    I was treated as a complete fool. 2-3 members of staff standing near the cashiers tol me that I cannot give them my order, I needed to use the touch screen, although no other customers were there at that late hour. I paid for large fries and coca-cola. He wanted to fool me, olny when I asked, why is he serving me a regular coke he said that because there was no more large cups but he didn't bother telling me earlier or refund me. He said I can take two regular cokes instead if I wanted to. Taken advantage of me being tired after a long journey. The vegan whopper meal was expensive. I got home and I could see that I was served only small fries although I paid a large one, there was only one slice of tomato and the lettuce was soggy, the vegan slice in the middle tasted way too burnt and smokey, altogether it was really disgusting. I felt totally ripped off and would never buy there food again. Is there a refund possible? I have got the receipt.

    Avoid the Scam I used the self-service terminal only for it to not print a receipt. After waiting for ten minutes, I queried where my food was and explained what had happened only to be told the order hadn't gone through and there was nothing they could do and I would have to contact head office and pay again even though I showed the manager my bank account to prove the purchase. Obviously, Burger King head office hasn't refunded me either.

    Burger cold, fries cold. Area extremely dirty same untidy. Asked member of staff to tidy up for next customers but refused to do so. Person behind the till simply explained no more table service which meant explanatory to do to make seating area tidy. This was two hours before closing. @burgerking thank you for increasing prices but decreasing service. Very very poor

    I recently visited Burger King in Victoria and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The burger I received was served cold, which was a letdown as it affected the taste and overall enjoyment of the meal. Moreover, the customer service was far from satisfactory. The staff's demeanor was rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I expected better quality and service from a renowned chain like Burger King, but this visit fell short of expectations. Hoping for an improvement in both food quality and customer service in the future.

    The manager asked if I wanted to go large with the meal and then realised that they were selling bottles 500ml as thier machine was out of order. So the only thing I got large with the upgrade was a couple chips and not extra drink which I needed. If the chips were large they didn't seem to be he should have either not offered a large meal or given me 2 bottles. The manager is a con artist.

    Train was in 5 minutes, ordered a kids meal and some extra chips just for something to tide me over. Instead of doing it the workers pretended to look busy when all they had to do was pick up a burger and chips and put them in a bag and pour a small drink. As someone who works in the service industry I was dissapointed. Took over 5 minutes with only one other customer in the place, missed my train, burger was plastic, at least the chips were warm.

    The fact that a major food company would allow ANY of their locations to serve what we were given, no matter what time of day, is inexcusable. Certainly you expect a small decrease in quality at the end of the night, but at £8 PER BURGER you should be ashamed you would have the audacity to serve such a dry hockey puck you called a burger. Even for fast food your standards should be higher for such a worldwide chain.

    Just awful, worst burger king, I've ever gone to. Bread was stale. I had to throw it away. I counted the chips. Just twenty.And to top it off. It cost over ten pounds.. hang your head in shame... Don't go,stay away. Just awful...

    It’s a great experience. The staff is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. I would surely like to come back again .

    This establishment serves only food that’s been left over from around 1030pm. You quee to place your order to find that your only options is the food that’s been left over! This food is either warm mildly cold and dry. This has been going on for over a year and a half now, as I’ve suspected previously. If you enquire or complain then you are surrounded by the local members of staff who promptly usher you away.

    Food was cold. Staff kept staring and were rude. The manager even came up to me and my friend and begged us for a 5 star review, and would not leave us alone until she watched us give the review!! Had to make up an excuse so we would not be pestered. Absolutely outrageous service. Also £3.16 for a regular coke? Unbelievable.

    Burgers at this spot taste differently than at other Burger Kings branches, yes, it is worst taste, appearance and content of their burger is neither satisfying or appealing, their burger taste and look like steamed or microwaved burger. Fizzy drink taste watery, without strength, and without sharpenes. Also, I noticed scoffing of the customers by staffers and talking about them which is proof something isn't alright there.

    Just had a partially luke warm and cold made to order bacon double cheese burger. Obviously serving customers food that is not cooked properly is a health issue.

    My train was in 10 minutes, and despite the self-service ordering screen saying food was leaving the kitchen in 3 minutes, I waited for 6+ minutes before I had to leave to catch my train. I left hungry as there was no sign of my order. A waste of money. I haven’t experienced this kind of delay with any of the other takeaways in Victoria. Based on reading the other reviews, I think Burger King should close this location as it’s nothing but frustration.

    I've tried to get burger king offer from the back of their receipt by completing the required feedback, when I got the code I went to bk Victoria with the receipt and asked them to purchase a whopper, but to my surprise after waiting for 15 minutes they refused to serve me claiming that the receipt that I've got is not from them and when I insisted they just say that they don't want to serve me, how come? It is a public serving business they cannot discrimate regardless of who is the client. The receipt is from another bk, which I had no problems using it in Leicester Square where they didn't complain or search for excuses to just not serve me,

    Nice and crispy chicken burger with decent quality. The waitress was friendly and offered good options for us. Calm and chilled environment in a new, quiet corner of Canary Wharf near the new developments.

    Incredibly awful restaurant. In a few visits since pandemic have had cold food (which I now feel sick from), slow service and prices that bear little relation to this shown in the menu. I used to love burger king but I give up. Just dreadful.

    Went to my favourite fast food shop this evening and I really enjoyed my food. It was cooked and prepared perfectly and the staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. My family was also pleased with it. I can’t wait to be in Victoria again.

    Three vicious Asian ladies behind the counter and an imbécil cook in the kitchen! I was served with a cold burger and when I complained about this they started giggling between them mumbling phrases in incomprehensible English. They took my burger back and swapped with a over heated one which was so hot that I couldn't even hold it in my hand. They did it on purpose and laughed when I went to grab the burger, it was disgusting and just inedible. Also, I paid for medium meal but only served with small fries. I'm not the only one to be subjected to this appealing service, just read other reviews. And this after I paid nearly 8 pounds! Shameful.

    Very poor service, extremely disappointed. Got a warm coke when I asked for some ice the refuse to do so. When I could clearly see them serving cold drinks to other customers. This is unbelievable, just because I ask for a little more work from them, I got rejected

    After the first bad experience I gave one more chance to this branch but I have again the same bad experience. I ordered 1x 20 nuggets and 1x shared box at lunch time (1pm). I have got my boxes within 2 mins so looks like there are made so long time ago. Normally it takes 4-5 mins in other branches. And I think it made earlier because the quality of the onion rings and the cheese was horrible. All food was just warm not hot. Wasted money... I will go to the McDonalds (10 seconds away) because the food was always fresh made all the time

    If you ever are in central London at Victoria station you can always grab your breakfast,lunch or dinner at Burger King near barriers ,team is always ready to help with your choice and recommend according to your need(kids meal,vegan or just a simple meal). I will always recommend this place to my friends and family.
