Very good experience today, ordered Strawberry Milkshake and Chips. I got these items without any delay, very delighted. Good service as well, not too crowded.

October 23: PLEASE READ!!!! Due to someone feeding the pigeons and rats I was in the car park and a VERY large seagull swooped down onto the handle of a pram with a 2y/o baby in it. The gull was after some food that the baby was eating. Thankfully a few of us quickly reacted and the gull flew off. I dread to think what could've happened. There are a large number of crows and seagulls now in the car park being fed and watered. Why these people can't do it in their own garden is now obvious. JUNE 23: We use to love shopping here. But there is a lady that feeds the 'pigeons' there and throws a load of food out there and she even has large water containers for them. But she not just feeding the pigeons, she's also feeding the huge rats that I've seen eating with the pigeons. I asked the lady not to do it as it is anti social behaviour as it's encouraging vermin and health issues to the area that will become a issue to the food stores on this site. The ladies response is that she is only feeding the pigeons!!!

Retail park includes a B&Q with a trade point so vans need to park here. However, the crooks at UKPC run the car park and will fine you for not parking completely within one bay. Most vans will not fit in one bay, and you'll probably struggle with a range rover too. I was in for 5 mins and came away with a £100 fine.

Received a parking fine on a Sunday when going to B&Q. This shopping site contracts the scammer UKPC parking company. They don't provide parking space for vans. Received £100 fine as it's impossible with a large van to park in one small bay. Management not available on this site. I'm bringing my money elsewhere, thank you

It's fairly well stocked for a smaller branch. 1 star deducted because there's never enough staff on the tills or the self service seems to always be closed when we're there.

There's parking for various store outlets (not the discount kind though alas) like B&Q for your DIY needs (think they also do tiles since there's no more Topps Tiles ), a pet shop, Currys and a Sainsbury superstore. You can access the retail park by bus too. You can usually find a trolley for one for the shops lying around in the car park. There's a drive through McDonald's.

Good for DIY and plumbing supplies. Good gardening section in B&Q as well. There's a Tool Station and Wolsley as well as Sainsburys

What a shocker of a place.. staff do not care so unhelpful. Asked for a trolley to pick up 20m2 of tiles got told you'll have to carry them one at a time . Because there to busy to round up the trolleys in car park.. 7 members of staff all stood round chatting about there weekend.. 1 star because I had to doesn't deserve that.. we left and brought tiles else where

Shopping mall with variety of stores, from Aldi to Savacentre, clothing store, pet store, electricals, building supplies to car maintenance. Even a 24-hour McDonalds. Just about something for everyone & terminus for around 6 buses serving various nearby areas.

Little bit of shopping in aldi, followed by a cuppa in Costa in next and a fleeting visit to pets at home Aldi was lovely, good range of foods, good price ranges Costa was nice. I tried a bubble tea for the first time which was OK but the price was shocking Pets at home had lots of half filled shelves....I needed cat milk and they didn't have any at all

Nice retail park. Would have been nice if there was a LIDL. Photo uploaded is Lower Sydenham Station on the National Rail, which is the closest station. It's about a 7 minutes walk from the retail park.

Good sized retail outlet. Each shop is a good size to shop in and don't feel over crowded. The parking facilities are also a good size and easy to navigate - this encourages me to shop here more as the parking isn't a problem. Busses also serve here as well for those who don't have a car. The bus services are frequent and well used too!

I went to NEXT , CURRYS and Sainsbury's All had very nice staff. The only bad thing is that the Toilets in Sainsbury's were very smelly and the floor was very wet but very dirty.

