfast of Panna cotta with fresh fruit, almond crusted French toast, sausage and raspberries AND there was enough room for all the guests to have their own little place to eat. The inn is likely MUCH more enjoyable when the weather is nice so that you can enjoy the pool, the gardens, bonfires, hot tub and most of all the tropical birds who live on the property. The only negatives were that the thermostat was set far too high for our liking and my husband said the bed was too hard for him. It was a wonderful B&B stay otherwise.

Perfect in every way. Do not miss staying at The Timbrook Guesthouse. Wonderful hosts, interesting back story, beautiful surroundings and the food - Oh my. Better than a five star restaurant chef. You won't be sorry. A great anniversary trip or a girls get together. Perfect.

We loved staying at The Timbrook Guesthouse. The house and the property are immaculate: clean, tastefully decorated, and lovingly taken care of. The hosts are very welcoming and kind. Our room had everything we needed for our stay and the bathroom was truly spotless. The breakfast was delicious! We arrived somewhat late, and I used the hot tub to relax. It was great: the tub is easy to access, well lit, clean, hot (! :)! We would love to come back!

Wonderful stay in the Santa Fe room. January cold didn’t stop us from using the hot tub. Awesome fireplace and romantic outside garden lights at night. Super friendly hosts made for a very relaxing mid-week stay.

My stay at Timbrook was outstanding! I was in town for a reunion and wanted someplace close to the area I grew up. My stay at Timbrook exceeded expectations. The breakfasts were delicious, the grounds beautiful, and I found a cozy reading area on a rainy afternoon. It felt more like staying in a friend's home than a hotel. I would highly recommend.
