This
place
is
terrible!
Avoid
like
the
plague.
Not
only
was
my
order
late
by
30
minutes
past
the
agreed
time
but
they
also
gave
the
wrong
order.
Which
is
made
worse
by
the
fact
that
my
friends
and
I
are
vegetarian
and
they
put
bacon
on
the
pizza!
I
called
them
up
to
complain
and
they
told
me
they
cant
find
my
order
and
they
will
call
back
to
once
the
driver
comes
back.
After
waiting
for
them
to
call
for
40
minutes
and
not
hearing
anything
from
them
I
called
them
back
and
they
said
"The
driver
mixed
up
the
order".
I
asked
if
I
could
receive
a
refund
as
I
have
waited
for
nearly
2
and
a
half
hours
for
food
and
decided
to
make
something
at
home
by
that
point.
The
lady
on
the
phone
said
she
doesn't
have
the
authority
to
give
refund
and
for
me
to
call
back
the
next
day
to
speak
to
the
manager
names
Ali.
I
called
the
next
day
to
speak
to
Ali
who
was
very
apologetic
and
said
he
will
call
back
the
next
day
to
give
a
refund.
I
NEVER
RECEIVED
A
CALL!
I
called
them
back
after
two
days
and
spoke
to
the
same
lady.
She
offered
me
to
resend
the
food
and
I
rightly
refused
as
I
didn't
want
to
order
from
them
ever
again.
She
said
they
don't
receive
money
from
Just
Eat
for
14
days
so
they
can't
give
me
a
refund
and
then
just
fobbed
me
off
to
talk
to
Just
Eat.
The
customer
service
is
so
terrible
from
this
place
that
it
actually
makes
me
laugh.
