    Extremely bad costumer service, never do what they say. They say that they will refund a tichet but never did, had to call so many times and they never answer their phone. I even went to an agency here in London, and guess what? Only one agent were there serving people (there were only me by the way) but refused to open the door. I could hardly hear her and when she understood what I came for she said that she can't solve the problem because the ticket has been bought through the net and therefore it has to be solved over the net. She gave ne a email to write too. Guess what , they did not answer the email too. Terrible , terrible costumer service. SHAME ON YOU Royal Air Maroc. I don't recommend anyone to go with them.

    Terrible - please avoid... flight cancelled by the airline during covid (understandable); no voucher, no refund, no customer service whatsoever - utter rubbish

    If there was a 0 star option I would give it. Flight was cancelled which I was informed of a couple days before. This happened in February and I am still struggling to receive a refund, was told I would receive a voucher. Tried booking using this so called voucher recently waist of time. £670 in their pockets for no service.

    Worst airline. Can you imagine a connecting flight was cancelled without my relative being informed, only to get to the transit country and be told no flight until the next 24hr after already booked flight.Stuck now with nothing on her in Casablanca. Never knew things like this still happens. #Disgusted.

    Royal air maroc is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Bought a return ticket for my wife from Banjul to London and got stock here due to the coronavirus pandemic. I have been trying to reach them via phone calls or email for any latest updates to no avail. When I finally got in touch with them in late June they confirm to me that there will a flight on 11 of July from London to Banjul. I had to pay an additional fee for the current return ticket my wife got. The worst came on the date of the flight we travel to the airport Heathrow terminal 4 which was close on the date then proceeded to terminal 2 and to be told by airport staff that there's no air maroc flight. I make contact with their London office and they confirm the bad news to me. Very much disappointed that there is no single official to at the airport to explain the cancellation. Utter rubbish!!!

    Update: Day 64 and still no luggage, they have also refused giving me a refund/compensation Terrible customer service. The airline lost my luggage, they show no remorse, they are hard to contact/communicate with, they do not reply to emails, robotic replies on twitter, this company is a complete shambles. Do your self a favour and do not book them unless you want an awful trip and want to experience depression!

    Useless airline. My bag was left behind in Casablanca, other airlines helped me logged comments on the baggage system but they never check it. It has been 2 weeks since I lost my bag. Went to the city office, the lady was not helpful at all, simply saying no contact just selling tickets. Absolute nightmare

    Worst airline ever. Delayed for 24hrs in Lagos, 24hrs in Casablanca with poor hospitality and no compensation. To make matter worst, baggage was damaged took 7 months for claim to be acknowledged, at the end when the reimbursement was finally paid it was less than what the agreement says. Agreement read £42.19 to be reimbursed only £38 was paid. Terrible customer's service. Stay away!

    One of the worst rated airlines as far as I’m concerned. Still waiting for them to refund my ticket I couldn’t use due to coronavirus since2020. They issued a voucher & decided to suspend it. Is there any point in issuing a voucher if you can’t use it or get it refunded. Very unruly airlines, they will not even respond to CAA. Not sure why they need to hold on to peoples money. After all the owners(the royal family apparently) have more money than…… Avoid them like a plague!!!

    i fly yo Morocco about once every year. Honestly, i have never lost a thing. Forget losing a whole luggage. Besides that, I find the services are good and they also politely and humbly feed you well compared to Ryan air where you even have to pay for water and they won't give it to you for free even if you are dying of thirst. On the other hand, air morocco gives you water whenever you ask. That is a generous service to be honest. Unless i cannot find the days i want, i will definitely go for royal air morocco.

    Lost my luggages on my outgoing trip had no clothes for 2 weeks, my return journey had flights delayed missed my connecting flight, tried logging a complaint on their website but does not include UK options and logged 3 times, agents on the phone said they can't find it. this company should be fined and hope everyone that works for air maroc goes to hell where they belong. worst company ever
