Pizza quality has gone tremendously downhill. We have been ordering regularly for years but pizzas have gotten smaller and more recently toppings have become really stingy to the point of being non-existent. My Salsiccia tonight basically doesn’t qualify as a pizza. Time to find a new pizza delivery service. 02/08/19 Tried once more. Again my Salsiccia pizza was pathetically devoid of topping (photo below).

Possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. I don’t know what’s happened because I remember ordering from Firezza a few years ago and the pizzas were decent. Perhaps they’re under new management now, but the pizza I received (which was not cheap -£16) was supposed to be spicy salami and buffalo mozzarella. Instead what I got was rubbery cheese that tasted like mild cheddar, tasteless salami cold tomato sauce which had the consistency of tomato purée straight out of a can. The banoffee pie was in sealed plastic packaging and probably on par with a pre made supermarket dessert. Avoid at all costs, you’d probably get something tastier from Pizza GoGo or one of those dodgy pizza shops in Camden Market. I honestly can’t understand how this place is still in business (money laundering front perhaps...?).

The best pizza I’ve had in London and the nicest staff!!! Can’t recommend it enough! Such a great experience

Pizza dough is practically raw, I was expecting the rectangle cooked correctly 14 long pizza as that's what I paid for. If I wanted what I got I would have gone pizza express. I think I'm done with Firezza, just been going down hill for too long.

Sent me a pizza with missing ingredients kast week. When i rang to complain, they said they'd issue me a refund but it never came through. Disappointed as they used to be really good.

I didn't realise disappointment with a side of Salmonella was an option on the menu but that's what arrived at my door 2 hours late and cold. Not since the final season of Game of Thrones have I felt this level of disappointment. They've set the bar so low for pizza at this point burnt toast would be an improvement. I would avoid this place if you're looking for good pizza or have taste buds.

Language barriers are becoming a problem. I live nearby and have been ordering from Firezza for years. They make great pizza and their endless promotions mean you rarely need to pay full price. The issue is when are any human interactions. I ordered online as always and then when I went to pickup they explained they didn't have one ingredient. That is fine. However their proposed solution of a substitution didn't happen. They offered a different meat but it never made it on to the pizza yet I was still charged for it. They make great pizza here but it's very difficult to properly communicate with the staff when anything changes outside of the website.

I used to order really often here. Really good quality pizza but this time instead of tiramisù like it used to be I received this. Is smaller and I'm not even sure which kind of cake is, for sure not traditional tiramisù. Please let me know if that's new standard or was just a mistake.

Awful pizza for the last time now. We're not sure what happened a couple of years ago but the quality and service here took a massive nose dive. I ordered again this week hoping things might have changed but it was the worst pizza I've ever received from anywhere. Pic is of the vegan pollo bbq. Not sure if you can see close enough but it didn't have anything that might resemble a base. Very tight swirl of sauce and a pinch of cheese on what was essentially cardboard. It had never arrived like this before. Shame of you firezza. Another customer lost. One star because zero stars wasn't an option

The pizzas at this branch of Firezza (Islington) are massively substandard. The pizzas are much smaller than they used to be and they are super stingy with the toppings. A few blobs of vegan cheese and a handful of olives. Like, cheese is one of the main ingredients of a pizza and you barely get any of it! I order here periodically thinking maybe it has gotten better, and am then disappointed because it is still garbage. Plus delivery was much later than it should have been and they turned up tepid. In future I will order from the Crouch End branch (where the pizzas are generously topped and satisfying) and drive over there to collect. Far from ideal but it turns out that's your best bet.

I have ordered 5 pizzas to feed a music production team and they arrived 1 hour late and cold. The dough had the texture of a leather handbag. All pizzas had only half of the ingredients and a vegetarian pizza had pepperoni on it. Called the manager in the same evening, who declined to resend the pizzas but promised a refund. I ordered on 22nd August 2022 and still waiting for a refund after sending at least 5 emails. They all have been ignored. 13/10/22 Update: finally got a refund

Ridiculous service, best to avoid them! Ordered 14 pizzas for an office event, paid it one day in advance to make sure they have all resources and time to get the pizzas we asked for .. to have it delivered 45min later than the hours agreed, when the event was nearly over. Mediocre pizzas, mediocre topping & ingredients, such a waste of money!

Don't order beer with your pizza from here, even though it's on the menu. Their Muslim delivery drivers won't deliver any of your order if it includes beer. Seems to be a recent thing and you won't find out unless you call to see where your order is. Won't be ordering from Firezza ever again

I rarely write reviews but had to after receiving such great customer service when visiting the Firezza restaurant last week, Weds 9th Nov, before a game at the Emirates just around the corner. This is a small place with not many tables but worth the wait. The pizzas are delicious. The staff were brilliant, ALL of them, the female who took our order offered to hold back our pizza until we had a seat, and was on the ball with keeping an eye on who was next to get a seat, managing this when people were trying to jump the queue. The waitress was fast at clearing all the tables, the chef came and politely moved on a homeless person who had walked in and sat down, without any fuss. These days customer service everywhere has gone down and prices have gone up but I didn't experience this at Firezza and was so impressed with how the staff were in a busy place, Thank you. Highly recommend this place!

As a vegan we ordered their vegan pizza option, the vegan Margherita pizza. It was delicious. I would advise adding more vegan sides / pizza options on the menu and it would of been even better. The price was good for the quality.

I read the bad reviews but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I did a big order for my whole office, should have arrived by 11:45, it arrived after 12:20, the driver refused to bring the pizzas up, two of us had to go down to pick them up. Pizzas were cold and the dough's texture was like cardboard. As a good point, the mushroom pizza was really nice. So no, we're not ordering again unfortunately.
