After 11pm you cannot sit inside to eat.. because the car park will give you a penalty fine of £60 (maximum stay after 11pm is 30 minutes.) After work one cannot go McDonalds to sit inside and eat your meal in peace. As soon as you enter the car park after 11pm... 30 minutes starts (its a small car park and it is always packed) by the time you find parking space, make order and food arriving 20 minutes have past so you have 10 minutes or less to eat a meal and leave the car park... otherwise you will get a penalty fine for staying over 30 minutes. After 11pm... 30 minutes is not enough time to enjoy going to McDonalds... especially if you go with friends after work to sit down and enjoy a meal.

Nice place Has a KFC(halal), Mcdonald, Costa, Starbucks, cremes, etc Also has halfords, B&Q to name few There is also a sainsbury s at the back of the retail park

Plenty of parking.. many stores around .. Big B&Q, Dunelm, KFC, McDee and DFS are highlights for us .. one stop for many things.. won't go to Dunelm Eastern avenue any more because of this

McDonald's breakfast quick and hits the spot can't go wrong please the belly and give the kids some time to play on these tablets and get a toy.

Parking is an issue, there are dine in restaurants open all night but with only 30 mins max stay parking at night. Makes no sense at all how does the management expect for people come and dine in and gone before 30 mins. Would never go there again

Customer Service disappointed, attacking customers when they preoccupied the toilets cleaning with no yellow board, and needed an alternative. Insulting customers when they are with their family,and calling the daughter a wife , despite informing he's my father, stupid reason to have a go. Doctors have unisex bathrooms, how dare a staff member call my father disgusting when there was no females in the toilet and the staff member female in the males toilet.

Not very quick with fast food, always have to wait for just a burger in Macdonald's

Parking here can be slow as the traffic to get in builds up. Some areas are worse than others. Near b&q is generally OK but on the other side near B&M it is normally busier. Lidl can also get quite busy. Best to avoid weekend afternoons. The parking for food places is even more cramped. It's better to find a spot and walk to other shops rather than move the car

Come on McDonalds! Why is it every branch do not fill up their first. I got a larger portion in my regular Fries than the medium. Notes are not followed and sauces are never provided.

The part I was in was wide open and very easy to navigate. I went to visit B&Q and pets are home. All in all a good visit Pets at home have redesigned their store and now have a very good range of products for your pets from cats and dogs to tropical aquarium, they also have a very good range from items for your fish to a dog and cat grooming service and although I do not use this area there is lots of people using this.

Great place plenty of shops and restaurants. Weekend nights are special all sports cars comes in the car park making donuts and drifting. Attached some highlights if you are cars fan or like drifting you must visit.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. Left waiting for 25 minutes to be told the machine used for making Spanish Punch was broken. The staff have no management and just do their own thing. I will never revisit this branch. I suggest the owner gets his or her's staff trained and puts in a manager. This was a 9am visit

I shop at the Retail Park regularly and its fine, apart from the awful smell from what I assume must be a local sewage plant!

Not many shops there now worth going to! They should being back the Pie & Mash van.. shocking it was able to stay! nowhere decent local now unless you head into Essex..!

Always a good place with a good variety of shops. One downside is that you sometimes get scoundrels gathering to compare and rev their modified cars.

Nice food options (Kfc,Mcdonalds, creams, dominos, subway, pizza hut, costa, starbucks) and good shops too including a sainsburys and lidls.

Few new shops added which is exciting. one place you can do almost all of your shopping. One less star for toilet facilities cleanness, most of the time its out of rolls or dirty.

On the whole, tesco and tkmaxx are the two places I go to but there is H&M, JD, Smyths, Poundland, Boots, Superdrugs etc your basic high street stores. Lots of free parking available. Least busiest times are the mornings or during school hours. Usually much more busy during the summer but the unfortunate smell from the sewage works can be really hard to deal with. There are a few places to eat such as Nandos (which is super busy in the weekends and holidays, you can be waiting a while). Other than that, great place to shop alone or with family.

Good retail park with a good range of shops and food restaurants, this was the go to one until they upgraded the food restaurants at galleons reach.

I can't really rate this place as I was on my way back from Stansted Airport and merely pulled into to get a coffee on my way back to the A406. There is a petrol station and a McDonald's but the place was drive through only at night. Car park was really busy even at three in the morning.

The food court here (McDonald's and KFC) is very busy most of the times but the fact queues are often fast moving makes the experience not so bad. Plenty of other shops to get your shopping done and grab a quick bite.

Good place to eat out. McD is quite slow compared to KFC.
