A piece of ancient history that has been swallowed up and engulfed by London . A beautiful building which stands out like a sore thumb amongst tower blocks all around . Sadly it’s in Stepney high street which has all but disappeared and is in name only . The bells used to ring out on Sunday morning when I was a boy living nearby . I can still hear them now 😊

Good place with an Ancient Church. But sometimes few people smoke and spoil the place with the trash.

Full of history and character, and the spiritual home to all sailors lost at sea. Note the red ensign flying from the tower.

I am not religious but I have given you 5 stars just in case there is a god. Good place for a picnic and fox spotting. Take your litter away

What a lovely church, which appears in Orange and Lemons. And the people are really nice too, and very welcoming. The history of the area, with its maritime connections, the old East End, and modern London all come together here. Well worth popping by, along with the conservation area to the south with its beautiful houses and squares.

Little D's on Wednesdays an amazing opportunity for parents/carers to meet up, having a friendly chat while kids are playing/doing crafts. We love it there!
