One star due to new even more aggressive undercover security guard who’s more bait than mealworm. Pro tip for you, if you’re going to pick up an item then actually look at it instead of watching someone else 😂 Aside from him the place isn’t stocked that well, but the upstairs is quiet and has a checkout which makes trips easier/quicker. Staff otherwise are generally nice and the fresh food, tho expensive, is generally good. Update, staff member “ you look too young I can’t serve you “ and you can tell that how? I’m wearing a mask, hat and sunglasses. More clowns than a circus

Well stocked shelves with interesting products. Plenty of vegan options. Expensive! I was charged £10.73 for a half filled take away box of hot food. The cost is calculated by weight, and I had a shock factor when the bill was presented.

Came here on a cheese tour organised through "See Your City". The London cheese crawl, I'll review that seperately, but every place we visited was great, including here. There is obviously so much more to this market than the cheese section, but the cheese section is immense! The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Food from the Hot Bar was pretty good but for the price, I wouldn't go back. Far too gimmicky in my opinion, especially when you consider the endless options to eat high quality, nutritious food in Soho. The service was also sub-par in relation to the standards you expect from somewhere like Whole Foods, with the cashier quite literally throwing the receipt at me?.. Certainly won't be returning to this branch, but hopefully a visit to another WF will change my marred perception of the company.

We love this store. The in-store nutritionists in the health and bodycare team are really knowledgeable on all issues surrounding brain health. The store layout is great making it easy to find the products you are after. It’s always well stocked and it's a really pleasant shopping experience.

Good selection of fresh fruit and veggies very near the Piccadilly Circus. They also have hot food counters and serve a variety of refreshments. Outdoor seating available and also has in-house restrooms. Convenient for shopping and a quick break.

Fabulous store well stocked with a myriad of health products and rare foods. Rather expensive, but that's to be expected from a specialist store. They offer a large selection of freshly prepared foods, salads and baked goods. Go ahead, treat yourself to a healthy tasty lunch for once.

This place always pleasantly surprises me. Its not a cheap destination, however they really do try to give promotions throughout the store so you often get some normal supermarket prices, but with a really interesting selection of organic or natural ingredient choices. I've never been when it's quiet, so it always has a good atmosphere- a weird thing to say for a supermarket!! Will definitely be back

Everytime I shop in one of their branches I feel in heaven. They have vast variety of fresh and healthy produce, proof that we can have healthy food without sugar or too much processed components. Very clean place. Toilet for customers.

One of my favourite shops in London. The shop itself has a wide variety of products. The cosmetics are on the upper floor. There is also a coffee shop and a buffet of warm and cold meals you can buy and eat in the shop. The food from the buffet is really tasty, and have meat, vegetarian and vegan options. The sitting area is upstairs and a terrace outside the shop.

Rude staff, cold food, crazy prices! I've been before, but won't be going back based on my last visit. A few points: I went in to get some hot food. Asked x3 staff for help, they were rude surly and unhelpful. In the end I gave up and asked a security guard who knew more about the produce than the team working there, seemingly! The soup I bought was cold watery, didn't come with bread and cost north of £7.00! On my way out I had the temerity to ask for some butter for my small, over priced, bread roll. The cashier just looked at me dumb founded before walking off. It's a shame because the produce and design of the store is nice, and the principal of bringing healthy ingredients to busy people is sound. But this is just badly done.

I’ve been to a few Whole Foods in the UK and US, this one is quite small. The selection is more limited than others, but it’s nice enough for quick basics. Very clean, good team, and well located.

Whole Foods had quite the assortment of cheese, dairy products, and snacks. They also have really nice diapers and baby food products. We got some snacks here for our toddler while visiting late at night. Grateful for this store, the pricing is quite high. There was a tiny umbrella for 23 pounds and it looked like a 7 pound umbrella.

