One to avoid for sure. All the staff I spoke with had a poor command of English. I had to ask repeatedly for the options. The portion size was small for the price. Because of miscommunication at the till I had to pay twice as the Torilla Chips were missed from my bill. I don't like that only card payments are taken. Staff were 'ignorant' and that is not a term I like to use. But really sums up the five staff I interacted with. Only wooden forks were available. Normally I would get a spoon and knife option at other branches of Chipotle. I went downstairs to their additional seating area and the place had not been cleaned in some time. I had to clean the table myself. Staff kept coming past me to the crew room and were happy to pass by the filth. The area was also quite dimly lit. I attempted to ask staff members if they could clean the area and I was simply ignored. The main bins were at capacity evidence it had been in this state for some time. A couple came down the stair saw the state of the place and promptly went back upstairs. I opened the bag of Torilla Chips and was disappointed with the tiny portion. My meal was cold and tasteless. All in all very disappointing. I imagine Chipotle get way with this terribly poor level of customer service as their customers are tourists. I won't be returning to this branch.

The driest, smallest and most disgusting food I've ever had. Spending 20 pounds only to put it into my bin. Chicken so dry and overcooked that you cant even chew it. Very disappointed with the food quality

Unfortunately I’ve been a fan of chipotle for a while but to see the worker isn’t serving with love like they used too is a shame, the serving size is absurd. I hope they look in to it and try to go back to the good old days. PS. The portion on the picture is after I was asking her to serve more of every ingredient.

For my taste, it was a little bland. The burrito was mostly rice and other filling. The best part would have to be the chips and guacamole and even the guacamole was bland compared to many other places. Definitely not expensive by any means but also not cheap. Works in a pinch or if you’re craving some American style Mexican food.

Always love eating Chipotle in America so I was eager to try the one in London and it definitely lived up to its name! The service was quick, and more importantly the food was tasty. Reasonable pricing too.

hardest tortillla chips with an extremely watery excuse of a medium salsa which lacked flavour. downstairs seating was small, cramped and had little adequate lighting with no charging ports and a very small bathroom area. the person who served us was kind and tried his best to accommodate us which is why this place is getting any stars at all. overall disappointing, go to barburrito or even tortilla for better quality food.

Update: the bad avocados made me sick rhe next day. Avoid!!!!!! Avocados in the guacamole had gone bad. It tastes disgusting and unhealthy. It is too bad because the guacamole is usually really fresh at chipolte in the USA. Chips are stale as well. Guacamole should be light green, not this dark. It means the avocados went bad.

I haven't had Chipotle for 14 years and the last time I had it was at the original restaurant which opened in Denver, Colorado almost 30 years ago. The menu is fairly much the same and unchanged and that's what makes the food so great. It was amazing then and still is today. The only addition I noticed is a choice of white or brown rice. The ingredients are fresh and the flavours are delightful. I hope I don't have to wait so long for my next one.

Friendly and helpful staff, fast service, tasty burritos, if you like mexican you can enjoy ur meal here. I've been to Chipotles in States so it is the same as taste.

Finally got a chance to visit Chipotle in London for the 1st time, as I am a great fan of Mexican food. Enjoyed the wonderful and delicious Veggie Bowl along with Quesadillas. 😋 Look forward to visit Chipotle again soon!

Visited during a rather quiet time. A couple comments: (1) the size of my burrito was obviously a victim of central London shrinkflation - okay taste but too small for £10 (2) being quieter the ingredients were not getting stocked/refreshed as regularly, was sad to see I got the last of the very sad/dry looking steak instead of refilling with fresher (looking) meat. (3) they finished the steak in my burrito, but I clear on whether what was left was actually a full portion, given the size of my wrap in (1) - probably not. Other than the above - typical chipotle.

Got the soft tacos, and the taco was cold. They used to warm it up so nicely. Also staff could better explain the new chicken options. Went after a few years, expecting Chipotle of old. Probably a 3.5/5, but just disappointed with my usual expectations

Best restaurant chain in the world. Wish they reconsider their prices a bit though. Also, a soda fountain wouldn’t hurt anyone.

