This place is incredible. I have been to London a number of times, never been here. The range of items is uncanny. From clothing to luggage tags, crockery to fridge magnets. It is incredible what you can find with the M&M's logo on. Yes, it is a little pricey, that is to be expected in a store, that covers 4 floors, entirely of their own product. From the photo booth to the personalised M&M's they have a unique grasp of what people want. They are a little quirky but they appeal to the younger audience, which then means the parents cave in and put their hand in their pockets. I could easily have spent more money in there, but I managed to resist, and in turn talk my kids out of, wanting everything they saw. It is well worth a visit for anyone with kids, or a sweet tooth, heading into London.

Colourful chocolate wonderland!! Great for all ages but the kids absolutely loved it. Just watch the kids filling up the bags, it get pricey real quick 😅😂 The merchandise was great too Some very quirky t-shirts. Four levels of endless chocolate My favourite had to be the chocolate brownie flavour 🤤

A must visit place in London. We are not fans of M&M, but this place changes our perspective. Lot of souvenir idea here. But among all new ideas, the printing of our face image on each M&M was special. £25 per big mug with few hundred pieces of printed face were a great surprise souvenir to our friends and relatives.

M&M’S World London is an exceptional destination for families, featuring what is arguably the world’s most impressive collection of M&M’S chocolates. My son was in awe, feeling as if he was in a chocolate heaven. Spanning several floors, this vast store offers an extensive variety of M&M’S chocolates in countless flavors and colors, captivating both kids and adults alike. The store’s size is truly impressive, with each floor offering a new realm of chocolate delights. The personalization service is a standout, adding a fun and interactive aspect to our visit. The vibrant atmosphere and excellent customer service enhance the experience, creating more than just a shopping trip but a memorable adventure into the world of chocolate. Highly recommended for families seeking an expansive and enchanting chocolate experience.

It is a nice place for m&m's lovers. There are plenty of souvenirs and m&m's products. You can find great presents for your loved ones though they are a bit costly. You can even make your own personalised m&m's with your pics on them. There's a toilet facility as well. Entrance is free.

Very entertaining place to go, smells delicious, and whether you are a fan or not, you will enjoy this place. Some spaces look a bit empty, but it is because M&m is very crowded and busy most of the time, especially Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays. Take into account this if you visit the shop at weekends, because you might find very long queues. There are many products to choose from. From the iconic little m&m's sold by grams to very nice souvenirs, dispensers, toy, clothing, etc. Come and take a picture with one of the most iconic sweets in the most iconic scenes in London ❤️

Cleanest toilets in London! This is a busy store so expect to queue to get inside during busy times. Lots of M&M merch and candies, and a delicious chocolate scent pumped throughout the store. My favourite is buying colour coordinated M&M’s - you can mix your own colours or buy their ready mixed varieties Lots of photo opportunities with statues, London postbox and even a mini (car) at times. Definitely worth a visit when you are next in London

really amazing experience, went here when i had a day off at school and it was amazing and not very busy! the m&ms wall was extraordinary, with so many m&ms to choose from, most probably not in other shops. lots of fun features - great for children. also, it’s in an iconic location and the building has a great, modern design. finished my m&ms from there within a week they were so good! many exclusive flavours.

This is a lovely store, bright colourful and fun to look around, but everything is wildly overpriced. 3 half filled bags of m&m's came to £46.97😱🥵I nearly died of shock at the till but I purchased them as I had already promised the kids....but never again.

All the time when my brother is coming to London to visit me he wants to go to M&M and is not a kid anymore an my daughters love that. They never said No to M&M. To many floors to finish in only few minutes. You need to have time if you want to enjoy it and obviously the card with you. Is impossible to go there only for a quick viewing. We can wait for the next visit!!!!!!

Its a cute shop especially for kids I guess and if you're really into M&Ms merchandise. To me the store was interesting but not amazing. Its very cute designed and I also like the mascots idea but would not buy anything like that. But I got a lot for yummy M&Ms from the lower level of the store.