High-quality organic foods, a wide selection. Food is tasty, healthy and good for the environment. Only con is, it is very dear. £20 for a large salad, is OTT. Will be returning, maybe will give the salad and hot bar a miss. The ready-to-go boxes are more reasonable value. Thanks

Whole Foods has always been my favorite! It was my go to place for quality grocery when I was in the US and I am so happy to see them here! They have stuff you cannot find elsewhere, such as organic drinking young coconut and some exotic fruits, certain brands of soya products. Their hot food and salad bar is my favorite -Easily get a variety of food in one meal! Hope to see more in London

Well stocked central whole foods Whole foods is expensive but they do have a wide range of products and excellent staff so it’s a pleasant shopping experience. I especially appreciate the fresh brown rice sushi The fresh guacamole The prepared fresh fruit salads and the deli section which stocks the most delicious Italian flat bread crackers for cheese. An occasional treat when I feel like I’ve earned enough money to allow 😄

Easy to go, practical but the fresh food is terrible, better buying some already made snacks and enjoy the second floor table or the terrace. The Korean snacks, or mince pie were lovely. Cheap place to try anyway in the city center.

Conveniently located next to a prime landmark and opposite train station, this store has the same Whole Foods vibe as the American counterpart. It has a good selection of organic foods, the salad bar is equally good and the produce quite refreshing. Definitely a good place for grocery shopping in London.

I spent 75£, the food was excellent and service inside was good however when I get to the cashier - she stopped serving at me and indicated to go self check out, she said she needed to keep a look out but there was already someone keeping a look. Not helpful at all if you have large shopping.

I used to come here for years until I move abroad 3 years ago. Even though prices were always on the higher side it was still affordable. I cale back for the first time today and what a disappointment !! Prices are insanely high!! And the health/beauty section, which I especially came for and loved, disappeared. To be replaced by very narrow small sections. It also feels like there aren’t as many products anymore and shelves look empty. It gave me the « closing down soon » vibes. Sad really…

Always a great range of organic pruducts and amazing customer service. This time I went for health & beauty products and Fabrizia really did the extra mile to help. So satisfied with my new organic creams :)

Great store, staff is really helpful, kind and knowledgeable in all sections. Gotta give a credit to fishmonger Nico, he helped me already few times to make a great choice of seafood, as well as gave good recommendations on how to cook each kind of fish the best way. Absolutely recommend this place!

Good to grab a quick bite when running around. Lots of variety from pizza to cold deli with healthy options. A bit pricy for juices and groceries.

The store is well stocked, offers a good variety of high quality products and is centrally placed. It was busy when I went and lots of people were stood around in the aisles which meant it was difficult to navigate.

Found the cherries I’ve been craving at Whole Foods Market in London and couldn’t be happier! The selection of fresh, quality produce is impressive. Shopping here is always a delight with the variety and quality of products available. It’s a great spot for anyone looking to find special, tasty treats!

Went here after the theatre before dashing to catch train home. Ideal for what we needed, hot food, good selection of quality items. Sat outdide as restaurant area was full but very useful when you haven't got time to sit in a restaurant.

Very healthy food and an excellent variety of food. The 'ombar' chocolate is excellent quality chocolate which i only seem to find in wholefoods or other health shops. They have a good selection of healthy drinks, including kombucha and kefir. Id recommend

I always thought this place was too expensive for what it is. The food they prepare in-store and the food they prepare for warming at home is excellent. However, what they sell on their selves are things you can find in other supermarkets half-price. Their delicatessen stuff is quite good too but be prepared to pay a hefty premium.

Nice place to have lunch and buy top quality groceries. Even in this brunch assortment isn’t large I still recommend it.

Dining area upstairs is next to dirty bin area. Managers, if you reading this please find a way to cover this area or at least clean bins properly and more often. Transparent liquid dispenser looks disgusting as well 🤢🤮

Some of the items are hilariously priced. I mean, truly ridiculous. But, it's easy to avoid them. My son loves this store, so we go in whenever we're passing. I like the mints and gum they have.

👍👍 Large supermarket close to the city. Excellent transport links but most importantly a large car park for shoppers, 90min free parking. The front of the store has been redesigned and the car park is now on one level in the front of the store. The store is good size with all the usual products, lots...
