Awful. Smells terrible constantly all through the hotel. Room was very dirty, last persons used socks on the floor, mirror smashed and parcel taped back together, burn marks on the carpets, hair dryer smashed to bits, lights above the bed hanging out by wires. Complained and got moved to a different room - same situation in there except slightly less dirty. Burns on carpets, bed burned where the light had been left on pointing at the wood.... weird social gatherings in the lobby. Avoid and just pay a bit extra for a travel lodge because we wish we had.

I will not take responsibility for a foot that was clearly already mended. I actually suggested to my party that it may not be secure and for that reason we kept valuables on our persons. I would like to ask the hotel the following. Do they have pictures prior to our arrival? When was the damaged noted and hsd they documented this? How was the lock damage exactly ? Have they still rented the room after? The damage to the lock, was it inside or outside the room? If it was outside how can they be absolutely sure it was us? If it was inside How? Why that would indicate difficulty exiting which is a fire risk Why would it cost 250 have they got receipts? Do maintenance have a log of other locks around the building to see if it is common Because of the accusation I would like a refund and written apology or a written letter answering the aboved questions I would also let them know that I will copy and paste this on their site and hotel compare sites Extremely offended and insulted

This hotel is absolutely abysmal. It is untidy and unkept. I was in Room 333 with holes in the carpet, an unclean cup and rusty teaspoon. During the heatwave, there was a broken air condition in my room with a fan that didn't work properly. I think this hotel should be shut down as the owners simply do not care about this hotel at all. They are just collecting your money for nothing, no improvements, no renovations, just a smelly hotel with no respect for their customers.

The worst hotel I’ve meet. The photos speak for themselves, a dirty place and nothing to do with the images of the ad. It has mold in the windows. The mirror, baseboards, hair dryer and walls, all broken, poorly maintained and dirty. Disgusting and stained surfaces, dirty faucets and the one in the bathtub was sticking out of the place... As if all this were not enough, the bathroom smelled terrible, the carpet was dirty and torn and the hotel is noisy because the train passes right in front of it, It doesn't matter if you close the window, because they isolate fatally from the noise.

Terrible. Decor is worse than shabby. Light fixtures missing, torn wallpaper and torn carpet. Bathroom stank of sewerage, tv didn't work. Staff seemed to sleep in reception at night. Beds not made or changed, toiletries not replenished. Location good for South Bank area but that's all. Do not be fooled by publicity pics!

This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in! It was so outdated, the hotel stank of weed, our room had coffee stains up the walls and on the floors, the mirror on the wadrobe had a large crack in it. our view out the window was awful. It looked out onto a rooftop which had a door leading to another corridor of rooms, which meant someone outside could literally look right into our room. Worst stay ever. It was pretty cheap but it was worse for what i paid for!

There was a hole in the wall in the room, the room reeked of a terrible smell like a public toilet, there was no window facing outside, there was a small hatch like a prisoner’s facing inside the building that was covered in cobwebs and a spider came out once we opened it, black mold all over the toilet tiles , rust all over the heater. I have stayed in low level hotels in developing countries and have never stayed in an hotel as bad as this .

If only I could this hotel a -0 point. I had the absolute the most horrific experience at this hotel. My boyfriend and I checked out after 1 day! And we were supposed to stay there for 4 days. I wouldn’t be there for 1 second if it were up to me. Everything was disgusting!! The room smelled horribly The bathroom was in horrible shape. We couldn’t even take a proper shower. They didn’t even change the sheets the day after! This so called “hotel” needs to go out of business asap. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Money.

Me and a friend have just stayed here, advertised having a fridge, wifi and air conditioning, which all were not working. Nothing wiped down including toilet seat, bedside tables and tv remote looked to have had sticky jiz stains, toilet role was from the last people that stayed, stains on the bed linen, also found BED BUGS! And what looked to be blood on the window curtains. Found someone’s used ear bud on the ground. Burns in carpet, holes in wall, has hair dryer but doesn’t work. The manager who was very stoned and could barely get a sentence out told me he recommended having a cold shower given the air con doesn’t work and that he had given us the deluxe room.