I would give B&Q Bell Green a wide berth. Not only are their store stock control records so disorganised, that none of their available stock is recorded for the online shopper, they are too understaffed to assist their customers with a prompt till service or adequate customer advice. The store floor supervision is also grossly inadequate and rude. I say this because whilst I attended the store Saturday evening last week, to collect an online order and noticed a pair of size-fitting Mid Soles which were incidentally listed as "Not Available at this Store" online, I noticed the till checkout Only had two Staff manning a checkout queue that was 10 customers deep. So, when a staff member kindly allowed me to use the active Self-service checkout till on the right hand side of the vast queue, I proceeded to scan and pay for my Mid Soles by Debit Card. Suddenly, I was racially profiled and ambushed by a furious, scrawny, balding little Indian man in a Checkout Apron, who attempted to accuse me of theft, block my path out the store and attempt to confiscate one of the online B & Q items I had collected for an online order I had spent £100 on, whilst the staff member whom had allowed me to use the self-service checkout till, mumbled a docile "let's all just calm down.", instead of de-escalating the conflict by stating he had invited my assumption that I was allowed to use the active Self-service checkout till on the right hand side of the checkout queue. Even after I presented the Mid Soles receipt which the abusive little man demanded and snatched from my hand, he still attempted to grab the Toolbox I had Clicked & Collected for. I SHALL NOT BE COMING AGAIN.

Good little retail park. There's an aldi and pet shop plus clothes shop and b&q. Across the road is savacentre.if you drive there's plenty of parking spaces and if you use public transport the buses stop outside

A big multi market place it has many shops. I wonder is there a cinema near by. It would be great with a leisure or sports center.

It's a retail park, and does what it says on the sign. Good parking. Toilets if you know where to find them (Sainsbury's). Coffee shop (Costa) once you realise it's in Next! Of course, there's always McDonald's, which seems very popular.

Great parking, plenty of room. The parking is secured by a good working cctv system so you don’t have to worry about your car. There is a large Sainburys, B & Q, pets at home and a few other shops. I came to take my car to the Mercedes garage for MoT. The junction to the retail park can be busy and if you are using GPS make sure you take the correct turning for the retail park.

As retail parks go, this one isn't too bad. Aldi, Next, Pets at Home, B&Q, Curry PC World, Sainsbury and Mc Donalds. Would like it if there was more like a furniture supplier and perhaps a children store.

  • 5/5 Carole N. 9 months ago on Google
I only visited Sainsburys and Aldi. Both excellent stores with wide range of stock and good value for money. Aldi own brand of vegetarian and vegan food very good. There is also a very good McDonald's which is good for seating and a drive through. It is spotless and a nice environment to eat in.

This has to be the worst Mcdonald in the South. 42 minute wait for 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 cheese burger, all cold. Food thrown on waiting counter like workers are fed up, can't be bothered. Yes the area is busy with retail store surrounding it. Need more staff.

U know when you've been visiting a place every week for years and don't have anything negative to say about the place. It's become a normal venue. That's the retail park.

Visited a fast food venue and ate in the carpark. Was overwhelmed with birds trying to get to my food, this is a big pest problem. Also not a fan of the small time window for parking.

I went to this centre as persuaded brother on 19th September. We completed our purchase at one of their stores & decided to go to McDonald's to get a bite to eat. The staff were so disorganised & incompetent that I didn't even realise that we waited over 1 hour for our food. As a result of this I was given a final Payment reminder of £100 from UKPC for a £60 parking ticket I never received and was unaware I owed so I appealed it. The appeal was delivered and signed for by a member of staff on 19th October and while I was waiting for their reply I got a debt collection notice from a company called ZZPS for £170! I feel so gutted that I would NEVER go back there again!!

Decent out of town retail park with a wide range of shops and services. The big Sainsbury's here is open till midnight every night apart from Sunday Such long opening hours I haven't seen anywhere else in London. Toolstation Aldi Plus a bunch of small independent Furniture outlets Great for DIY Enthusiasts like myself. This retail park is linked directly to the cycle path with easy off the road access to Lewisham Hospital and catford Via a very pleasant Alternative route avoiding traffic completely Lovely ride on a Sunny day especially with Kids or dogs.

Years of living in Sydenham/Catford, I watched this retail park built and shopped there ranging from buying Cat food, pound shopping, bought DIY tools at B&Q and catching up on computers and white good at Curry's. Quiet but convenient place to shop. Next to Saisbury's in Bell Green.

First visit to the retail park. Buses stop right outside the entrance although there were plenty of carpark spaces. A good variety of shops but some not as large as I expected. Very helpful assistants in Currys.

Good little retail park that has a Aldi, Pets at Home, Next, B&Q and Curry’s. Also has a McDonald’s and a big Sainsbury across the road. Car park can get busy and people don’t have respect for peoples car. So try to park out the way abit! 🚙 💥
