Good store, nice variety and helpful staff. Prices are on upper side and trial socks were not avilable. Dealt with a single rude male member of staff, rest of the staff was great o other floors, hence lossing a single star. Parking is a dream at Oxford.

Had a great time getting to experience the Adidas flagship store! Store had four separate floors that were all unique in their own way. Almost felt like experiencing a museum more than a shopping experience which was very unique and fun.

Adidas does not allow anyone to contact this branch directly by phone or email. The phone number listed on Google and on Adidas' own site directs you to Adidas Online customer service, who tell you that they can not/will not provide a number for this flagship store. So if you make a purchase but then can't hop on a train back to London, you are absolutely left on your own, you are 100% cut off from the people who were happy to sell you something a few days ago. This customer hostile practice is unacceptable, it's unprofessional and it's something an amateur retailer would do, not a global brand. I am disgusted.

I like the Adidas brand but find this shop more like an Adidas museum than a store. The items are all spread out with no real direction or planning. I'm sure it works for some people but not for me.

I like this store. It is clean and tidy with plenty of space to walk around. Staff at desk was polite and friendly. I went in for a refund and it was all very straightforward.

My experience was pretty good until I got to the checkout. I was charged, and it showed on my banking app immediately. I was informed it didn't go through, even though I showed it has, they made me purchase the item again. I was charged twice, but left with one item. They told me if the first kne didn't get reverted to email them. The email address I was given was wrong. So I did get charged twice, had no email address to contact, and had to go back into the store. I then had to email a load of details to prove my story, allow them to find the charge, and get a refund. A couple of week drama that caused me much annoyance, with no offer of good will gesture. Poor service, I'd expect better. Shop at adidas? Just don't do it... I'll go to Nike Town instead.

I went here looking for Sambas (since they’re always out of stock here in Canada) and was not disappointed. A lot of stock available for the other Adidas Originals (Gazelle, Superstar). It also has a mini-museum showcasing the history of Adidas shoes.

More staff and security than customers. They're not helpful at all, if you've got an issue with their trainers and go back to them - they are not helpful at all. Horrible customer service. Online customer service asked me to go back to that store, but the manager apparently doesn't care if you leave a bad review. Not much stuff in there either, seems like an empty, cold, unwelcoming store. I bought a pair of ultra boost for £160 and they ripped off in a few weeks, lightly used only 5-6 times. So I'm gonna stick with Asics, Nike and On.

I have been frequenting this store and have come across very friendly salespeople, The products of Adidas always amused me and being in this store surrounded by almost every thing imaginable was an experience on its own . The best was the free Running and Gait analysis I got from the store .

Nice spacious store spread over 4 floors. Toilet available, interesting displays and props. Customised footwear available. Staff friendly and helpful.

Huge shop with more empty spaces than stock. Barely anything where to choose from and only the expensive range. Save the trip and the walk around and make your purchases on their website, best prices and more stock. Also some of the staff were just standing there in front of the trainers, they didn't even get bothered to move away for me to check out what was behind...Better get a mannequin, it'll do the same job and will save you the salary.

Part museum, part shop, cool place. Went on a group run from here trying out a pair of their latest and greatest lightweight running shoes. Free lockers. Everyone was very friendly and laid-back.

I'm very sorry to say that but I'm very disappointed about the non knowledge of the staff(manager included). Last week I've been there to collect some items and i been told that I couldn't use my instant voucher to collect my order because there was already a discount on it and he was not sure it will work as gift card in case I'll purchase that which was up to me to try...I didn't because I felt unsure but today I just discovered that instant voucher just got the same value of a gift card which could be definently used and i could have saved some more money as that was my right! Just ridiculous

No one was really helping us out but there were plenty of shoes on display in a variety of sizes, so we just tried them ourselves. Staff weren't very clued up on which trainer was for what, but they do have a really nice treadmill testing area to try out shoes if you have time. Some nice styles atm.