Went to Chipotle around 2PM, and the place seemed to be run by new staff. The big table was dirty even though it wasn't busy, so we had to clean it ourselves. The team seemed more interested in chatting than helping the few customers there. Ordered 2 burritos, and the person who rolled them clearly had no experience – they were just folded improperly. My wife even commented on it, but he ignored her and walked away. The food tasted okay, but the lack of cleanliness and proper service made for an unenjoyable first visit.

My all time worldwide favorite restaurant. Chipotle has perfected the customized healthy non-fried fast food. Its good protein for vegetarians and the same taste everywhere around the world.

We went here because we would go to Chipotle in California. The burrito size is smaller than USA. The rice was hard. Not a lot of seating. Staff were nice.

Had the chicken bowl. The food was prepared well and presentation was excellent. The food tasted great with a fantastic mix a flavours. If you like burritos you will really like the food here. Very welcoming staff and service was excellent. Will try to visit again

Came in and ordered a bowl. Have just arrived back from America so I know my regular order. Portion size is very poor, only filled half of bowl. Definitely not what should be given.

Firstly I’ve visited this place only for my guests, as they wanted a quick bite. Service is average, although some of the staff are nice. I was ordering food for 6 people and they rushed me through and missed two orders, had to quite up again. Food, tasteless. Atmosphere, seating could be better. Not very clean. I recommend to get a take away.

The food was not good, the portion size compared to the price is wrong, the chicken was hard to chew and the avocado was not mashed at all!! I WILL NOT COME AGAIN.

The food and staff were really great and yummy, the atmosphere was quite poor. The ground floor could have a little bit of more light and music a little bit higher. For the food and staff, you should definitely try it.

Simple burrito bowl with friendly staff, can't go wrong!

The food is always good at chipotle, I was really missing it since I don’t live in the US anymore and we don’t have any in Spain. My usual order is a burrito and chips with guacamole

I go with my wife to this nice place often! This is the best place to pass a nice evening. I visit this place many times. The cooking is great, the workers are polite and the payment is affordable. I enjoy eating in this spot to have a nice dinner.

The portion was huge and tasty. Loved the chicken and the hot salsa, skipped thr sour cream. At first I thought it was a Mexican subway, but it was way more than that.

Decent Mexican food, but if you get there at the end of the day it's nearly guaranteed you'll get 60-70% of a normal portion size instead of 100%

This was the first time we visited Chipotle and I was really amazed by the taste and the quality of the food. Yes, this is 5 star rating but of course, street food/fast food category. The place is buzzing and staff is doing their best in this loud and busy environment, tip my hat to them. I had the beef steak tacos, the meat and tomato salsa were so delicious! My Gf had a chicken wrap, that wasn’t so mind blowing but still pretty good. For the price 7-8 £ you get decent food that is actually delicious and somewhat healthy. I will come again!

As a traveler, I'd say the food was a good amount with a good price. It definitely keeps you up for several hours. But I'd say the staff could be a bit more welcoming and a bit more friendly. Also, I know it's hard work in London specially during the rush hours at night, but I would have appreciate it more if the restaurant was cleaner. Overall it was very good. Keep up the great work!!

Not bad for a quick lunch. Food is a bit overpriced for what you get but I guess that's normal in London. Chicken had more flavour than steak just incase you are stuck deciding 😉

Good veggie/vegan option of a fake meat and veg option. Good substitute but not packing with flavour. Would recommend hot if you think you can do spice. Didn’t find medium to be spicy at all. Overall was very tasty though

Receive a wrong bowl, vegetarian one although I had ordered the one with Barbacoa (£15). When I complained only refunded £0.75 the price difference between the dishes. I should have received a full refund, since that was not the dish I wanted/ordered, I raised the complaint but no luck. Very poor service.

This place is one of my all time favourite places 😍, I love their food. It is ideal for a good healther and quick meal. It might look messy but it is delicious haha. I highly recommend it

Rather rude staff, rushed to order even though we were standing away from the serving window, looking at the menu. Very stingy portion sizes for the price. Food was a little bland and not very warm. The spicy salsa isn't spicy, would like to see some sort of option for fresh chilli. Chicken had weird hard bits in amongst it... not crunchy or crispy, just hard. Probably sitting out for a while after being cooked, or reheated after cooling. Guac was nice and fresh, however i would like some fresh lime and coriander. Dirty tables, floor & toilets. Ended up paying over £26 for 2 burritos and 2 drinks. Would stick to tortilla in the future.
