Read all the five star reviews about Artisan Vapor, situated in the middle of Cricklewood Broadway (west side), so went along and received excellent assistance and advice from the owner. He is polite and friendly and can answer all your questions. Loads of flavours to choose from. Fully recommended.

The owners of this shop are absolutely outstanding! I purchased my first vape from them during the challenging times of 2020, and ever since then, they have remained my top choice. Very helpful staff explained to me about adding nicotine shots to the rasberry and tangerine juice as I'm trying to ween myself off of 10mg juices because they get quite exspensive. 5 stars for friendlyness and advice. Very nice guy.

I've changed my star rating from 3 to 4 as I feel I may have been too fussy but I felt there wasn't much choice in the types of vapes I like to use and the vape I eventually chose which was nearest to what I'm used to, has a very short battery life. Apart from that customer service was excellent 😊

Upon trying to cut down on smoking and hearing about CBD I went to Artisan Vapor in Cricklewood for help. I was welcomed by Farhad, who provided an excellent service. He asked me all the relevant questions and helped provide me with the best products based on my answers. He was also very patient with my silly, novice questions and kindly answered them, giving me a better understanding of vaping, CBD and e-liquids in general. The shop is nice and clean and has a well stocked variety of goods to choose from. From now on I'll be going there for any refill or new products and have already gone back for more! Highly recommended.

The best customer service I've ever experienced in any shop , wanted a starter kit to stop smoking, suggested a few vapes that would suit my needs . Didn't try to sell the more expensive. He gave me a whole lesson on how exactly vaping works , much appreciated and I have learnt alot from him. Have tons of flavours options in the store , it's a good thing that you can try those flavours before buy them. Someone gifted me uwel Valyrian 3 but I didnt know how to use it but Ali took care of it. Taught me how to use it properly. Extremely recommended, you will leave happy .
