Sunday market - Lively and exciting place to come and discover mouthwatering selection of food and drinks from around the world. There’s someone for everyone. Amazing handmade arts and crafts available for yourself and to buy as gifts for friends and family. You could spend the whole day here and still not get bored.

🎪 Greenwich Market was recommended to us by a friend. It's kind of a mix of a flea market and a fair with lots of stalls (antiques, paintings, wool, scarves, food and drink from different cuisines (international). The size of the market is about the size of half a football pitch (maybe even smaller I would say (almost like a basketball court). There are also shops around it such as boutiques and restaurants plus coffee shops. You can easily get here by public transport = underground or bus. If you liked my reviews, I would be happy about a like. You can also follow me by clicking on my profile picture above and then on the follow button under my username :)

There is this amazing and affordable carvery in Greenwich Market that is just phenomenal. It is called Carvery. No fuss, very straightforward, amazing food. I got the £10 roast with rosemary potatoes, pudding, gravy, melted cheese and fried onions on top. Honestly, extremely good. 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

So busy (in a great way) and so much to choose from! Food was unbelievable, nice little stand when we first walked in selling Apple crumble and custard this was soooo GOOD!! A fantastic street food market too! Loads of little quirky shops to explore too. Definitely worth a visit!

Fun place to explore. Shops combined with stalls selling antiques, artwork, homewares, candles, perfumes all manner of goodies. Food stalls within undercover area and found outside. Seating is limited if looking to seat and eat. Food stalls are very good quality and reasonably priced.

Located inside an enclosed courtyard the place has an eclectic combination of small food stalls and market stalls, surrounded on three sides by shops selling a variety of specialist goods, my favorite being the one selling pop and rock-related books, posters and vinyls. There's not enough in the market to make it worth a special trip but it's nice to pop in and browse if you're in Greenwich to view one of the bigger attractions.

Come the weekend and Greenwich is all a-bustle with its market open for business. If you are a foodie and in Greenwich during the weekend, this is an experience you cannot miss though the crowds can be a bit daunting. You will find all sorts of food stalls and you can take your pick between Asian, African, Italian, local and other cuisines. You will also find stalls selling local craft and paintings. Don't forget to make a stop at the fudge shop selling a variety of flavours - all delicious!

Greenwich Market is Located on a World Heritage Site, at the Front of University of Greenwich! It was established on 1737. This market is a place of various foods from all around the world. Such a Joyous place for Tourists and obviously food lovers! Here you will find Arts & Crafts shop, Drinks/Ice-creams, Chinese and korean cuisine. Most importantly some of the stalls sell Halal Foods for Muslim foodies. I like this place, people come, eat and go! Food Quality is good enough. Other products and shops are good too.

I visited this market twice and all I can say is I absolutely loved the it. The books, food and the antique things were so amazing. You must visit this place while you are in greenwhich. There were so many food stalls and queue were long in each of them because they were selling some delicious street food. One thing to note is that, market shuts at 5pm. So make sure you make your visit before that.

Greenwich Market (格林威治市集) is located at SE10 9HZ. There are shops selling art products, souvenirs, accessories and home decoration items. A separate area contains food booth offering Korean, Japanese, India, etc.., food. Attractive shopping environment. Highly recommended to visit.

We loved GM! Allen can say is try the scotch eggs. We were skeptical about trying them. But decided to try a couple and they were delicious!! They have a few different flavors we had traditional and pork. Definitely have the mustard on top.

Compact market place for a stroll, treats and a bit of shopping. in the heart of Greenwich you can complete your day trip by a visit to this market place . Shop for wine, honey, fudge , gifts and more. At the moment there is more of Christmas theme and less food stalls .. However I remember much more variety during other periods

My first ever visit here and wow! Such a beautiful little market with so many things to look at and appreciate. The food smells, the fresh coffee, the colourful stalls all displaying their own unique items. A great way to spend an afternoon.

Great local market with many unique stalls. Easy to reach from the Greenwich pier with less than 5 mins walk. If you spend enough time exploring each stall, you might find a little gem that couldn't be found anywhere else. There are some good quality handmade gifts/crafts. Supporting independent business while having a great day out. My favourite was the one selling jewellery from real flowers. Check it out.

