Absolutely wonderful experience here seeing Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Really fast entry and really well organized. I picked our seats by looking online at the seat view finder website and I was really happy with the seats we picked, with great views of the stage. Great acoustics and incredible actors. Concessions were quick, and the ladies toilet line gets long during intermission, but was fast enough for everyone in line to get through and back to their seats before the start of the next act. Cannot wait to come back for our next show.

Wow! Saw Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Palace Theatre and it was absolutely incredible! Everything I could’ve ever hoped for. Got a single ticket to both shows in one day and had enough time to walk around and grab dinner between showings. The store inside also sold cute merchandise and wands specific to the show characters.

Amazing play ! And amazing cast ! The stamina they have and the memory to be able to act in an around 6 hours play ! And the effect. All of it was amazing and i recommend it to all of the harry fans. My only bad note was the tight seating. As someone with knee pain, it was painful to sit for so long in such tight leg space. Other than that, wow 🤌🏼

We visited the Palace theatre yesterday to watch both parts of Harry Potter and the cursed child.. what a fantastic show, which is a must watch. The Palace theatre itself, is a beautiful setting for such a magical show. The theatre was clean and tidy, well set out and organised for its visitors. The seats we had, had the best view of the stage and were in the perfect spot to see all the fantastic theatrics. The staff were enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended show and the theatre was perfect and a pleasure to visit.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. 🐥 The Place. My first legitimate theatre experience and I was surprised by the theatre itself is adjusted so that everyone can see the stage regardless the steepness of the sits. The play. I know that the theatre itself is not used for the sole purpose of HPCC but the way the actors performed is just inspiring. I was a skeptic for the story itself. The play itself converted me to love the story. Overall a surprise in general. Made me cry. PS: I dedicate this review to the woman who gave time and effort to give me this experience. You are lovely and I want the world to know that. 🐥

The Palace Theatre in London’s West End is a beautiful theatre and seeing Harry Potter and the Cursed Child here was incredible! The seats aren’t the most comfortable and I felt a little squished but I was also sitting for 6 hours. Friendly staff here and they have snacks and drinks available for purchase.

I love this theater! It, along with the Vaudeville Theater, is my favorite theater in all of London. We saw Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and absolutely loved it! The theater is large but designed perfectly as the number of restrooms is well-balanced and appropriately proportioned to the theater size. There are several bars as well, including a beautiful bar on the basement level.

An amazing place inside & out. The play was wonderfully executed, brilliant special effects. The cast are wonderful as the Potter saga continues. The drinks & snacks are reasonably priced. The only thing (and I mean the only thing) that lets the place down is the uncomfortable seats.

Amazing amazing amazing performance of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, best performance I have ever watched, and I am a HP fan. I loved everything about it and I couldn’t recommend it more. The cast was fantastic at portraying all of the characters and the story so effortlessly. Worth every penny! Defo watch both parts consecutively you won’t be dissapointed.

We had an amazing experience there! Atmosphere is so good! For Harry Potter lovers - it definitely worth visiting. I put 4 stars because we were siting in balcony seats, and it was super uncomfortable and very difficult to sit until the end. I am tall enough, and it was difficult. Bit the view was good, and you can clearly see and hear everything. There is free drinking water available.

Great Theatre & Amazing Show but I was so uncomfortable. Watched Harry Potter The Cursed Child. The gentleman next to me who was larger like me, had no understanding of personal space and kept his legs wide apart and arms wide to his sides. For the first 2.5 hours I was polite and kept my knees together and arms crossed so I didn’t upset him. When we came back for the evening performance of the second half I asked my friend to switch seats with me. He is smaller than me but I’d shared my discomfort and my politeness. During the first half the gentleman was trying to be the same pushing back and eventually my friend pushed back. The gentleman’s wife/partner shouted across to my friend during the interval that “people who keep their legs wide have small cocks” I can only assume she was speaking about her own partner. As he did this to me for the entire 2.5hour first part. This couple destroyed our enjoyment of what should have been a wonderful show. I took a sneaky picture. I hope they will refrain from similar situations in future. There are manners, and as a bigger guy I do my best to make my neighbours comfortable with me. They were both wearing green. Our other neighbours were great! We’d vacated the seats for this photo. Sad day

The play speaks for itself, but to make it shot: it was great. As for the theatre itself, the building is a prime example of late Victorian architecture. The inside is very beautifully decorated and you feel swept back in time. As for why I’m subtracting one star: you can’t pay in cash in the whole lot! So people without a card be aware of that. This includes the souvenir shop as well as the drinks and food section. Be reminded to take a credit/debit card with you.

Ticket office is really friendly and helpful. The show was great and totally worth it. 5 hours past so fast that I don’t even feel it. Toilet are limited during the short break, there was a long line.

