First of all I would like to say I absolutely love Lush as a brand. Aside that I had the most wonderful experience by a lovely lady called Rebekah today. She was very helpful and attentive and asked relevant questions to find the perfect products for my hair. Thank you so much for giving me the best shopping experience ever. Side note- I am soooo pleased with the Tofu shampoo I purchased from you today ;)

Tianna was so helpful today. She was super friendly when I arrived making me feel comfortable to ask for what I needed. She also was patient showing me all of the different toothpastes and soaps and pointing out the vegan ones. I was happy with my visit to this store. They have a lot of choice and great new products

Ash was a gem! I felt very special whilst buying gifts for my partner. They listened to what I wanted and they have provided! Gave me a hand/arm and even a shoulder massage!! I really appreciate the lil treat you gave me as well, a very kind gesture! The staff today - even though they are from lots of different stores were all so kind!

only went in to window browse as Lush is my fave store. Louisa who answered a query of mine, showed a demonstration of how a bubble bar worked and she was so great that I ended up purchasing something. She was super super sweet and thoughtful and really made my day! 10/10 service from her, an amazing soul and a great Lush Advisor!!!

Came in today and was helped by Livy. She’s an absolute gem and was so helpful. I’ve never come across a lush employee so knowledgeable. She knows so much and told me she’s been working at lush for about 7 years. She should be promoted!

Superb visit to Lush, White City. Welcomed by very friendly staff but also the Supervisor Alanna. I was advised on which Bath bombs would be suitable for myself due to allergens. Service with a smile, fantastic product knowledge and helpful. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Nicia helped me out in the store today with choosing a henna hair block for my premature greys. She was really great and helping me understand the process of how to use the hair blocks. All the staff Today were lovely and friendly. Definitely one of the nicest lush stores I’ve gone into!

This shop is so beautifully arranged. The staff are so nice and really take their time to find the product that suits your need. Especially Nicia who was very kind and welcoming, she really made my experience at lush pleasurable and really brightened my day. Excellent customer service and people skills.

A lovely experience☺️. The staff was very friendly and the bath bomb making experience was very exciting. My brother got to make a bath bomb of his choice from the options offered and the lovely staff member was very calm, helpful and friendly. Overall a lovely & welcoming experience.

On Saturday I was assisted by Maryan (hope that’s spelt correctly) who was so great in helping me choose a Christmas box for my secret Santa, I was super overwhelmed by the amount of gift boxes lush had and she made the whole process a lot easier. I really appreciated it.

I felt that there were moments when I perceived a lack of attentiveness and respect in our interactions. I noticed instances where the managers seemed engaged in private discussions among themselves while customers, including myself, were seeking assistance or guidance. I believe open communication and a customer-focused approach are key elements in delivering exceptional service. I'd like to suggest fostering an environment where all customers feel genuinely attended to and respected throughout their shopping experience. I truly appreciate the quality of products and the overall ambiance that Lush provides, and I believe enhancing the customer service experience would further elevate the brand's reputation. I came into store today with my three kids and a young lady named Jenifer really went out of her way to make my shopping experience easy. She also showed my girls the bubble bars and how they worked. They have all spoken about her all evening on and on about how great she was.

I visited Lush today for the first time as I was looking for a gift for my niece. Magda was such a great help, she helped me navigate the store and made some great recommendations as I was looking for a specific scent. She helped me put together a bundle basket for myself and my niece, and her warm attitude and positivity has left a lasting impression. I look forward to shopping here again. Thank you Magda.

What an amazing branch with a warm and welcoming sales team. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the lady who helped me, but she took me all around the store, walked me through all the soaps, all the sprays and a couple of the scrubs and even spoke to me about employment at lush and encouraged me to apply for a role. Unlike with a lot of stores in Westfield, the staff didn’t for one second make me feel as though I was an inconvenience. Staff like this make all the difference. Well done Lush for excelling in all areas.

