I’ve tried to persevere with BGR as they’re local and I love burgers but after this evening I’m done. I ordered via Uber Eats and the burgers arrived stone cold and over cooked. I called and the customer service was abominable. I tried to point out that I could see when the burger left them, that it took 5 mins to get to me therefore it must’ve been cold when it left but she fobbed me off. I’ve eaten in several times and the service is universally slow and inaccurate but I’ve gone back as the burgers are generally very good. However, today I’ve spent £40 on two unpleasant burgers and a bit of coleslaw with the added rudeness from the store and I’m done.

Honestly who doesn't even toast the bun this day and age, you'd get a better burger at KFC!

Ordered from uber eats which granted they sometimes take an age to arrive so never expect piping hot food... this was something new though... the smallest portion of chips for £3 lol kinda comical really. Chips come in a tiny polystyrene takeaway box with holes poked in for added heat loss which meant chips arrived soggy and freezing cold.... 😂😂😂Burger is well done and dry dry dry. Literally the worst food I've ever had delivered in my life. Devastating waste of money. If I didnt laugh I'd cry. Absolutely never again ordering from here 😂😂

My food was good and tasty cooked how I liked it but I find it baffling that the standard skiiny chips aren't included in the price of the burger. I'd rather pay an extra pound on the burger than 2.95 for a side. My friends chicken burger was sloppy and just tastes of burger sauce and lacked chicken and cheese. We both feel like the buns the majority of the meal. Service was friendly but they have some confusing presentation choices. Liked the look of the place but lacks music for atmosphere. Also confused how it can take so long to make a burger when it's quiet but hey ho hope it improves cause the taste was good.

Do not order from here. Chicken burger was raw in the middle, both beef burgers came RARE despite ordering them well done, the buns are pathetic and not in American brioche as described, the chips are too laughable to even explain. £3 PER PORTION. The prices they charge are absolutely ridiculous, and I would get better quality food from a cheap chicken corner shop. I feel robbed and disgusted, and the phone number they provide online is wrong so you can't even contact them!

When the food arrived half the order was missing and the food that did arrive was actually cold. I dont mean had gone cold. I felt like the bottom of the burger had come out of a fridge. It was raw in the middle and nothing was edible we asked for a refund and the man was really rude and said I cant help you. We called deliveroo who agreed to refund. I would never eat from hear.

Nice burger, wedges and sweet potato fries. Nothing special but still good. Very nice design in restaurant with red & white theme. Good value and friendly service.

They have gone downhill significantly. No more brioche buns on the burgers! (Cost saving exercise?) just paid £39 for 3 burgers with one portion of chips. Prices gone up quality gone down. Burger patty's are great and they have some of the most unique sauces available. It's a shame how they run their business

Ordered from Uber Eats, £26 for two burgers that each had tough, gristly pieces throughout, a cold brioche bun, soggy tomato, paper-like lettuce with no crunch, tasteless onions and bland cheese, not to mention that you could get better chips from McDonald’s for a third of the £3 that BGR charge. Would not recommend to anyone with taste buds. You’re better off getting a Big Mac meal to be completely honest.

Very confused and bad service... my daughter’s meal never arrived but still appeared on the bill. Then they acted like they were doing me a favour by taking it off. My burger was practically raw... I ate it as it had already taken so long. I feel queasy this morning. Wouldn’t go back.

The burgers are ok. The service could always improve. In terms of price vs quality I think they need to reduce their costs a bit. I wouldn't say it's better than patty, gbk or honest. However in terms of selection in the neighbourhood, it's definitely what was needed. Happy to have it around, a few tweaks and it'll become a 4 star.