Says on their website they have the home Argentina and Japan shirts in stock. Travel into London and they tell me it’s completely sold out. When I asked about the website saying it’s in stock, the staff in the football area claimed it because you can click and collect but it’s not available online nor is it available in store to collect or buy in-store? I would have been better to say it’s not updated instead of lying. It’s 2022 should be having systems updated when stock sells out from a multi billion dollar corporation…

If you are a sports fan make sure to visit this multi level store on Oxford Street. You will find a large selection of clothes and sporting goods for all ages and genders. The staff is very helpful and the ambience is incredibly lively. You get good quality stuff for a very good price. And if you are a football fan, this is one of the best places to be.

I wish I could give zero stars. I went to the Adidas store on Oxford street to buy a Adidas tracksuit. As soon as I came into the store I was been watched by two security guards. I didn’t think nothing of it at first. But then I saw the security, who were male and female whispering to each other. They were talking about me. I continued looking for my size and when I found my size, I went downstairs to the changing room to try the clothes on. As I went down stairs I noticed one of the security, the male security following me. When I was downstairs on my way to the changing room, I told one of the workers that the security is following only me. The store worker told me “he (the security) is a racist and follows any customer that’s not white” He also told me that when he started to work at the store the same security guard even followed him. I went to the changing room and the security even followed me to the changing room. I’m sure security are not allowed to follow customers into the changing rooms! I tried the clothes on they fitted well. I came out and the security was standing outside waiting for me. I went upstairs to pay and he was still following me. He finally stopped following me when I complained to one of the staff. When I was at the till about to buy the tracksuit, I told the worker what happened. He got on radio and called the head of security to come over. She made excuses for the security and said “he was just doing his job”. Sorry, Following someone to the changing room is not doing his job that’s harassment and racial profiling! While on the till I changed my mind and didn’t buy the tracksuit because of the racial profiling I received from the two security guards. I hope Adidas takes action against them, otherwise the store will lose many customers because of those two racist security guards. I myself will never shop at that Adidas store ever again! Here are the photos' of the two racist security that were racially profiling me.

My boyfriend and I visited today and I must say, Lorenzo has been super polite, knowledgeable and very professional across different departments. Unfortunately we have forgotten to leave a good feedback in the shop. Highly recommend!!

Came in on Monday to purchase the new Arsenal away shirt and have it printed. Terrible experience and resulted in purchasing from another store. Staff behind the till arguing with a group of young kids about a refund in the queue when I was waiting firstly. Eventually was served and was laughed at when I asked about printing, said they close at 7 (5:20pm at this point) and they wouldn't do the print. Store closes at 9 according to Google / Adidas site. No explaining, just... won't be done. Asked if I could purchase the print to take with me to be done at another store or potentially Arsenal, so that it's applied correctly and was belittled with a load of attitude and sarcastic comments about how it was a service. Fair comment about it being a service but it was unable to be offered so I was trying to make the situation easier for the staff and just get in and out of the store at this point. Mentioned how the manager was very helpful last time I purchased and was she working today to be again greeted with a sarcastic "we have lots of managers" comment in return and then started serving another customer, again which I could tell was frosty as they were arguing over a print not being done. Returned the shirt back to it's peg and left the store as if I was a ghost. It's a new kit launch and it's going to be busy granted but don't let your customer service suddenly become non existent. Having worked in retail for several years this was not a great example at all. A shame!

Unacceptably bad service. I showed up on the 12 or March to execute my warranty. I bought my snickers 3 month ago and obviously I have no receipt and no box. A floor manager Liv was rude, and wished me luck, not even tried to solve my problem. That is quality and service that you can expect for premium prices.

Products were great but the customer service was atrocious. The two ladies who served me seemed like they just witnessed their cat get run over. Like is it really that hard to just offer a mere smile or a friendly hello?? They’re lucky I really wanted the top otherwise I would have left it was that unpleasant. The one lady let out a loud sigh when I asked to pay for my items and the other two employees in the store must have lost their voices as they could only point with a finger at where to go when I asked about fitting rooms and where to pay.
