My ultimate favourite to-go burger place in London. I have already been to a few locations around the city and the meat is always juicy and full of flavour, the bun is soft on the outside and crispy on the inside, and vegetables are always fresh. Not to mention the rosemary fries! However I swapped it once with a salad and wouldn’t do it again. They also have a few plant-based options which are also delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended to all burger lovers, you won’t be disappointed!

Honestly, not that great. The burger is good but too small. Service took quite a while and the most disappointing thing was the rude manager.

This was a fantastic experience, the servers were wonderful, the food was gorgeous, we were still in the middle of ordering and another person came out with our drinks! I was shocked! Overall this was a perfect experience, it should be noted it was also Valentines Day, yet I still felt like we received more then enough attention from the staff. Will definitely be coming back!

Great service and didn't have to wait long for the excellent food. I had the "local" exclusive to southbank. Perfect medium rare and great flavour

It's been a long time since I've had Honest Burgers, and I was not disappointed. I watched Buzzfeed and they said this was the best burger joint in London, and yh, I felt this place was 👌 I had the smash (doubled + bacon) and my other half had the Honest Burger, both juicy patties, fillings, bun, and with the rosemary salted chips it was a bonus. Yum! There's gluten free buns available plus vegetarian and vegan options too, my friends said they are worth a try! There's a selection of beers and wine (local beers included) but opted for the Brooklyn since its the better of all the US beers...

Trendy, but low quality. Food came out very fast, tasted like it had been sitting a while. Tiny burger, buffalo wings tasty but with little meat, rosemary chips were overpowering and crunchy, and very small (I didn't mind this so much, I like scraps, but if you're expecting fries you'll be disappointed). Staff were working through summer holidays rush hour, they were friendly enough but fairly absent until the bill came, then the over-friendliness began. Atmosphere nice enough, attractive interior with good music playing (Goldfrapp). Overall not bad but you'd get the same quality for less money at a Spoons. Oh yeah, AVOID the Mojito. It ain't a mojito, it's a sour watery cordial with lime in it.

Staff were kind and the service was quick as well. The burger comes with the side so it's a good value for money. The only downside was the patty was kinda undercooked for my liking (I got it medium). Fries were a bit too salty but they tasted good. I would visit here again but I'll have the patty medium well next time.

Their burgers are reliably yummy and they have the best seasoned burger joint chips. Inside and outdoor dining available. Child high chairs available. We dined in a Sunday evening at around 7pm and got one of the last remaining two seated tables available. You may have to wait a short while if the restaurant is busy. Homemade lemonade is delicious and refreshing. We were asked about any allergy’s we might have. Takes visa, Mastercard and Amex. A comment for management - your ceiling and air conditioning vents need a good clean. Thick layers of dust.

Honest-ly, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Perfect portion, perfect flavor. The service was great and the restaurant was very clean. Great selection of drinks too!

I have always like honest burger as it usually tasty and worth more than its price. However, this time the burger was a little over cooked. But take a closer look at the photo…thankfully they had a slice of lemon in the cup! That’s a nice expression touch. Also, this outlet plays relatively loud music causing everyone else to raise their voice when talking contributing to the noisy environment. Thankfully I had my noise cancellation headphone! If you are like who prefers a little more peace…maybe try sit outdoor or another outlet. Beef was a little over cooked.

Great price for great tasting food. The staff were super friendly and helpful even though they were clearly busy. We had a table of 6 ppl that arrived at different times and ordered at different times, including a wheelchair user, but they were so accommodating. Great service.

Consistently delicious. Incredible quality. Staff are always attentive even when it's super busy. Food arrives in a good amount of time too! LOVE IT. P.s the rosemary chips are the best chips you're ever going to eat in your life

The burgers were pretty good. The service was not great though - a bit slow and not very nice.

