Great shakes, the strawberry and rhburb shake was fabulous. Very polite, professional staff. Nice spacious venue, very clean, good service and fair prices for a London. Highly recommend a visit if your going to the Westfeild shopping centre.

Food is good, if a little pricey for what it is. Service is very slow, with a wait of over 20 mins) and the whole place is absolutely filthy. Tables are sticky, or covered in crumbs, or both (perhaps the crumbs are stuck?).

We went in to try out the new Chilly Crisp Chicken and I can say it did not disappoint. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the unique taste of their chilly crisp seasoning was refreshingly different from the usual fried chicken burgers. Interestingly, the chilly chips cheese fries worked out much better than I thought they would. Hopefully these items are here to stay. Would recommend, would go again

Food was delicious, like a higher quality FiveGuys and for what it was (a lot of food) and being freshly made it gets 5 stars for food. 4 stars for service because the meals were outrageously expensive (£41 for two double patty burgers and chips with drinks). Where the atmosphere falls short is the tables and constant shouting of customer names to collect orders. As cool as the tables are (being recycled bowling lane wood) all the tables we tried to sit at were extremely sticky. This forced us to eat off our trays. Otherwise the kitchen and prep areas looked spotless.

I got in there with nobody waiting for an order and it took 10 minutes to cook my food. The burger lacked seasoning and the chicken bites were soggy had no crunch. The hotdog was great tho. Very expensive for what I got.

Not a fan of fast food but the jalapeno burger and fries were good. They are open late (till 11pm). It's one of the very few options for a late meal in the area.

Not enough staff, 4 tills available, only one open , reason given not enough staff in the kitchen 8 staff in kitchen. All the staff working flat out and all very polite, more staff needed and more tills should be open as the wait was ten minutes just for 2 drinks The drinks where excellent but very expensive at £6. The food looks really nice, the owners of the brand should look at speeding up the ordering delivery of food and drinks, people where leaving the queue and people waiting for food not to happy. That being said its a really nice place staff where very good busy and profesionals.

Place is located on Westfield shopping centre and do burgers. Place is not too busy when I went in to place my order There was a slight wait The place where you get sauces did not have containers to put the sauce in and I had to use tissue papers provided which is not ideal. I did raise this with the staff and as I was leaving I noted they had placed some pots so it was dealt with The food is ok not the best and for the price I paid I would have expected it to taste a bit better Burgers were dry and the salad that came with it was not that fresh I have given a 3 star because of that The place is rated 5 for hygiene and place did look clean and the toilets were ok ish if one wants to use it

Very busy restaurant. The chicken burger is halal according to staff. The burger was very thick and moist but didn't have enough sauce. The pickles were quite vinegary too and didn't add much to the burger. The lemonade was ok. It's quite strong in flavour and is more of a sipping drink. Definitely a nice drink to have on a hot day. The chocolate milkshake comes with marshmallows so may have gelatine in it. Ask without marshmallows at the till. The shake was quite thick and tasty.

Probably the tastiest chicken nugget/bites I’ve ever had and the fries taste as good as they look. 10/10 for the customer service too, was served by Sephora who was so friendly and funny - don’t usually get that energy often from restaurant staff. Will definitely be back soon!

Horribly overrated burgers. They are OK, but nothing really special, I'd day below average in quality. The bun is just weird, I don't know how else to describe it - soft, soggy and weirdly sweet. Patty is nice, so the fresh tomato and salad. Badly need seasoning - salt, or any punchy sauce. Lemonade was tasty though. As for atmosphere - visited just as they opened, and all tables were sticky and disgusting filthy. Horrible experience, rather took the food outside.

Great to see a vegan patty option at Shake Shack! The mushroom burger as the only vegetarian option was the reason why I wasn’t a big fan of this chain. Now I can finally enjoy a great and tasty burger, just as good as the meaty ones. The fries are also great. Unfortunately the lemonades are extremely sweet. Well done Shake Shack.

An all-too expensive fast food experience with poor service. We visited on a Saturday afternoon; there was plenty of seating available and we placed our order through the self-service kiosk. We waited for our food for more than 30 minutes, despite inquiring at the counter a couple of times, and being told it's coming. We only found out later that there was a problem and they couldn't find our order on the system. A member of staff had to take a photo of our e-receipt on our phone to get it ready. When we eventually got our food we did enjoy it, particularly the pistachio shake and the burgers. I wouldn't try the cheese sauce again though.

Pricey as comoared to other better burger restaurants. Not very pleasant experience. Ranch menu looks so nice only in photos. Burger is smaller in size and fries didn't had much sauce on them. Chicken ranch burger was very dry. Prices they charge are high for the amount of food uyou are getting.

Buffalo Chicken burger was very dry & cold, seemed like it had been cooked an hour before we received it. The manager did not want to give us a new one and therefore we had to suck the £25 bill for a poor quality meal. The chicken bites were nice and fresh, but the overall meal was disappointing. Not good!