WHAT EVER U DO . DO NOT GO TO THE HOTEL. YOU WILL CONTRACT DISEASE . Changed price once arrived at the hotel. INCREASED THE PRICE £40. WATER LEAKING EVERYWHERE .. You can hear everything, the walls are thin and poeple doing weired activities early vampire hours. Slamming the doors and shouting and making noise . THE CLEANING MATERIAL WAS BLACK AND SMELT LIKE BACTERIA. e.g. mops . The bedroom had BED BUGs woke up in the middle of the night with 5 welts on my skin. With 2 puncture marks . Whole arm swolled up and red and itchy. Told the front desk . Said they never heard of anyone compalin before . And that they cant do anything. After a couple of days suddenly had small rashes on my hands starting to appear like boils. Went to Dr. And they said that the bed tics gave me a viral disease. Dr said I was lucky if I went later I would of lost my finger motor skills. Horrible experience. DO NOT GO THERE . ANYWHERE BUT THE HOTEL

The reception is well lit and lovely. The room was neat and clean, just dirty wall and toilet floor was so damp after bath and flushing, maybe a drainage issue🤷🏽‍♀️ and didn’t have an heater.

I booked a one-night stay at this hotel while my dad was having surgery in London. However, I ended up extending our stay for another two nights due to his longer hospital stay. The booking process for the extra nights was very easy, thanks to their flexible options. The rooms are affordable and offer good value for the price, however the walls are a bit stained. I paid £55 per night for a twin room, which included a nice ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and provided towels. The room had both a comfortable double bed and a single bed. There was also a spacious wardrobe, a TV, and a kettle. The staff at the hotel were very polite and friendly. If you're looking for an affordable and convenient place near King's College Hospital, I highly recommend booking here. There are also plenty of shops nearby, and it's a straightforward 15-20 minute walk to the hospital.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. Please do not waste your money, even if it is very affordable. The price is not worth your health. The conditions of the room and bathroom were disgusting. There was a humidity/sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and strong tobacco stench coming from the bed sheets and the wood. The heating device was not working and the room temperature was very cold. We were disgusted by the bed sheets containing dead bugs in them and with multiple stains of different colors and shapes. Yes, it was a total nightmare for us, pity we did not check the reviews before. It is just outrageous how a place like this can be opened, do not book a room there!

The rooms were horrible. We had to ask twice for a better room. They were dirty and not like the pictures. The receptionists were unfriendly and didn’t talk to us after we complained. The area the hotel is in, is bad too. No good food spots or other. Not a good experience!

The room was nice and clean. Staff is super sweet! Thanks again can't wait to come to London again

Terrible. The staff are nice and the bathroom is clean that's it. The network is hell. The tv is 15inches in the deluxe room, the bathroom window wont close so we gotta shower in December weather! The lift don't work the walls are damaged, the low low low handing light has no bulb so try not to stick your or a child's finger in it. The sofa is broken. I mean really broken. I'm just waiting to see if I'm going to get blamed for that. Ill update you guys. Also the repaired wall would have looked so much better if the patch was just painted. As an emergency hotel it's doable. Not for new dates

This room was fine I was worried because of the previous reviews but all in all it was standard for the money. The staff were friendly and the location was OK. Only bad I will say is it had a very harsh smell of damp throughout.

I didn't think that I'd ever experience something akin to the "hotel hell" TV show, but this was it. We were on the 3rd floor and there wasn't any elevator, leading us to heave luggage up and down with difficulty. When we got to the room, I couldn't believe what I was seeing; fixtures hanging off walls, stains on the bedroom and bathroom walls, a horrible smell of stale cigarette smoke, filthy floors, and a huge hole where the main room doorhandle should have been. Your single, disorganised friend's unkempt apartment would have been a better hotel room, and then some. To boot, the staff were incredibly dismissive and at points even inappropriate to my partner when I wasn't around. Cannot overstate enough - stay away from this place. No discount % is worth the stay.

Mold on ceilings, water coming from bottom of doors. old fashioned, loose wires, damp smell throughout. The location was a rough area. We had mis matching doors. The locks felt flimsy. Small TV. No extra pillows or blankets in the room.

My friend and I stayed at pasha for a nearby festival the location is perfect and the prices are good as we struggled to find somewhere to stay. the hotel definatley needs updating we ended up in the same room we stayed in before the Mirrors on the wardrobe were still broken, there were no spoons for the tea and coffee the room does come with a fridge however if you keep it on all night it will make a noise and disturb your sleep. I can see why this place doesn't get very good reviews but it was fine for what my friend and I needed. I would suggest replacing the duvets as the one i had on my bed looked like it had seen better days. if all you need is a bed at the end of the night then i would suggest this hotel if your looking for a bit more then find somewhere else the photos do not represent how the rooms actually look by the way.

This was a good place to stay whilst my son was staying at Kings College Hospital. So location was handy but it was very basic.

Horrible hotel! Very dirty, smelly, run down... Blood, semen and mould stains everywhere. Also, they steal money. I gave my card as a guarantee for the reservation and they immediately took money for four days even though I left in a few hours.