The staff were quite welcoming, and the atmosphere was vibrant. I ordered a whine to go along with my burger, the waitress served my food first and forgot the wine. I was nearly done with my burger, but I still wanted the wine and asked a waitress for a small wine. They ended up charging us for two glasses of wine when they only gave us one, nevertheless we got a refund for it in the end. They were quite busy, but the staff where lovely. The burger itself was bland, I’ve tried Burnt, Bleecker, Burger and Beyond, Black bear burger and many others. This sadly was the saddest burger I’ve had within the past year, there was no flavour, it was lacking salt. All and all, this is the second time I visit a Honest burger and the burger is lacking. Probably the first time I visit a burger a place and do not feel like trying anything else.

Tried the ‘Beyond Burger’ for the first time, and quite surprised to see that it tastes and feels almost like meat! Took a burger with meat (the Southbank burger) for comparison, and it felt that the vegan one tasted more like meat (the veggie bacon tried hard to be like a real one, tasty, but not closer to the real ones, nice attempt though)! And the rosemary chips - too good! Oh and the buffalo wings were amazing!

Fantastic service and very friendly staff. Great atmosphere. We had the chilli burgers with rosemary chips, green salad and coleslaw that were delicious! Thank you for recommending the Botanic Garden G&T, perfect drink before dinner. Can highly recommend.

We had to join a queue but the staff were so quick to get us seated. Service was quick and everyone was so friendly and helpful, you'd be crazy to not leave a tip for them! Food was great too, I enjoyed my meal! The onion rings were huge and tasty and my mum loved her vegan burger and cocktail. Highly recommend here for a casual meal, I'll definitely be back!

The beef burger is good, but rosemary salted chips (fries) aren’t to my taste. That’s partly because I’m not a fan of rosemary but also because they were a little overcooked. Their Burger Beer is good. The double G&T I ordered was weak. I walked away feeling like I drank a £9 soda. Service was good. We waited about 5 minutes for a table, felt slightly rushed to order, and didn’t wait long for the bill when done. It was a busy time (7pm on a Tuesday).

Was here earlier this week, served by Jasmine who was absolutely lovely! She was so sweet, helpful and attentive without being too much. I’m vegan, there were several options for me and I didn’t feel out of place. Food was really, really good and great value too, especially kids menu. Restaurant and bathroom was very clean and tidy too. Thanks for having us!

Service is fantastic, very busy branch and they didn't miss a thing. Buffalo wings were spectacular with meat falling off the bone, amongst the best I've had. The burgers were ok, the Chili was a bit dry and the Singapura had a great texture fried chicken patty but none of the robust, fragrant spicy flavours of South East Asia. Overall good experience and would try again.

Found this spot on Google Maps while trying to find a quick bite to eat with my daughter prior to going for a trip on the London Eye. We were greeted at the door as we arrived and led to a table for two in a very busy establishment. This place is cosy and inviting with an awesome playlist setting the scene for a wonderful experience. We ordered two cheeseburgers, one with coleslaw and one with rosemary fries. Service was quick and friendly. My-oh-my, when those burgers arrived you could see we were in for a treat. My daughter agreed with me when I said that these were of the best burgers we have ever had. The red slaw and rosemary fries just topped off the flavour explosion. Well done, team, I will most definitely be back next time I’m in London!

We had tickets for the National Theatre at 1330. So, weighing up location, price, fussiness of a tween and allergy needs of my other child, we were outside Honest Burger at 1150 and a good thing we were as the place was packed by 1205! Excellent, fast and friendly service. Allergies were efficiently handled. Food came very quickly and was delicious. Any extras we ordered also came swiftly.

I have eaten at this exact branch of Honest Burgers multiple times, and every time it is just as wonderful. The food is perfect, the staff are so attentive. Ate here last night (a crazily busy Saturday just before Christmas), it was a packed restaurant and often in restaurants that means service is slower, but the service remained brilliant. Food was prompt, staff helpful and friendly, couldn’t fault it. The burgers and chips here are the best I’ve ever had.