More expensive than a typical fast food place, but wouldn't say it's quite worth it. The crinkle cut fries with cheese sauce are nice and their burgers are okay. The lemonade is too sour and the iced tea too bitter. A lot of their tables are sticky, but the service is decent with ordering being done on a screen now. Overall I think there are better places around Westfield to have lunch or dinner, including the small burger joints outdoors.

Service took ages despite the restaurant being quiet, there was plenty of staff but no one was taking ordered so just stood there for a while. Then the chicken burger took about 15 minutes. The burger was nice, had to add some extra mayo but was fresh and tasty otherwise.

This was my time at a Shake Shack. We order chicken burgers, fries and drinks. It was on a Friday evening at 6pm. It wasn’t busy so there was lots of seating available. The burgers feel a little small but we’re fine. The fries are good. The cheese sauce is a little plasticky. It’s definitely way more expensive for the quality of food it is. I would go to other burger chains before this one again.

Very bland burger, the taste wasn't there, the patty was very dry and for £12 you would expect much better. The cheese fries are very mediocre, the cheese is flavourless and the fries do not have a good consistency, crispy on the outside but very soft inside. I've had much better ones.

First time at a Shake Shack and all I can say is "what a disappointment" 👎 Chicken Burger and Chicken bites tasted burnt (or the Cooking Oil needed changing??) Cheesy Chips were Chips with a little tub of Cheese Sauce, the Sauce tasted 'gritty' like it was mixed from powder, only poorly mixed 🤢 The takeaway food is a joke, the packaging isn't enclosed, it's just like they use for eat-in so the food doesn't retain its heat ❄️👎 To top it all, whilst waiting in excess of 20 mins to get my food, I watched a Staff Member change the food bin on the customer side. On the floor in front of the bin were 5 (clean) serviettes, he picked up 3 of them, and just left the other two! Makes me wonder if they can't be bothered to clean up in a public facing location, what can't they be bothered cleaning in the Kitchen..?? I won't be going back here again 👎

Visited during a busy Sunday lunchtime. Foodwise it was fine. My chicken burger was a bit dry, but everyone else enjoyed their burgers. The fries were hot and crispy and the chocolate shakes were good. Unfortunately both Five Guys and Gourmet Burger Kitchen are a short walk from Shake Shack, and both offer a better burger for the same sort of money. Atmosphere and service: This is where the restaurant falls down. As often the case with busy places, the staff want to get you through the till as quickly as possible with the minimum amount of interaction. Our server wasn't friendly or welcoming. Once we sat down we struggled to find a table that wasn't sticky to the touch. I don't know what they're doing to them when they clean them, but I'd say it isn't working. Overall it's difficult to recommend Shake Shack over the numerous other places to eat. I'm sure the service is better during quieter times, but even so you can still get a better burger elsewhere.

We arrived around 6pm when majority of the retail shops closed. There was about 20 people ahead of us, one till open, roughly 5-7 people working in the kitchen, and the queue was going really slow. The manager popped to the cashier to help once for five minutes and then he went to the back… Took us about 20mins to get to the till. We placed our order, however when I ordered herb Mayo bacon fries, the cashier needed to ask around if they actually doing that or not. He apologised after, as he is new at the company. We wanted to pay with cash, however we’ve been told they are cashless, then we tried to pay with AmEx which was surprisingly not accepted. This was quite inconvenient and disappointing as we live in 2022 in London… We asked for the receipt which took again quite long time as the till roll finished, the cashier didn’t know how to change so a colleague of his had to jump in and help. By the time we got our receipt the queue was ending at the doorstep. When we wanted to sit down, the first TWO tables were sticky like someone poured a sugary drink all over them and let it dry… because the screen was not working, one of the coworker had to shout every time when an order was ready. We’ve ordered two burgers, herb Mayo bacon fries and lemonade. Both the buns were very yellow due to the large amount of butter. The double Meister burger was delicious, however the shack burger was slightly raw inside, the beef patty was burned outside and it was quite salty as well as the herb Mayo on the fries. We definitely had a better experience in this branch, however if I can give an advice, then try to put more staff on the rota for Sunday evenings as it can be pretty busy and allow the new staff better times to learn like Mondays or Tuesdays when it’s not so busy. ✌🏻

Went in at 11am for breakfast, so it’s not busy at all. Shake shack is always my favourite burger place, its burgers are the best in taste, and its fries are less oily than other fast food restaurants, I like it, this branch in Stratford is keeping up to its standard. I am sure I will come again.

Love a quick and easy grab and go place that have options for vegans and none vegans too. Wen we went there around 11:30 it was not too busy and the burgers are great. We did ordered more that we can handle so keep in mind that the portions may not look too bug they are filling. I had the CRISPY SHALLOT BURGER & fries, STRAWBERRY SALTED LIME LEMONADE and it was 👌👌👌👌👌