One of the best places to take kids. The store is huge and has 4 floors. There is wide variety of m&ms and different kinds of merchandise. Had a great time there. The prices are a quite high though if you compare with regular m&m retails.

Downstairs is a giant wall of chocolate. The world's biggest wall of chocolate. All m&m's except for a small section for skittles. They even have brownie m&m's, which you can try if you don't know what they are! £2.99 per 100g. Peanut ones are at one side, away from the others to lower contamination of allergens. Lots of different colours (not sold in regular shops) available. Like mermaid mix, london mix, solid colours, only blues, white and pink and greys or pastels. Lots of march, clothing, bags, cushions with sassy sayings, cups and money boxes and more. Giant m&m's characters in window on a rainbow pedestrian crossing - grab a picture with them! I'm not sure if there is a lift, but I think there might be.

Great place to let the young kids see As well as the old kids massive big store 4 floors of sweets and gifts. Great experience when visiting the M&M store in London … I would avoid at peak times as the queue’s can be backed up around the block but definitely worth it if it isn’t too busy! Plenty of branded stuff to buy and of course the famous chocolate wall where you create your own tub / bag of M&M’s, only downside is that it is white prices for the sweets but it’s the novelty you pay for! Also plenty of great photo spots inside, defo worth a visit if your in the area.

Went here before I was diagnosed as a diabetic- and this very shop probably had a good part to play in this :) Loved my favourite candy in cups. I was pretty much transported back to being a kid. Merchandise, while slightly overpriced, is worth a look.

This was a really cool store! We spend 30 minutes browsing the t-shirts and getting our pick and mix M&M from the wall of M&Ms! And I mean a wall. They have lots of colours 😍 they have brownie m&ms, crispy m&ms, peanut ones and (my favourite) salted caramel ones 😋 Just don't forget that you have skittles in the same place... The pick and mix has 4 different options of payment - bag by weight of 100g, 3 cup sizes with different prices. They have the normal fridge magnets, postcards and pins for souvenirs.

Very cool store, really well designed. There is a self-service counter where you can fill M&Ms yourself. However, the price is quite expensive. They also have clothes with M&Ms print and some accessories. Definitely worth a visit

Who knew M&M had such a massive fan base! This store is huge, spanning 3 floors! With plenty of merchandise variety, some Pj's to pencil cases, there's something for everyone, let alone the greatest chocolate wall, filled with colours and fillings! There's lots of photo opportunities for both adults and children.

The m&m shop is huge, over 4 stories tall it full of chocolate, clothes, household stuff like cushions, mugs, cups. But the main thing here is the chocolate. Be prepared to spend a lot, as it's quite expensive for what you get, unless you are strict with yourself you will overfill the bags or pick a bigger cup and then you will have more chocolate (or skittles) than you can eat. We did have to queue to get in but it was mere minutes and the staff taped the lids to stop my chocolate escaping. Worth a visit.

Welcome to the vibrant and delightful M&M Shop in London, a colourful chocolate wonderland that appeals to all ages, especially the enthusiastic little ones who can't resist its charm. But hey, be ready to keep a close eye on those kids as they fill up their bags, because your wallet might shed a tear or two in the process. The merchandise here is simply fantastic, offering a wide range of quirky t-shirts and an assortment of M&M-branded items that will make you smile. Plus they truly understand what people want. With their photo booth and personalized M&M's, they have a unique ability to create an experience that captivates the younger audience. It's a vibrant, entertaining, and chocolate-filled experience that shouldn't be missed. Just be prepared for the price tags and embrace the joy of treating yourself and your taste buds to a little indulgence. After all, life is too short to deny yourself some fun and sweetness, right? So, go ahead, immerse yourself in the world of M&M's and make some delightful memories. Enjoy! 😉

If you are in London even just for a few hours don't miss out on visiting this place. Five floors are of course full of chocolate of all kinds and flavors, but not only. Everything you can think of with a logo of the famous M&M's. Of course the best part is a whole wall of M&M's in dozens of colors. Just take a bag, fill as much as you want and go to the checkout. There are flavors here that you cannot find in any supermarket or store. A recommended experience for both children and adults.