The market features a wide variety of stalls from street food to craft. It is nice for browsing but can get crowded. In terms of flair I prefer other markets in town because of the plastic pop-up stands. Arrive in time because some stalls start closing a bit early.

It's a nice and fun market place. Has food cart and art stalls and vintage jewelry shops. If you're in the area you can go there for food or souvenir shopping. I bought a bracelet for myself.

My friend and I had an amazing day wandering round Greenwich market the other day, eating amazing food and shopping for gorgeous handmade pieces! If you’re planning a visit to London, or if you’re yet to visit Greenwich Market, I couldn’t recommend a visit enough! Oh and if you do, make sure you stop by Five Buns and get yourself one their colourful vegan burgers, you’ll never regret it…best plant-based food ever!!!

It's a lovely little market with a good selection of stalls selling a wide range of goods including clothes, jewellery and art. There's a lot of fast food stalls selling food from around the world, I tried a few and the food was delicious.

Beautiful little market which I believe is 7 days a week, plenty of choice for lovely street food but also market stalls selling everything from pictures, jewellery, shirts, jewellery boxes, scarfs etc. Little independent shops frame the market, very pretty with the lights around the roof. Nice bar to sit and watch thecwirld go by, as it was December the outside heaters were a bonus. There was a seperate second hand market further round. A few shoos (not sure if there were any more had we ventured further round). Easy access to the Uber Boat or dependent on the season the tourist boat, where the guide will amuse you with the Thames history. We stayed in the ibis, so convenient, comfy bed, nice breakfast, clean and staff helpful.

Love it and recommend it to anyone. Lots of choices and limited seating. Can get very busy over the weekend. Nice start or end to visit Greenwich itself, museum, underpass, park.

Greenwich is a vibrant place, and the Market is very much at the heart of it. Food, fashion and an incredible range of art and crafts create a dynamic space for something special to bring visitors looking for fun, and a bargain.

Greenwich Market can easily compete with other markets throughout London. It’s the perfect combination of shops, stands and food stalls. Try mash and pie with different ingredients. Chilli vinegar is a highly recommended accompaniment. Enjoy it!

A nice little traditional market in the heart of the town. Some good things to mooch at but the prices aren't the cheapest so no real bargains to be had unfortunately, still it was nice to visit and look around.

I enjoyed going there to check the christmas market version of it, and the atmosphere was nice, but the goods there are a little pricey and it was pretty crowded. I enjoyed the live music and the lights.

Greenwich Market is a vibrant hub of creativity and culture. With its eclectic mix of stalls, you can munch on international cuisine, snag unique handcrafted goodies, and enjoy a lively atmosphere. The maritime backdrop and nearby attractions like the Cutty Sark and Royal Observatory make it a perfect day out. Whether you're into food, art, or just soaking in the local vibe, Greenwich Market has something for everyone.

It's OK if you're a tourist. Plenty of toot with a smattering of craft and a selection of food stalls and small shops. For me, the stand out shop was Paper Moon. Go and have a look. Travelled on the Thames Clipper surely the only way to arrive. Dashed if I can remember the lovely independent coffee shop on the corner past Costa. Dig it out its worth it.

A wonderful commercial place to visit for this holiday. The market is so busy and the hive (6*6 feet) shops are reminiscent of the olden days of bargain-buying. But here, it's a fixed and reasonable price. So many varieties of Cosmetics, winter accessories, Hand made fancy jewelry, paintings, wallpapers, and snack shops. Especially the Spanish churros filled with caramel were fantastic and the market is decorated with lights very well. I would love to visit again soon.

Covered open air market in operation since 1737. Nice selections of art and jewelry vendors. Market also provides choices for food truck or pub eating. Pro: excellent asia takeaway. Con: not enough seating. Hint: grab a seat quick at the few picnic tables provided at the far end of the market.

Lots of stalls selling great stuff, but little bit pricey. Always enjoy a visit here, so much to see, and eat! It's always busy on weekends and a great atmosphere. Churros was good, and they had free samples which was nice before buying.

Great atmosphere, good for families, beautiful green areas nearby. I personally stopped to get some gluten free pancakes from one of the food trucks. They were delicious.

Really cute market. Not a lot of food options inside besides pastries but you can find more food trucks outside. There are really nice independent jewellery, art and clothing shops. Loved the Brazilian churros food truck
