I
am
shocked
at
some
of
the
negative
reviews
here.
I
used
the
e-consult
facility
last
week
for
the
first
time
and
Dr
Fahey
responded
promptly
in
her
usual
sympathetic
and
professional
way.
I
believe
I
have
seen
(and
been
extremely
happy
with)
all
doctors
and
all
nurses
at
the
New
Dover
Road
Surgery
over
the
past
nine
years.
I
live
alone
and
I
have
been
isolated
for
almost
a
year,
with
various
medical
conditions.
The
practice,
like
all
practices
these
COVID
days,
is
under
extreme
pressure
but
I
know
everyone
there,
doctors,
nurses
and
receptionists
are
doing
their
very
best
to
look
after
patients'
needs.
They
cannot
work
miracles.
Those
who
complain
may
not
have
lived
in
countries
where
health
care
is
not
available
to
all.
I
am
extremely
grateful
to
the
New
Dover
Road
Surgery.!.

I
am
adding
to
a
review
left
last
year.
Today
I
had
a
2pm
appointment
with
Nurse
Rose.
I
was
queuing
to
check
in
but
the
person
in
front
of
me,
who
had
an
appointment,
refused
to
give
her
name
to
the
receptionist.
She
said
she
was
unwell
and
found
it
hard
to
breathe
yet
she
refused
to
wear
a
mask
or
a
visor.
She
falsely
accused
the
receptionist
of
shouting
at
her
and
bullying
and
said
she
would
make
a
complaint.
My
last
review
said
how
surprised
I
was
to
see
negative
remarks
here.
This
is
just
to
thank
Rose
for
the
time
and
care
she
took
in
surgery
today.
She
then
took
the
trouble
to
telephone
me
at
home
with
additional
information.
THANK
YOU,
Rose
and
all
nurses,
and
thanks
to
all
the
other
staff
-
doctors,
reception
and
admin
-
for
their
care.
