Good standard, clean KFC fast effective service. The place is clean not too many seating on the same floor. My mini filet bucket was juicy and tasty, better than I expected.

Your typical kfc, at busy times it is chaotic and takes forever and the staff get your order wrong and then finally when your chicken arrives it is unsatisfying because they rushed the cooking. It's best to come when it's less busy, but make sure to check that there isn't a lot of already cooked chicken waiting behind the counter before you order as it might be old, hard and dry. The seat areaing is not the cleanest, it's OK but a bit greasy, I've seen cleaner kfcs.

Not open as the time scheduled!!!! At least 3staff working inside, but no-one opened the door??!! ridiculous. That young male Indian staff was rude. He neglected that im waiting outside today at the time they should have opened already and just talked to his staff and after he saw another customer came and knocked on the door, he came out to explain, basically only to the other girl. Extremely unacceptable, and RACIST!! Coz they don't open the door, I'll come next time to get his name and write the complaint to KFC ltd.

Awful service. Very rude, 4 empty tables all full of lazy peoples mess and rubbish, asked lady behind counter if somebody can clean she said no shes not doing it, i said so does that mean i need to do it, she then spoke in an asian language to the guys behind doing the cooking then she said to me she will get somebody to do it. Shes very angry. No manners atall, she clearly doesnt like humans, finally what tipped her over the edge my fries were still raw and when I mentioned it to the rude lady behind the counter she told me I was lying and said she cooked them just fine... I said to her to try one and showed her the fries, she them got annoyed and 5 minutes later said here are your fries

First of all I was not impressed with the fingerprint marks on my box, the burger was dry and hardly and mayonnaise so while eating my mouth was dry and for the drink was watered down no flavour, I only enjoyed the chips and wish I never had rake away so I cloud of raised this with the useless staff or should I say manager who spent the first 2 minutes taking to his staff while I stood there waiting to be served, will never go back

Is a very nice place, but understaffed. There were 2 boys behind the till, and 20 clients waiting. They did the best, but ....

Absolutely horrible. The worst KFC ive been to.The place was extremely dirty, food was all over the floor. I waited awhile for my food, only to find they put in the ingredients I asked them to NOT add in. I waited another ten minutes for my burger. When I got it they removed the salad which i didn't. It was only the sauces I didn't want. I do not recommend. Instead, go to McDonalds that's a few door down.

Worst KFC ever. The guy was yawning and working super slow, just for the one burger set I waited 30 minutes, fries and burger was soggy, because it made to order, but the guy was incredibly slow with yawning. Quite beautiful attitude for work.

Tables we’re stinking and dirty after telling several times and waiting there for 15 mins they come to clean it and then we’re being abused by a south Indian girl when I told her that have been waiting and she was gossiping inside. Worst experience would never recommend it’s shame to see an Indian behaving with another Indian like this….I would take this matter further more to remove this kind of staff not good for the image of KFC…. Zero service and staffs attitude…could sit there had to leave with my food.

Just very poor experience overall. They lack of staff, always 2 people who clearly can’t manage the que of people waiting for food. They never have ketchup either like I don’t know who’s managing this store

Since covid till now they are lazy or short staffed(?) to open the sitting area on basement! Never really care about the dirty tables! Cmon KFC you need good manager to manage this KFC branch!

I went there to order a meal. The lady over the counter said she can not serve me as I am paying by card. Advice me to go to the electronic display and order there. The shop was quite. Was waiting for my meal and an old gentleman came and ordered meal and I saw the lady asked him to go and order through the machine . The gentleman said I can not read . The lady says you speak English how you can not read ! You can go through that in sarcastic way that is not proper customer service. We have to think still,old generation prefer to order over the counter. Some people don't know how to go through that or have some problems with eye sight. I needed the receipt the machine was out of paper and again I had to go to the counter and ask for receipt. She did serve at the end but in front of other customer the way she spoke to him was rude.

Unbelievably slow, filthy tables and rubbish everywhere. They need someone cleaning the tables and floor and a team of staff they can move with the proper speed you expect from from a fast food restaurant. A security guard is needed here for not only crows control but also the behavior of some patrons.

This food was soooo bad. Lady on the till overcharged us £2.50 so got it refunded as we noticed. No apologies then no gravy in bag but luckily checked before leaving. Really salty food other than that no taste at all. Soggy old chips. After all that if you still want to order check bag and receipt before leaving. Really Really bad. Wished we had checked other reviews before.

Very poor experience, restaurant was dirty, bins were overflowing & tables were not cleaned . I personally cleaned the table I sat at, I even asked a member of staff for a black bag to clean the rubbish that was mounting up. I'm a!firm believer that you try places twice, so I would go back there again however if I witness the same mess then there would be no way I'd eat in there again.

As with many KFCs they forgot to add 2 items of our order to the bag and we had to go back to get it. The tables weren't kept clean and there are not many tables inside anyway. The food tasted great like yo the usual KFC standards but I do miss KFC as a whole putting salt on chips. Their chips are not that good, not cooked enough for my liking (other fast food restaurants don't have flabby chips like KFC) and are missing salt. You're not even asked if you want some.

Came in on a mobile order. Where I had let the restaurant know I’m here. After 15 mins as the staff were dis interested and backs against the queue of customers. They were making everyone else’s order apart from mine. It’s been a year since I last ordered. But your standards have dropped dramatically. Really shameful. Oooooo and with the mighty bucket for one meal the person says it comes with no drink. I was so angry I walked out without taking the drink I had actually paid for. What a joke.

The staff is lovely, everyone greets you with a smile and the service is super quick. They were also really considerate to let some ladies coming in know in advance that it was not halal.

I understand I came 10 mins before closing time, but I did ask if it was okay and if not I’ll leave, you said it was fine. I ordered 2 zinger stacker burger meals and 2 gravy box but I got two mini fillets, no chips, and two gravy box (one I ended up giving to a homeless man as I thought I had a zinger burger meal anyway, but didn’t). Spent over £20 for nothing. If you don’t want to do a good job, don’t do it then.

Considered one of the clean and good environment Kfc.service was good. The taste is still the good same as old Kentucky.

incredibly rude staff. really oily wings and stale and cold fries. also must add the lady at the till was very rude and spoke in a different language to the other guy behind me after i called her out for her attitude despite me being very nice to her previously. honestly felt like leaving without paying after seeing her ridiculous attitude. this is my worst fast food experience in the uk so far despite being here for 3 years.
