The soft play area is not too bad BUT pretty small and unfortunately not open space like other Better centres. Although it’s pretty clean I have to say that lots of small balls are broken. Would be great if area for not walking children will be a bit bigger and not restricted only to ball pool. It’s in the second floor, lift is huge but if not working there is no way how to get in UPDATE 30/12/22 We went here for first session at 10am and I can’t believe how dirty this place is! Food on the floor, balls everywhere, dirty table …. absolutely disgusting. Clearly NO one bothered to clean this place

Very poor experience just trying to get the correct information. Online information isn't very clear. So I tried to call the Ice rink and because it is now part of a leisure centre I was transferred to a central call centre. Having been on hold for absolutely ages, they didn't have a clue!! I was told I couldn't speak to someone at the ice rink directly and was promised a call back. That never happened!!! Currently, online information states that you have to be in and out in an hour. So to cut a long story short you'd be lucky to get 40 minutes on the ice. I didn't bother in the end, I took the kids to an ice rink that was £10 cheaper, yes the money I saved I spent on fuel, but they allowed 15 minutes for collection of skate hire and gave us a full 90 minutes on the ice. It was a lot further away but it was in a much nicer area and the kids came home tired and happy. If I'd committed to this shambles of a leisure centre the kids would have been very disappointed.

This centre located on the high road it has underground parking to the side of the building. It quite moden and spacious. On the premises we have a swimming pool, gym dance studio ice skating ring. Various classes dance, judo, pirates the list is endless and the prices vary. There is a coffee shop just as you enter.

I use the centre for swimming at the weekends. Lovely pool but they really need to sort out their bookings. Some people come here to sit and stand at one end of the pool to have social chats, getting in everyone’s way and taking up space and stopping people from booking who want to actually swim. The staff don’t seem to be bothered by this.

I recommend it for equipment reasons and great space. but the price leaves something to be desired, £60 to use the space. (normal people and times)

Facilities in the Gym are good, only problem is there is an onslaught of school children who arrive and sit on their phones, between 3:30-6PM and render most of the gym inaccessible. They use the machines incorrectly at risk of hurting themselves and their are never staff around to monitor this. It's quite worrying. The lockers in the mens changing room are slowly falling apart and the whole place stinks of urine. The water fountain has been broken for the past two months. I asked staff about this who said they were unaware to be then told that managment are dealing with it. They've just spent a massive amount of money on a rebrand but with no new facilities.

It is such a pity that sessions are so short. Today we queued 20 minutes to get our skates and we didn't have much time left to skate as beginners. Also, there is no music so bit boring. Apart for these to minors. It is an okay experience.

I would definitely recommend coming here. The icerink is a great place to spend a day with friends or family. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the ice is always in great condition. They offer a variety of classes and programs for all ages, so there's something for everyone. A great sized icerink, although it can get quite busy at times.

Great service, lovely crowd on a well maintained ice rink. Good facilities here. They have an ice skate shop, skates also sharpened on site. Great fun for individuals, group and family.

Cafe is great and not just for when you’re hungry after exercise, it’s also really easy to coast into when you have a baby sleeping in a buggy. Nice panini options, drinks and snacks. Hot chocolate is an absolute treat after swimming and it’s all very reasonably priced. Facilities are great with group changing rooms for the pool that work well for families and lots of single and mid sized changing rooms too. Lockable buggy parking (£1 coin needed) and lockers (£1 needed). Haven’t used the ice rink yet but it looks great. The soft play is great for kids and again you have lockable buggy parking on the ground floor or you can leave them in the area by the side of the soft play.

Went skating there for the first time in about 30 years. They have done an amazing job of the place. The staff are all exceptionally nice and helpful. Easy to park and get into the place. Whole family had a wonderfull time. Kudos to the staff 👏.

I visit for the ice rink as this is my home turf when it comes to the ice. I can't vouch for the other facilities as I have not experienced them myself. But they seem to hold a good standard from other people's experiances. The only thing is they do not do no evening sessions to skate which is abit of a bummer. Otherwise full sized ice rink and is never too busy with friendly staff

I don't usually like to complain about places. You would think after booking a session it would be on there sistom. It shouldn't be down to the customer to prove their booking. BUT fair play to them they still let me up. Oh they don't have card payments lockers like everywhere else they have lockers where you need a £1 coin. I don't carry change so I had to chance it and leave my bag in and empty locker.

As much fun as it was when I was 10 years ago! Better have done a great job at combining multiple activities under one roof at streatham. Remember to book online or you might have access issues. Staff are helpful and polite.

Nice location but useless unhelpful staff/receptionists, it's so Hard to get anything done or rectified in person when things go wrong! Also, they literally never respond to phone calls or emails! Utterly Appalling.

This place is adequate and functional - absolutely no-frills. I went for the ice rink. The access gate scanners weren’t working, so after paying we had to wait (while a large queue built up behind us as we waited to be let in as the receptionists were serving other people.) Was annoying as you only get one hour of access so felt like our time l was being wasted! It’s is very basic.. I went a few years ago and noticed that some of the spectator seats were broken - fast forward to present day and they are still broken. And it’s expensive- £9 entry plus £6 skate hire. But it’s a decent sized rink. Can get very busy!

I wish I could share actual pictures of how dirty the gym lockers are before you enter the gym. Either they don't have cleaners or they don't request the cleaners to clean the lockers. There are multiple lockers with grub and dirty containers in them that have been there for months on end. How do I expect members to actually use the lockers? Just in general, there are not very sanitary, and the place isn't very clean. Thankfully, they have replaced some of the equipment, but I would not recommend paying full price for this facility to only use the gym.

Great skating rink, big enough, clean, safe, Good skates and supportive figures for beginners. But waiting area on the ground floor was so cold, Insufficiently lit and not cosy. Hope it was temporary condition of the entrance hall

It is an amazing and cool place where you can activate yourself and at the same time relax. The coffee area is so comfortable with a nice street view 😍 in general it is an expanded place, planty of space in any of the areas.👌 • one zero zero % Recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had ice skate with my son today, the facility is great. What disappointed me is, I expressed I wanted to hire skate aid (penguin), I would have to go downstairs to reception to pay with only socks on and also left my child upstairs. The operating process is not customer friendly. What made me shock is, the skate aid is so EXPENSIVE! It’s £6.15, the most expensive I’ve ever heard/hired. I don’t find any price info for this on website or at Reception until the moment I was in rush to pay and went back to the rink.

The leisure centre is good but the booking platform that I used which is better is not so good. We booked a badminton session for 7.40 am while the centre only opens at 8.00 am on bank holidays. And there was another slot at 7.00 am which no one booked but if they had booked what would they have done? And to make this worse, the receptionist doesn't seem to bother at all. She just said they shouldn't do that and we can extend our lost time as long as nobody comes after us. Fortunately nobody came and we played a little longer. But that shouldn't be like that.

One of the better NIHL 1S rinks. PA difficult to hear though.

Really nice sized ice rink. Good facilities. Costs £7.50 to skate plus £2.00 skate hire. Skate boots hurt foot though after skating. Spectator area with lots of seating. Toilets clean. Nice vibes.
