What a great place. Had to meet up with somebody opposite here and they were late. Popped in to kill a bit of time and what a really friendly, helpful place. This place is fantastic. Excellent range of products with very knowledgeable staff who are happy to spend a long time getting you the right kit. Could have a slightly bigger range of liquids, but what they do have are great. Good coffee too!

Was a good shop, but since a while the supply of elfliq I buy isn't the same quality and all pods 0.8 ohm are leaking easily ( I'm very careful)

I went in yesterday wanting to buy a vape and I was served by a gentleman called Barry who curated my visit and was extremely helpful and informative on what product to buy (Even telling me to get the cheaper one because he remembered the vape juices I use) I would definitely recommend this vape shop to both newcomers to vaping and experienced vapers too. Super shop - staff friendly and helpful, never patronising or offhand, as can be the case in some vape shops. Really pleased with all my purchases and advice from them. We’re regulars, and always receive a warm welcomed highly recommended. Ignore the negative reviews on here - they must have been a nightmare for the shop to deal with.

Came here a few months ago to sort out a new tank for my mod. Ollie was awesome and reccomeneded an excellent tank for me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't reccomened these guys enough.

I don't usually write 'reviews' but on this occasion, I felt compelled to because very rarely do you go into a shop and receive such good service. I've been using this shop for some time now, and in my view, they are very professional and honest. Each and every time i have visited the manager has been extremely helpful and patient answering all my questions and relieving me of my concerns, and those of my 2 boys who normally 'accompany' me to the store. Called last week explaining bought a vape kit online. Matt said come and he will have a look. Turns out tank and coils were not suitable. He took the time to clarify matters and I ended up buying some stuff almost as cheaply as online. Real great experience. Check them out.

This vape shop is amazing they never try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Staff are so knowledgable and helpful. I have always had the best experience here. Plus there points system is great. As an inexperienced vaper (ie not a vape geek who needs a hit) and has particular needs they always sort me out. The owner is the most gracious guy and always spends time with me to make sure I have exactly what I need. Thank you so so much will always come back.
