Great products but an extremely bizarre experience. No one greeted me or offered to help, and then some white guy and his wife walked in and was very aggressive with the woman on the left - yelling, asking for a refill. The woman went out of her way to call a bunch of stores to find the refill for him. When it was my turn, I kindly asked her if they had any geranium and citrus hand wash. She said “it’s in the corner with the other hand washes.” I said I didn’t see it. “I know it’s there, you must have missed it.” Fine. I looked, found it, my bad, no problem. Got back in line. The people in front of me asked her where the hydrating essence was. “Oh! It’s over here! Let me walk you to it.” She walks them over to it and spends 10 minutes describing how it helped her during a heat wave last year, if they like this product they should try this, etc etc. Very bizarre to watch her go out of her way once again for another set of customers but not be willing to help me. She took so long that the Indian guy on the right, who was earlier bending over backwards for another group of customers (who were also being rude to him), beckoned me to the register. No hi, no “is there anything else you’d like” like the others were asking - in fact he was silent the whole time. Very awkward and SO strange to me because I hadn’t done a damn thing to be treated that way! I’m still confused. I think the lesson here is be extremely rude and aggressive (and/or white) and you’ll get good service. Being polite and patient will get you ignored. Now I know! Will order online or visit other locations instead in the future. I hope they get the chance to read this review and think twice about how they treat people. Particularly sad to see the Indian guy treat me, an Indian woman, poorly - colonization will do that I guess.

The place is so well maintained. It's one of the hidden Instagrammable places in London that you should not miss. It has colorful walls, which makes it look picture perfect. There are so many cafes, salons and also Neal Yard's shops where you can make a visit. The cafes have outside sitting areas too. Though it's quite small, it does make perfect for instagram photos..

Fantastic place near to sevel dials, a lot of restaurants and small boutiques. Recommendable for couple dinners or friends lunch. Restaurants use to be full, better to call for a terrace table booking!

(Translated by Google) This charming little square is truly hidden. As the name suggests, it is as if it were the courtyard of a large block of houses, I only have to know who Neal is. The small square is full of tables and chairs that allow you to have a drink in one of the bar-restaurants that there are, while you contemplate the lively and multicolored atmosphere. One of those places that only a small percentage of tourists (visit) find.

Although it's just a small yard with a few very pretty buildings, it's definitely worth a visit while in London. It's one of the prettiest places I've seen in London.

I am absolutely in love with this hidden gem in the heart of London! The colourful courtyards and the micro-village feel make it a unique and charming experience. I was blown away by the variety of independent restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all housed in one spot. It's like a little oasis in the midst of the bustling city. The fact that it's tucked away down a tiny side street only adds to its charm and makes it feel like a secret escape from the city. If you're looking for a quaint and charming destination in London, be sure to check out Neal's Yard.

I think this is the most beautiful spot in London. Those colorful and aesthetic buildings, nice atmosphere, and it's very cute. You definitely need this for your Instagram feed

TLDR; Very rude staffs, racists towards Asians. Some asian lady wrote a similar experience below with a picture. Female staff in question is in the picture left. Go figure. Was there today for almost a good 30-40mins. Nobody offered to assist me or say Hello. The moment some white people came in, staff immediately asked ‘Hello how can I help you today’? Super enthusiastic, only towards white customers. Staff was a white lady(a little big sized). I was there for a good amount of time to observe this treatment.. first a white single lady, subsequently an old white couple. I’m asian, and I didnt get the same treatment- neither did a solo asian lady who came in shortly after I did. Mind you, I didnt get any ‘hello’ even when I was the only customer in the shop. What a joke. Id wanted to purchase something but decided not to support such racist business.

Great little store that packs a lot in! You can get tinctures, dried medicinal herbs and all kinds of body and face care, oh and essential oils. Staff are super friendly and there’s been several occasions where I wasn’t aware of promotions but the staff reminded me when buying my items and told me about them, meaning I got free stuff. Located within neals yard

Neal's Yard is a colorful corner in London (near Covent Garden) which definitely inspires nice pictures! It's actually one of my favorite places in London in terms of pictures (you can get really nice ones here) and it's full of good vibes and happy people. It's surrounded by different good pubs/restaurant so you can enjoy a nice meal while you are checking the place. I recommend to go!

Fun spot to walk through on your way to your next stop. There is not much to do here but they have a coffee shop and a few tables to sit at. Mostly it was nice just to walk around - a great place to stumble upon!

The hand cream works wonders for frigid North American winters. Staff were more than helpful. And outside it’s a great photo opportunity with the vibrant colours.

Wow. What a euphoric establishment. Fate brought me here and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I was exploring the streets and randomly fell into a panic attack. I turned and saw this place and went in crying. I could barely talk and they just took me in immediately. Margot was an absolute dream. She was so tender and helped me to release my emotions with her gentle touch. She just worked with my body and gave me the treatment I needed. I didn’t even have to pick something specific. Margot is my Angel and I feel reborn after just one session. Marta downstairs was also so calming and reassuring. I wish I lived in London because I would go back every day.

I just got a massage with Kate, it was the nicest experience I’ve had so far! It was great to be able to walk in without an appointment and be seen right away. Kate worked on a back pain I’ve had for 2 days and I’m honestly not feeling anything now, so thank you!! I enjoyed it so much we started with 30 minutes but extended to almost 75 minutes, great chat and lovely person. I can’t wait to come back and bring my partner with me!

Worst massage, left in pain! The massage room has thin walls and the window was open so all I could hear was every conversation downstairs and in the other rooms. I came in while on vacation and the masseuse wasn’t really listening to what I was saying and left in more pain that when I walked in. I would not recommend coming here for a relaxing experience.

A quaint and small yard near Seven Dials. A throwback to several centuries ago when London consisted of many such "Yards". The inhabitants now include restaurant, upmarket Coffee shops, some independent retailers and bars Interesting place to visit just to see the layout of London of days gone by.

A nice little shop, very well presented. My partner made a few nice purchases so she was happy! I’d never heard of this place but apparently it’s very well known. If you’re into your skincare or remedies then this is well worth a visit. It’s tucked away so you need to keep an out for it!

Quality is superb even though it's a bit on the expensive side. Shop was immaculately clean and staff were helpful, even though at times, I felt I was being watched constantly. They should have a security guard instead and allow the ladies to be more friendly.

Very nice place to have a break from the bustling traffic of central london and enjoy a tea or coffee. Just be wary of Neal, because if he catches you tresspassing on his yard, he is going get furious and come get ya.

I love to take photos, and my friend told me that you need to go to Neal’s Yard if you want to get good photos. I went there, and it was really good. It is going to be more peaceful in summer, but as i said it was still perfect. You should go there, and you should take photos!!!

Came here with my boyfriend saw it on tik tok as a cute place so ventured through google maps to find it. It was nice and pretty and even got a chocolate milkshake just outside so overall a win win. The mirror in it was not too flattering but happy that there was one to begin with.

Best place to take photos! Expensive shops and not the place to be when it’s heavy rain, but beautiful when it’s sunny! The cafe up the stairs in the main courtyard is lovely, would highly recommend on a sunny day.
