Dr Mustafa is not listening to his patient. He does not care and never let you speak in your 15 minutes call appointment for something IMPORTANT. This place does not look like a Medical Centre that CARE about people.

The most terrible doctors I have ever been to, they misdiagnose ALL THE TIME, NEVER phone you back, NEVER even phone you for your 'phone call appointments' and are in all honesty RUDE, so uncaring and the most AWFUL doctors I have ever met! The reception team never pick up the phone and if you ask them a simple question they don't know the answer to they'll just put the phone down on you, and if you try to call back after that they'll jut ignore your calls or blame the doctor for their mistakes. AVOID.

The most Rubbish Dr around the World Dr Mostafa you shouldn't be a Dr. Everyone do a favor to yourself and Change Your GP. Please Someone report him to NHS to Cancle his Certificate. Instead of giving me advise, He started to ask me about my arrival to the UK. Piece of trash 🗑

I never experienced something like this before. Instead of doing an allergy test like I asked for I am supposed to walk around and hug trees. What kind of medical advice is that? They will never see you unless you argue about it. And worse is that they just prescribe Antibiotics without even knowing what I had or seeing me. The receptionist is unbelievably rude.

Disgusted with this "medical centre". A young girl directly across the road had collapsed and stopped breathing. Asked them for help and was told "NO you need to call 999". Emergency services had already been called but we needed immediate help.

It's a very rude manner the doctor as well as the nurse and the receptionist. Never experienced doctor like moustafa

I am an energy broker. i called the medical centre to see if i can renew the contracts at a lower rate. a lady called Enida answered the call and said that they are not bothered if the prices go up as the NHS pays for it. No harm in prices going up as it doesn't come out of our pocket. if that is the attitude of the employees at the medical centre then i feel for their patients.

Yes Medical Centre It's like a pandemic, it's like a corona virus Dr. Mustafa is inhuman, does not deserve the profession of medicine, he is not helpful, he is arrogant and a liar, he promises us to call and not call. We suffer from problems when we go to the pocket, he talks about things that have nothing to do with anything. I changed my clinic because of his bad behavior. I advise everyone to change him because he does not understand anything about medicine

Not very professional Dr Mustafa is the rudest GP I have even known. He out the phone down on me. He’s the most laziest doctor there is. He got my medical file instead of reading it he asks me questions. I said to him. It’s in my medical file, u can read it. He said he’s not going to open my file and and read and I need to tell him. He then persecuting me saying that I am obstructive women and that refuses to talk to me. I said I am trying to seek medical and professional advice from u but your are being u reasonable and very unprofessional and lazy. He out the phone down on me. My advice stay away from this GP

It is unacceptable to be kept for almost an hour on the phone trying to book an appointment and told to ‘hold on for a few minutes’ and then drop the call completely. I understand that you are having issues with the phone system but please, you can do better by speaking kindly to the patients.

Tried to call because they cancelled my repeat prescription out of the blue without notifying me. I was in the queue for 2 hours!!! Starting at number 4 and when I reached number 1 they hung up. That is just unprofessional and ridiculous. Changing the practice

Unlimited number of calls to connect, not very helpful staff and doctors. I have personal experience as well as well my wife and two little kids. Not sure why but the service provided is way too basic.

Very gentle receptionist. She was very kind and she gave me very good information about the Medical Centre. Very helpful 👍. Carry on Sangeeta And don't forget Karma's law - As You watching after the patient's, So God watching after you.

I have been with this GP for 10 years and I was always happy with them. It was easy to make an appointment and doctors and nurses were friendly and helpful.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!! Very rude dr mostafa wafik He was extremely rude to my friend how is almost blind he told us to leave and didn’t want to lessen to the patient . I never experienced such a thing we don’t wish him any luck in his life because he shouldn’t be a Gp !!! He made inappropriate comments I hope some how one day GOD give him a good lesson and unforgettable !!!!! I don’t recommend the surgery to any human. And we will change the surgery ASAP

If it was possible I would've given _ star because of the reception lady little dark. She is extremely rude and non cooperative. I went there twice and both times she miss behaved with me. Who speaks on the front desk like her??

The worst doctor I've ever seen was a peak in my child's racism. He had a problem in his eye, and yellow water came out. I had an appointment with Doctor Mostafa Wafik. My wife went to him and he wouldn't see the child because my wife did not speak English. He refused to examine him and gave her an appointment after 14 days. Medicine is a humanitarian work. friendly and thank you

Extremely rude and inhumane staff! I booked an urgent appointment and was running 5 minutes late due to issues with transport out of my control and also aiming to be earlier than my time. Firstly they didn’t pick up the phone when I tried to call twice to notify them secondly why are you working in the medical industry if you are not going to actually help people. I’ve always had issues with this medical centre and definitely do not recommend it!

Run away from this medical center !! Lazy team - nurse is continuesly repeating call me to solve the problem - when asking why to call when I am here there is no answer ..Doctor Moustafa thinks he is no GP - he is Prime Minister.. No any appointments - only if you are lucky some telephone call for 5 mins... I don't need call friend Dr. Moustafa - I NEED GP to have meeting with him and he to solve my problems ! Anyway after 5 years in this Medical Center going to look for new GP - it is usless to waste time here - advice the same for everybody registrated in Acton Town Medical Center
