Usually a busy shop but this time empty with one member of staff behind the till and another just arriving. Staff more interested in talking to each other than serving.

Very wide range of quality cards and stationary items for all ages and occasions. Everything with a sensible and affordable price. I have purchased items from this shop on many occasions. I've never been disappointed. A very popular and well visited shop. Well recommended.

Looking outdated a d rundown

Looks old, dirty and not safe. A lot of closed plots, probably management problem, as need better maintenance, new view to the business and new attractions. Great location, and good size facilities, just need more competence. Good Luck!!!

Not alot of choice just basic shops

Popped to buy our special Christmas cards in the Sale, there was less choice than normal but still managed to get almost everything we needed plus a few gifts, some gift bags, wrapping paper and tags and save a fortune. All prepared for Christmas 2024 now. Got to love a card factory sale 😊

Love the walk from my house to the Pavements where everything you want is at your disposal. Popped into the Post Office and I had good customer service from the teller who served me. All in all a nice hot,sunny day with many people getting their bits for the bank holiday weekend. Happy days👌🏾

Use it regularly, spot on , all you band and more

Nice shopping area, and has access to toilet facilities and car park. My last visit was at Christmas when Yeoman's had there Santa display. I get my dried fruit from one of the shops there. Always good for browsing.

So the card factory is one of those places. I feel like I have to hold my breath to go in. It's just always so busy You can 99% of the time get exactly what you want, but you're always having to move constantly as you're in the way of the queue what I can only imagine are the special offers on the front of the tills you can never view cse by the time you get there ppl start to complain if you don't move quick enough.

Nice to have somewhere that's under a roof to shop when it's raining. WHSmith and Tesco are decent but not big stores, but the other stores look a bit...cheap. The whole place could do with a bit of modernisation and cleaner toilets and then it would be spot on and compliment the market nicely.

Wanted a card for wedding day. Choice of 3 and they were not very good. If its not Christmas, you have to whistle.

Absolutely amazing shop would highly recommend. A girl named Connie and her staff member wrapped out presents for our dads 70th birthday and they did such an amazing job and my dad will be so pleased! I couldn’t thank these girls enough! Would seriously highly recommend. Very kind

It is always clean and airy.

Very upsetting to see shops and cafes closed at this present time, the town is usually a pleasure to visit an outing I look forward to, hopefully it will be back to normal soon, keeping my fingers crossed,😊
