avoid
for
sure.
All
the
staff
I
spoke
with
had
a
poor
command
of
English.
I
had
to
ask
repeatedly
for
the
options.
The
portion
size
was
small
for
the
price.
Because
of
miscommunication
at
the
till
I
had
to
pay
twice
as
the
Torilla
Chips
were
missed
from
my
bill.
I
don't
like
that
only
card
payments
are
taken.
Staff
were
'ignorant'
and
that
is
not
a
term
I
like
to
use.
But
really
sums
up
the
five
staff
I
interacted
with.
Only
wooden
forks
were
available.
Normally
I
would
get
a
spoon
and
knife
option
at
other
branches
of
Chipotle.
I
went
downstairs
to
their
additional
seating
area
and
the
place
had
not
been
cleaned
in
some
time.
I
had
to
clean
the
table
myself.
Staff
kept
coming
past
me
to
the
crew
room
and
were
happy
to
pass
by
the
filth.
The
area
was
also
quite
dimly
lit.
I
attempted
to
ask
staff
members
if
they
could
clean
the
area
and
I
was
simply
ignored.
The
main
bins
were
at
capacity
evidence
it
had
been
in
this
state
for
some
time.
A
couple
came
down
the
stair
saw
the
state
of
the
place
and
promptly
went
back
upstairs.
I
opened
the
bag
of
Torilla
Chips
and
was
disappointed
with
the
tiny
portion.
My
meal
was
cold
and
tasteless.
All
in
all
very
disappointing.
I
imagine
Chipotle
get
way
with
this
terribly
poor
level
of
customer
service
as
their
customers
are
tourists.
I
won't
be
returning
to
this
branch.