This is the most disappointing hotel I have ever experienced. I arrived at around 10pm. And I was out of it after 15mins. Paid for 2 nights. I wouldn't think about staying. The smell the dirt... Don't put yourself through it. I don't know how people can get away with calling this a hotel... Believe me I looked through the photos and they don't look anything like it. The only 1 that is a representative of the hotel is the glass front on the main road. The smell was disgusting thoughtout our walk to room 114. I took a video ( as soon) as I smelt the hallway. I think the smell says it all... Luckily you don't have to experience the smell the photos can help you have a sense of our discomfort. But if your were to mix sewerage the smell of a dirty kitchen and a portaloo... Your are nearly there...

We booked a room for December but was not able to re-arrange it when my plans to London were cancelled in advance. We offered to pay extra to move the booking to January but customer service were completely in-flexible. Not a great service and would not be planning to go here in the future.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Was there for 2 nights, there was broken glass in the mirror and burn marks all on the bed frame and bedside tables. I left with nothing but disappointment and bites over my body which I can only assume are bed bugs. Horrible! Definitely do not recommend

Cheap and cheerful. The staff are really lovely and helpful. The room is comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. Hairdryer is working, soap, shampoo and clean towels. 10minute walk from Denmark Hill overground. With lots of shops along the way. Not forgetting your standard chains like Costa, McDonald's and Greggs.

Messy, smelly room. Poor service quality. I'm not sure how hotels in London are run, because this place should be scrap for property development. Whomever is incharge of health and sanitation isn't doing a proper job. Worse hotel have been in my Life.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for a couple of days to see London. All holiday experience was ruined by this place. I wouldn’t tell you about the empty and strange smelling rooms (it doesn’t correspond at all to what is in their photo), about such thin walls that you can hear someone walking through them, about the train right under the window because of which it is not possible to sleep, but the fact that that we were bitten by bedbugs so badly, there was no place without bites left at my boyfriend’s arms (also sack, legs, neck) and I can’t ignore such a thing. Please do not stay here for your safety, the cheap price is not worth your ruined health!

From the start I had the worst experience I could have imagine, I booked for 4 nights for my girlfriend birthday. When we got there and the pass us the key we went inside an empty room where there was just one bed nothing like the ones on the pictures, it’s a completely lie, I had to complain and eventually they gave us another room a-bit more acceptable, but straight after the first night I had some bites and please avoid this hotel most the beds will probably have bed bugs as the bad hygiene followed… I have complain and still waiting on the refund… I advice everyone to look for a better hotel, then spend your time with this *hit hole.

The receptionist girl is Pakistani original were extremely rood. We have to leave the hotel after midnight. The money wasn't available to refund as they have no cash but we paid our booking by cash. The arguments was ongoing and her attitude wabsolutely out beyond of our expectations. We were really disappointed! We wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in this "hotel"! In front of the customers she is talking with her colleagues in Pakistan language after we were asked her polytely to speak in English. She was completely ignored us and she has been so arrogant! I've never seen in my life this kind of person!

Horrendous. Do not stay here. Yes its cheap however it is not worth it. The website is nothing like the hotel I don't even think you can call it a hotel. In my time I have stayed in some questionable places but this is by far the worst.

DO NOT STAY. we first checked in at 17:30 and apparently the room was cleaned yet. However I don't understand why as it filthy. Mould on the walls and holes every where. Believe me when I say I stayed in better places for £10 per night in eastern Europe... Do not stay if you take care of your health..

Hello ❤ I recently booked the PASHA hotel this week from 05.02.2024 to 07.02.2024 with my friends(Room 121). The experience was horrible! Moldy walls, smelly and damp bathroom, dirty white curtains but worst of all BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!! Etc. I only ended up staying for 1 night as I could not spend another night here. Around 11.30pm on Tuesday I got bitten by a red bedbug and it caused a horrible reaction to my whole arm feeling discomforting, hot and itchy. My finger is very very very swollen , numb and painful. I reported this situation to the staff asap at the reception and they offered to move us to another room. However the condition of the other room wasn't good! I left around midnight to go home. Due to this situation I had to go to the nearest pharmacy to get treated and take medication to recover. 😥 Unfortunately I did not take any pictures as evidence , my instant reaction was to kill the bug and leave this hotel as soon as possible. I was no longer comfortable to stay in this pasha hotel. It'll take a few weeks for me to recover whilst taking the prescribed medication. I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! The price was reasonable for 3 days i paid but the quality of service in this hotel is very poor, unsafe and unhygienic. Although the staff handled my complaint well by offering a new room, respectfully speaking the pasha hotel is not in any good condition for anyone to stay, please avoid at all costs. It may look pretty in the pictures, unfortunately in reality it is a disappointment. Rate 1/10 🌟 @PashaHotel Kind regards.