Everyone loves Lush and there’s always new products to try but you need a good demonstrator! Anyway I didn’t want a demonstrator as I was in a hurry. Needed a present for a friend who is recently bereaved and I thought something to help them sleep like a bubble bath or a sensual massage bar. Sarah was amazing, she showed me a bath bomb that contains moisturising oil and lavender petals. Two in one and comes In a lovely mesh sack so petals are not in the bath! Honestly the perfect gift and Sarah advised me so effortlessly. Thank you ❤️

This is my first time visiting lush @white city. Sarah (I hope this is the correct spelling) is a very kind, sweet, and helpful staff who helped me to sort out the most suitable bath bombs according to my preference. She patiently explained the scents and the tips of using the bath bombs. Will definitely revisit the store again because of Sarah’s hospitality :)

Best store in the city. Finally, a business that is truly customer focus. The products are personalised and exquisite in a shop that is well staffed with actual human beings that listen and genuinely care. They even entertained my kids and explained their products and services to them while I was being taken care off too. Highly recommended.

Nina made our visit to Lush, White City amazing. I came with my young daughter and son and she was just awesome. Really welcoming, warm, knowledgeable and accommodating to my kids! I would come back to this location just because of her! She’s amazing!

Yesterday i went into lush to get some presents for my mum and Anitta (hopefully im spelling that right) made it the best experience I have ever had in a lush store. She was so knowledgeable and such a ray of sunshine. She knew exactly what to recommend and together we crafted the perfect lush gift. A bath bomb gift set, a scrubee, and a face mask specifically for my mums skin type. I hope Anitta gets promoted or a Christmas bonus or something, people like her are very hard to come by!

I visited the store last week with my uncle, Jennifer was really helpful and friendly. Her approach and body language was 10/10. She showed me a few products including facial cleansers and facial creams. She also demonstrated how to apply the products on the skin with great care. Handed me samples, it was one of the best customer service experiences.

Magda was super helpful and went above and beyond. As a lush lover I can be quite picky, but she persevered and helped me find all the items I needed as well as keeping a smile on her face. She had a great knowledge of all the products :). Fabulous experience! Can’t wait to use my products this evening. Thanks Magda

What can we say about Tehmina. She's a lushious Angel. Infinite patience and kindness for our party. Amazing to have so much willingness at the end of the day. I know I couldn't. We're a random gaggle of fabulous autistic girls with appalling listening skill yet we were met with openness and a special kind of normality. This doesn't always happen. Thank you Tahmina, you're very special.

Popped in today with my daughter to get a her a little treat. Lovely products as always but it's the staff I have come to praise highly. Rebekah was exceptionally friendly and helpful & her service left a great impression on me. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone local!

I have never been to a lush store before, but after today I will! Lena who was at the till was lovely! They cut the soap perfectly! They had an amazing Barbie tattoo as well! 10/10, if I come back to London I will definitely stop by again!

Loved my experience at this lush store ! The store itself was very cozy with the signature lush smell being clear from all directions outside. Inside the store, Rebekah was by far the sweetest lush employee I come across, she clearly knew what she was talking about and recommended products that would work for me. Overall she made the whole experience really friendly and personalised to me. Would definitely recommend others to visit.

I thought Lush really took pride in their customer service, so it is really odd that they (the store manager) refuse to reserve an item (even for an hour) when someone is travelling a long distance to come and buy it. It's their loss; I know never to give them my custom again. reply to owners response: I am pleased to see that despite the store apparently being so busy that they had people queuing right up until 2pm (the time of my call) they were still able to not only answer the phone, but also find the time to respond to a Google review within less than an hour of it being posted... That aside, the passive aggressive opening "as explained to you on the phone" (which is not an honest account of the conversation) and the failure to even sound remotely apologetic just perfectly validates my opinion that the customer service in this particular store is lacklustre. Hugely disappointing for a brand I've shopped with since before this store even existed.

Leaving this about 2 weeks late - Sharna was especially helpful (give her a raise), walked and talked me through the product range and my sister loved what I got her. 10/10 experience!