Oh my! we (my 9 year old and I) went to see Harry Potter and the Cursed child 1 & 2. Outstanding performance. Mesmerising even! Surprisingly, the magical elements in the movies were amazingly transported into this play, I'm so curious how some were done as they looked so realistic. The cast were magical too, their performance was so accurate and brought life to pages I read. Thank you for an unforgettable experience, this really will stay with me for the rest of my life. (The theatre itself) The pictures show the view from the Balcony row E seats 4 and 5, we could see the whole stage, with easy access to the toilets and bar (not having to push past a lot of people) The staff were fantastic throughout the experience. We also didn't have to wait long in the queues to get in or throughout the building. Five stars is not enough I would give it ten if I could.

WOW. A must see play if you have the chance. The theatre is smaller than I'd imagined but it's well set up and food and drinks are very well priced. The play is amazing. The staging is incredible and the story flows very well. How they manage to pull it off is beyond me and the special effects are magic!!Go see it if you get the chance. The gap between the two parts is just right, if you are planning on getting a meal I would advise booking before you go as all nearby places were rammed. Fantastic day out and a wonderful experience for all Potter fans of all ages! Can I give it ten stars???

You can borrow binoculars for £1 if you buy cheap tickets like me and they are really needed. However, they seem to be quite oily and it's really not comfortable to use. I suggest you bring yours.

Harry Potter and Cursed Child is well worth the money. Excellent production. People may say it expensive but it well worth it. all the cast were excellent and an amazing experience. It was a great family day out. The play is worth another 2 stars.

This is a great theatre. Comfortable seats, avoid the balcony and the far corners of the rows. Currently playing Harry potter a really innovative and very impressive show

Had such a nice experience watching the HP play. We had seats on the balcony and the view didn't disappoint. The sound was also very clear. The play itself is pure magic, so I highly recommend watching it. The theatre itself looks like a little Hogwarts.

What a show and superb acting by the cast and excellent performance by all the show crew members. I highly recommend this play to be watched by even none Harry Potter fans. 10/10 from me even though I book one of the cheap seats and viewing of the stage was limited at times. I may even one day book in the future watch it again in a better viewed seats.

As a Victorian theatre, this is beautiful. As a venue for the Harry Potter play, it is completely inappropriate. Tiny seats that are not level, bit of metal digging in the side of the leg even for your average size/height person. Can’t think of any reason why they would choose to put a five hour play in such a place, except for greed?

The theater was beautiful and Harry Potter was amazing! The view was great, but the front row in a balcony has very little legroom.

The seats here are unbearable. I am in agony from sitting here. However, they do have a couple of seats to watch the show on screen. Staff were helpful, so helpful. This is not a comment on The Cursed Child. The theatre estate is not suitable for the modern era, nor to host a production of this length.

Good venue and great show! Uncomfortable seats for 5+ hours and queue to ladies bathroom was extreme every break. Easy to find a meal/drink nearby. Images show view from grand circle F32/33.

Very old building with a lot of stairs to climb. That is the feel of a antique theatre. Harry Potter and the cursed child has been running here since 2016. I missed it then because I did not prebooked my tickets. Happy that we made it this time round

Went to see Harry Potter. The show itself was fantastic, a must see for fans of Harry Potter and the show broken down into two parts over the day a couple of hours apart. The atmosphere is captivating and the storyline simple enough to follow without being a big fan. Free drinking water available in the bar. Toilet facilities weren’t very clean and the bar expensive but apart from that can’t complain. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Seats were comfortable and view 10/10 👌- Dress Circle Row D Seat 4 and 5

A beautiful theatre with a wonderful show, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child really does love up to all of the hype and then some. An incredible experience that feels so immersive and leaves you thinking some of it may actually be magic. The staff were all friendly and helpful which just added to the experience.

We went to see Harry potter and the cursed child. The theatre is a spectacular building both inside and out. View from the stalls was great, we didn't miss a moment although the seats were a little cramped, but I guess it is the same with all the old theatres in London. The only downside was the price of everything in there. £7.50 for a pot of sweets and £4 a bottle of water. At least the beer was reasonable.

What a brilliant play Harry Potter and the cursed child is. My whole party loved it, the story is good, the acting is excellent and we were totally immersed for the two performances. It's a long time for young children so I wouldn't go with kids under 8. The staff at the Veny are friendly and helpful and it's nicely situated a short walk from the tube at Leicester Square. Even if you aren't that big a fan or Harry Potter I still think this is one of the best plays showing at the moment. It's that good I'd go see it again tomorrow.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is one of those shows it's hard to describe without spoilers, but suffice to say that whether you're a fan of the original stories or just enjoy a good show, you can't do better. Very clever and inventive production, with lots of surprises and "how did they do that?" special effects. It's in two parts, bookable separately, with a couple of hours break between (you leave the building after part one). The theatre is a masterpiece of late Victorian playhouses, with comfortable seats and great views on all levels. Order your interval refreshments via the theatre's own app.
