Great place to go for if you love this cuisine. I loved the curry it was was like a small tomato bb to me, was a bit spicy but i enjoyed it. Not to forget the mango desert was the best at the end Good place to go and experience the cuisine

This place is in a great location, just off Soho. Despite being so central, it is actually priced really well. The food is absolutely delicious and the set up inside fosters a friendly environment because you share your table with other guests which allows for some chatting with others -- for example, it's really easy to ask what someone else has got and if they'd recommend it. Really good vibes and great food. Would recommend.

The staff was the best part in our experience here. The food was below average. Most of the dishes we ordered were flavorless. We needed to use a lot of the soy sauce that was on the table to enjoy the food. The only dish we really liked was the calamari.

Thai food at its best!!! If you fancy thai food in London this is a solid hassle free option. The place is well appointed but you have to be aware that tables are shared unless your party fills it. Chairs dont have back rest. Food is great and wait staff very friendly. Will continue to chose Busaba when in London!

Great experience but wouldn’t go back based on the food. The food was nothing special at all. Considering the price, it didn’t deliver. Flavour was most certainly lacking. The restaurant itself is very quirky with massive tables to sit at. The dining experience and service was all great. Shame about the food

Had teams lunch here. Amazing Calamari and Beef ginger. They also had Pad Thai as lunch Special for £12. Instead of £14. But none of us ordered. Service could have been little bit more attentive.

I will dream of the crispy duck noodles. They were delicious. I quite liked the shared tables, the bench was comfortable and I didn't feel my space was invaded by other customers at the table. Nice lighting and interior. We arrived on a busy Friday night and were seated right away despite queue. Service was a good speed and staff were pleasant. Cons, a little cold by the door, some cobwebs in the loo and the beer is expensive.

I came her a couple of times, but the doorman is very very rude and he doesn’t want people who are on the waiting list to sit on the bench outside the restaurant! Very strange and Impolite. The seat inside was also dirty and had crumbs from the customers before us. When we sat down nobody came to serve us and it took few minutes for anybody to even look at us. Unpleasant experience and we wish they can improve on these mistakes as we love the food here.

I was enticed into this restaurant by the outdoor A frame sign with a picture of a chicken Pad Thai. Lovely warm timber interior and very pleasant and attentive staff. I ordered the chicken pad Thai with lime and peanut topping and was not disappointed. Just delicious! I would like to go back before leaving London

Very pleasant dine-in experienced. Food was delicious (as always). The ambiance is cozy and relaxing, it was a bit humid around London but the area were I was seated (open window) was airy and comfortable... The Filipino waiter, his very engaging, friendly and accommodating... A big thank you to Busaba!

Enjoyed excellent Thai food at Busaba. The service was super efficient. The ambience is lively but a tad too noisy. Overall, a good place to grab a good Thai meal :)

Good restaurant, great location and service is good overall. The staff at the door welcoming and seating people could have been better in communication with guests. Very busy especially at weekends so definitely recommend booking ahead. Tables are shared with more than one group so you might end up seating next to people you don't know. Food is good and good portions size and reasonably priced for central London prices, good variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Basic. Honestly nothing special! We went for dinner with some friends and 2 out of the 3 plates that I have ordered it was not available (no ribs, no duck breast). My rice bowl with pork was pretty basic, nothing exceptional or flavourful. Pad Thai was ok (maybe there were 3-4 prawns in it). Service is very slow, we have been asked for drinks and no one has taken the food order for over half an hour. Food arrived slowly al well and as soon as served we were told pretty much immediately that the kitchen was closing - taking into consideration that we had a reservation for 8PM and that the kitchen closes at 10PM, you can imagine how slow and inefficient the service was. Lastly: the do not take Amex! Be aware that there is no sign or anything that states that, so you will find out only when you will pay. Unprofessional! Putting aside my personal opinion, that Busaba is a big Company and not the chicken shop around the corner, you should inform customers of your payment restrictions.

Don't miss out. The best Thai in London. David, Louis and the rest of the team provide the best service ever. Nothing is too much trouble. Recommended above and beyond. 😍 I go to Busaba Soho at least once a week. I cannot recommend it enough. Even when the place is busy they are so helpful and accommodating.