This place is insane. It smells weird too like a chocolate factory or just an intense aroma of sugar so if you like that, go ahead. There's lots of interaction here and I could have bought the ENTIRE store!

This place is colourful, fun. Kid friendly. Adult friendly whats not to love. Yes it's expensive think the lowest item I saw was £10 but hey its london and you only live once right?? I brought a hoodie and chocolate obviously 😋 it has toilets in it too. There are lots of stairs as lots of floors but there are also lifts for prams and wheelchairs etc. Here you can buy all sorts drinks, mugs, bowls, blankets, clothes, pj's, keyrings, lanyards, magnets, candy dispensers. Lots!!!

I love chocolate so I was curious to explore that store. It is really big store, where you can buy a variety of one of the most famous chocolates. Colours inside were amazing, colourful and beautiful. There are the most known flavours of that candys. For example the classic chocolate, peanut, brownie and crispy. Apart from that, there are many accessories based on M&M's characters, such us cups, mups, pencils, keyrings and clothes. Besides that, you could take photos with the enormous M&M's characters. Prices are a bit high. It's worth it to visit that store at least once especially if you are M&M's lover.

Lots and lots of choice of chocolate m&m some with hazel and some with peanuts etc etc. The mini candy dispenser was amusing, why would anyone use them as whole pack of m&m will finished in a blink. This place also offer wide variety of souvenirs for tourists. Due to covid19 mask was mandatory, customer service on the front door offer free mask for tourists whom forgot to bring one. Very impressive with the excellent health and safety shopping environment they offered. Even Michelin starred restaurant didn't offer free mask on entrances

Really great range of M&M products. Shame some of the items seem over priced for what they are, but if your looking for stocking fillers then its great. Its a fun place to visit. Loads of stock, over several floors so easy to loose track of time, which could be good for big kids as well as the little kids. :)

PROS: - huge selection of candy and other M&M's merchandise, - worth a visit if you are a fan and/or if you have kids, - four levels (ground and then three more below), - friendly and helpful staff. CONS: - tends to be pretty crowded (people can be really pushy and unfriendly), - tills are on every floor but the longest queues are on the -1 level where the (self-serve) candy is, - pricier than in a grocery store (100g per bag is more expensive than candy in a cup, just FYI).

What a crazy experience. Super busy but great fun for the kids. A word of caution - the price for the "choose your own" M&M's is double that of a normal supermarket or sweet shop. I understand the whole "experience" side but DOUBLE the price is a bit cheeky. All in all a good time had with the kids.

Yummy is all I can say about this perennial favourite. A treat for the senses. You wonder if you are tripping on LSD in all its psychadelia!! Everyone becomes a kid! Its fun to be one. The kids go mad. The parents roll their eyes. The crowds for once make it worth it. I have spent many hours there as my children grew up amd have spent lots of money at the altar of this World. The best part is now they are older i get to still see the child in them without having to spend!! The magic and joy of this world is something to enjoy and celebrate!! Give it a go! Definitely visit it when you are in London. Come back again and again!!!! And then there is the merchandise!!!!! Not sure it floats my boat but everyone else loves it!😃😝💥

The perfect place to bring your family and get a bunch of goodies. They have fairly good prices and I have to say they don't have all the flavors though. That was the biggest let down for me was that but it is a huge place with 3 floors and lots to see. For future travel and food adventures follow my Instagram @officialgetfresh

I was amazed! A places like this should be "illegal"! Lol! Too many M&M's to choose from! I mean I'm an adult and I got excited and confused! Infinity stars for this place! I loved it!

A must visit in London with kids, neatly maintained, colourful and well organized store. Personal message or print name on your favorite things is the highlight. Don't miss the m&m personal photo print.

