the worst rooms I 've ever stayed in!!!! BE CAREFUL PEOPLE! there were bugs that stung me and I had to take medication on all my vacations. the room was SO DIRTY (never seen one like this before!) and the bathroom so DISGUSTING that we didn't even dare to take a shower!!! We left first thing in the morning, but they charged our card for all the days (Never took the rest of our money back).

Nice hotel, in Norfolk Square there are tons of hotels, but this one's probably the best value. A lot of people complain about the breakfast not being up to standard, but they brought around a tray of breakfast bars, crossaints and sweet bread as well as marmalade and butter! Very underrated. If there was one fault it would be the room (quad room) was quite small and the bathroom is tiny. Also in the quad room you can hear the tube passing and it makes quite a loud vibration during the night when you try to sleep. Other than that, clean sheets, good breakfast, kind staff. Would recommend!

We wanted a low cost room for the night, with the intention of just using it as a base camp, whilst we went and did the full London sightseeing tour during the day-and it was perfect for this! The location was brilliant, and ideally situated for Paddington Station and Paddington underground station. The walk from the station was literally 5 minutes, and the park opposite the hotel was a perfect place to kill the last half hour, before getting the train home again after our stay. The rooms were sufficient; nothing special, and not without flaws, but the beds were comfy, the shower ran hot, and we all slept well. The staff members let us drop our coats and bags off as soon as we arrived (11ish), meaning we didn't have to cart them around until we were allowed to check in, and again, although we needed to check out by 11am the next day, they allowed us to leave our baggage there until 4pm. The breakfast was...sufficient..,croissants, pan au chocolates, yoghurts and apple juice cartons, however there is a McDonalds within 2 minutes, or plenty of cafes close by if its not for you. Versus our requirement (a room for the night, and somewhere to stow our luggage) Tony's was a massive success. Polite, helpful, informative staff, comfy beds and brilliant location. We will definitely use this hotel again!

Don't expect anything fancy for this price, but a clean room and comfy bed and friendly staff. Just what I needed for a quick stay during rail strike chaos. The breakfast was also nice. Thanks 🙂

Had a great stay with 7 lovely hens and the staff couldn't of been more welcoming and friendly. Comfy beds and great little breakfast basket. Would definitely stay again. Cathy

The location is the only thing good, and the service. The room is really dirty, the bathroom without ventilation and it needed deep cleaning, it doesn’t matter that the room (that they’re not like the hotel shows) is small, it has to be clean, its very anti-higenic. If it was clean the price would be good, but it’s to expensive for what you find

Holiday on a budget. Tonys provides great value for money. So it's not the Ritz , but room and bathroom where clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was as the name suggests. "Eat n go or take along". Very central to City attractions, which are all walkable or easy access to the tube. Ask about parking. Street parking is expensive but the Church around the corner is worth it. Would stay again.

Great value and Amazing staff! No lift but offered to help us carry our bags up. The room was small and simple but clean and comfortable. Breakfast also was simple but large enough we packed a bit with us as a snack during the day. Location was very convenient and safe. If you have high expectations you should pay more but an excellent budget option for our young family of 5. We’d recommend it!!

Quoted 65 on phone but email confirm received next day did not reveal the price. They jacked the price to 165, later lowered to 120 - still almost double what I was quoted on the phone. Then put me in a dive place 10 min away. STAY AWAY!

These guys manage the apartments in 15 northfolk Pl. Be careful, they won't help you if you have any issues with the apartment. The appliances don't work, they don't clean the room, you won't have any soap or shampoo, etc. These apartments are expensive but it feels like a scam, a real fraud. Not recommended at all!

The all I can say is that, that I was happy with Room, services and location! Because, I noticed how this place is on good location and services were brilliant with nice staff. I am happy and I would go there next time as I was thinking it becomes my place.

Only positives about this place is the location. Short work to Paddington station and tube and 20 mins from Hyde Park. The service was ok friendly enough but had to wait a good half an hour before anyone showed up to let us drop our bag. We paid over the odds for this hotel due to an event being on in Hyde Park. The pictures are nothing like what we received. The room was ridiculously small, run down and dirty. The bed was so small and the hardest lumpy mattress I've ever slept on and I was sharing with my mother. You could hear everything from the room next door plus we could hear the tube and we were on the 3rd floor. It was advertised that a fan would be in the room, that was false and it was 30c, the window was open wide however you could then hear so much noise from outside. The continental breakfast was something you would chuck together for your child running late for school. It's a shame because of the location of this place being absolutely perfect it could be such a great hotel. It really needs a complete renovation. If you have small children I highly recommend avoiding this place also for the fact on one of the stair cases they had a floor to near ceiling window that was wide open for our entire time there. Over all really disappointing and gutted about the price we paid.

Worst experience ever. When we checked in, the room was not available for some issues (leaking water) and we were sent to a second "hotel" nearby. The room they showed us was a prison cell so we didn't accept the solution. Two hours later, we were forced to accept the only left room in the first hotel because London was overwhelmed (there was a fashion event) and there were not available rooms around. The room was situated on the last floor of an old building (no lift) where I felt really unsafe (I don't think they have safeguards precautions, in case of fire for example). It was tiny and dirty (dust everywhere) but the bathroom even worse: shower with white floor turned into yellow, undescribable sink and broken door. So, if you choose this hotel, be ready to share your bath moments with your roommate. Anyways, the worst thing of this"experience" was the guy who welcomed us: the rudest person I had ever meet. Fortunately, the others guys were much more kind. Obviously, the rooms don't match with the pictures they post on the website. It isn't a hotel, but an hostel with hotel prices (sometimes hostels are better). They deserve to fail.

Good location but very bad wi-fi, cold room, bad breakfast. Bad price/quality ratio.

I have been staying there for the last month and the staff have been really accommodating especially Nicholas. He has made us feel really welcomed during our stay. I would highly recommend it as it`s close to attractions in the city.

Very good location and staff are very friendly. Rooms are small and stairs are narrow. Breakfast of a few selection of bread, some spread and tetra packed juice is served to your room cold. Would be nice to have microwave in the room like other hotels in the area.

Clean, great location, and very friendly staff. There was decent amount of parking space nearby. One can hear the rumble of the underground but it was not so bad. Definitely great value for money. A nice breakfast was brought to the room in the morning and was included in the original fee - a pleasant surprise! Would recommend!

Value for money. Perfect people. Perfect location. A few things to improve. Pluses: you have your own toilet but albo another one in the corridor.

The rooms are tiny. And the hotel have no lounge or room to sit in or be served breakfast. On the other hand, the staff is terrific and super helpful. They made some booking changes on short notice because one of the people in our company is in a wheel chair. I am really happy for this level of service and the room quality given what we payed. The hotel is 200m away from Paddington station and 10 min walk from hyde park, really central! Except for the lack of public spaces for guests, I'm severely happy with this hotel and would primarily recommend it to younger people. One can allways go out to eat or buy some simple food at a local grocery store. There is a fridge in the room after all!

Would give 4.5 really. It a B&B so really a no frills stay hotel. Rooms clean and tidy no lift so be prepared for steps although you quickly get your steps in. Great location though for getting round the city. My room was for 4 people but bathroom not really large enough however we were top floor in Edwardian terrace so space may have been at a premium. Would I stay again certainly but not on top floor lol
