    I have tried talking to these people explaining what I need and what I would be expecting and they have on numerous occasions failed to deliver I then offered to draw a line believing we could start again and work together to help build my brand as I needed new labels but they have clearly given up they don't listen and assume that what they give you is what they believe is what you asked for poor quality was almost an insult that they was hoping I would over look. No customer service or eye for detail, or to spot the mistakes they have made ownership for the poor work & quality they have delivered not all but a large portion having spent nearly £3,000 with them I should of walked away earlier. To the owner who has responded let me know if you understand my review or if you even bothered to look at my issues at the ACTON branch your reply was classic of your companys ignorance and incompetence when you get time by business information is their call me and I will explain how to see the elephant in the room which you clearly cant see As a responsible owner you should be sacking people or offering further training to protect your business instead of making excuses do you know the amount of mistakes that have been made my time that was wasted I would advise people to stay clear of the ACTON branch

    I don't often review businesses but sometimes I feel compelled to say something when I receive great service regularly. I have now completed quite a few jobs with Minuteman Press and have found their whole team to be knowledgeable, caring , professional and a very responsive unit .... It is obvious from the outset that they have great experience on how to deliver stunning presentation materials and graphics as well as excellent printing for companies such as mine . The results speak for themselves as its generated sales and has improved my companies image at recent events .... if you are looking for a knowledgeable , friendly and reliable service i would pay them a visit to try them for yourself .... you will not be disappointed as they are also very fair on price .... Thank You to you all :-)

    Amazing service, very quick and patient. We had funeral programs printed and a dedication poster. Wow the service was brilliant all the way through and the turn around time was perfect. The Italian lady nothing was too much for her… Thanks again and see you soon ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    I began using Minuteman Acton for my company's monthly newsletter printing and had initial positive experiences, particularly due to a staff member (I believe his name was David) who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the quality of service has since declined drastically in my subsequent interactions with this company. Last month, I encountered a significant lapse in service quality. New staff members appeared to be unfamiliar with the printing process for my regular newsletter order. I was told multiple times they could not do it each time for a different reason, upon my insistency saying that it had to be possible as it had been done for several months they finally managed to complete a task that typically requires no more than ten minutes but instead consumed an hour. Additionally, when asked for a receipt, I was informed by the director/manager that for a receipt to be provided they would have to add VAT, which not only deviates from standard business practices but also implies a disregard for fiscal transparency. A week ago, I found the shop closed at 4:30 pm, despite the stated closing time of 5:30 pm. When I called, the director/manager offered no explanation or apology for closing early, which was not only inconvenient but also unprofessional. Today's experience has compelled me to write this review. Upon completion of my usual order, I was charged nearly double the customary fee, with today's price being £40 for 20 copies, as opposed to the usual £24. When questioned, the manager/director inconsistently responded regarding the pricing structure, initially denying any price changes and later attributing the inflated cost to an increase in paper prices. This inconsistent pricing, coupled with the earlier issue regarding the receipt, creates an impression of unreliable, unethical and illegal business practices. The culmination of these experiences—lack of transparency with pricing, haphazard customer service, and a clear disconnect in staff training and communication—has led me to conclude that Minuteman Acton is no longer a reliable printing service for my business needs. You have lost a once-loyal customer, and I will seek alternative providers for my printing needs.

    Ordered some business cards from an online known company, it was exteremly poor quality. I knew what i wanted to i went to Acton MMP and WOW. Amazing service, great efficient team. Highly recommended, will be back again!

    I am delighted with the service I have received from this Company. The Order of Service booklets for my Mother’s Funeral were designed and printed with great care and understanding.     Having used this company for many years, we are extremely pleased with the product and services from Dipak and the team. They went out of their way to quickly turnaround from order to delivery. Speedy service and everything as stated on the website. Would highly recommend!

    Absolutely appalling service. Called as a first time customer, cheerily asked how they were doing & man on the other side screamed “what do you want?!!!” Despite my asking him that I was being polite?? Still shaken. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

🫤 Most often there would be only one person working on the counter and out of 7 counters 6 remain closed all the time. Staffs are not polite and helpful rather than are liked to speak like boss. Want to make serpentine queues and don’t acknowledge the late services. I might say rather poor service.