Starting with the positives, the atmosphere was nice and the staff were kind, but that’s where the positives end. Food arrived in small servings and cost around £15 per dish, so definitely overpriced. Green curry looked as if it had green food colouring in it, and I counted a total of 6 chicken pieces in it. Rice cost £4 extra for a small serving. If you’re looking for authentic food I’d look elsewhere.

This was my first Thai food experience and I was nervous and it was AMAZING!! The peppered beef wok was DELICIOUS and the bread and pork skewers were wonderful! Will definitely go back!

Went here last night with a friend, I’m vegan, he’s not, I was impressed! Highly recommend spring rolls and the aubergine curry, both 10/10! The weeping tiger soy dish was a nice flavor but terrible consistency - so tough! The pad Thai was honestly absolutely rubbish, no flavor at all, but was okay when I mixed the noodles with the aubergine curry sauce. Davide, the Sicilian server, was super nice! Attentive and friendly!

The food was good. The portions were small but not cheap! The service was excellent and the staff really polite.

Amazing food, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Not a lot of fussing from the staff but they are around and attentive to needs which creates a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The food is so flavorsome and rich without being heavy at all. The calamari was particularly delicious. Will definitely back again soon!

Order was, taken correctly by waiter, and came out completely wrong. After being sent back it took twice as long as the first to come. Friendly staff, calming, vibrant atmosphere. I ordered the Thai green curry with chicken and when it came the chicken was gristly and had bones, the chilli’s were cut very thick and carelessly. Therefore there was very little spice throughout the dish. 2/5. My partner ordered mini pork ribs, they were over-cooked and dry, however the presentation was very appealing. 2/5. We also shared a portion of egg fried rice and it was the star of the show however it wouldn’t fill a plate for even one person. 4/5. Overall the food looks and sounds good but isn’t for me. If you’re thinking about getting a Thai in London do your research and find somewhere outstanding. (For a very similar price). I ordered the bangkok mojito which was enjoyable, however I struggled to see where it was ‘Thai inspired’ if anyone has an answer I’d love to hear it, this would be a 4/5. My partner ordered a simple espresso martini and it had the look as if it had been sitting there for a while. It also had strong coffee flavour and a good all round taste so 3/5.

Nice restaurant with great interior and atmosphere. The food taste could be more advanced (especially the curry) but overall it was a good experience and good quality. The staff is also very friendly and with quick service :)

Amazing food and friendly staff. We found this beautiful restaurant while walking by in Soho and just walked in to our delight later on. The place was very packed but the staff very kindly accommodated us without any booking. Service was impeccable, would highly recommend to any small or large group looking to have some good tasting Thai food in a great atmosphere.

What a beautiful night we had. Showed up 5 of us and we didn’t have any booking. We promptly seated. Food was amazing. Service was impeccable. I would like to thank to Deniz who made our night really unforgettable. Highly recommended.

The best Thai food in London. Every dish is a delight to your taste buds. Perfectly spiced and bursting with flavour. The calamari in particular was divine. Meals come out quickly but you don't feel rushed. Friendly service. I can not recommend highly enough.

Nothing special. No value for money. Pad thai: blend. Ginger beef: where the beef (5 small pieces)? Curry aubergine: still raw vegetables. A good thing? The Chang beer.

Lovely restaurant. Some gluten and dairy free options (see allergen menu online). The sticky rice comes in the cutest little woven basket. The green curry was lovely!

Lamb Massaman Shank and Egg Fried Rice was amazing. Large portion, meat was tender and paired well with the rice. The banana fritter was a delicious dessert. The restaurant looked amazing and was quite spacious. Really happy.

Busaba was just walking distance from where we were staying. The presentation is good, the staff were very polite, very attentive. We love Asian food especially Thai food. The green curry was a little off as it was not spoil but the herbs that they put in it was not strong enough. The spring roll was a little starchy and not enough vegetables in it.

I got the chilli prawn stir fry and I cannot recommend this dish enough. There was so much flavour. It could have used a bit more spice especially because I asked mine to be extra spicy but nevertheless it was delicious.