On seeing the queue outside the M&m's store I had very high expectations. Considering it's a multi storied shop, the initial thought was that each floor had different items. But it was not more posters and m&m models repeated on each floor. The price was also very high. If you are a big fan of M&m and would like selfies and pics, it's a place to visit.

I went with my daughter and she went crazy in the place. We got some souvenirs but these maybe little on the expensive side. The photo booths at Basement 1 were not accepting the contactless payment, although I tried different cards. It maybe some network issue, couldn’t ask some staff as the children got distracted and found something else. Overall my children really liked the place and loved the idea to dispense candy of their own choice of various colors.

Great place to go 🚶‍♂️ 👏 my children love it. Just one thing, at the moment there'snt any toilets for the public so keep that on mind if you go with kids. Overall clean and tidy, stuff very helpful, and you can spend hours looking the greats art made with M&M

WOW!! I saw M&M's World on TV cuz of my daughters.. this was more than what I thought!! the smell of M&Ms as soon as I enter the store.... experience as if I was entering Charlie's chocolate factory!! The great wall of M&Ms!! Before I go back home, I'm definately going again to make customized M&Ms for my daughters!!

This is probably one of the best places on the planet. It just so ridiculous! The largest candy wall in the world. And there's so much fun M&M accessories. So even if M&M isn't your favorite candy, you need to visit this place!

Three floors of m&m goodness!!!!! From the merchandise to the chocolates this is great fun! It was really busy but the space is so big it's not an issue. Here you can personalise you m&ms if you like, and also create bags of your own preference.

If you like M & M's then head here! 4 levels of chocolate infused money spending heaven. Everything from cushions to outfits to large buckets of chocolates which can be filled with the flavours and colours of your choice. Kept all my kids amused for hours. Form an orderly queue....

Extremely bug shop in London heart dedicated to the sweet M&M brand. They have the classical chocolate, t shirts, British souvenirs and much more. You can even customize your own m&m with a photo of you. There is 4 floors in total.

M&M store is one of my favorite chocolate stores with fresh chocolate from M&M, and whenever I’m in London I can’t resist going and having some of their fresh chocolate. They have a variety of M&M chocolates, and you can fill a plastic glass (it is not free and has large, medium, and small sizes) or a plastic bag (free of charge) and at the end they will calculate how many grams you have. It’s not only chocolate; they also have other candy, and you can customize your M&M chocolate by printing names or a picture on it. They also have a variety of gifts such as clothes, cups, medals, toys, etc. Honestly, M&M chocolate wasn’t one of my favorites until I tried this M&M chocolate from a London store. It has a different taste than what I used to buy from our local market.

It’s a really fun place to be in! The colors are so vibrant. Kids and adults will have fun alike. Entry is free to explore around. Merchandise is expensive but so cute! Would definitely recommend to get assorted M&Ms.

A wide variety of M&M chocolates to try! Probably the largest M&M merchandises and chocolates selections you can get in London! Bought M&M theme playings cards and tried their signature Salted Caramel flavour. It was not too crowded when we arrived at evening.

Each time I visit the M&Ms store in any part of the world I marvel at the genius of their marketing department... It's quite a feat to turn such a simple product into something that can justify the very existence of a 4-story mega-mall centered around chocolate dragees. There is often a line but it's moving quickly. And frankly if I were running the M&Ms marketing department I would pay people to form that line. Definitely good for the business.

Should have went here long time ago. It's funny how its our first time in this store while were always at leceister square. This store is massive and smells really nice, you can smell chocolate everywhere! Everything was just so cute and you'll be tempted to buy a lot! There were 4 floors I think and there are just so many items to choose from. On this visit, we bought a plate, chocolates and a dispenser. It was just an amazing experience to mix and pick your m&ms but honestly it was super expensive. 1 bag that we bought was £20+++ Will definitely go back but will buy less of the chocolates. Forgot to mention that it was chaos here as there were lots of people, there was a wait before you can go inside but not more than 5 minutes.
