A wonderful experience, we did a late showing on a Saturday evening and was quite a treat. First of all if your parking between 7pm - 2am you can get your ticket cleared. There's a machine within the cinema that lets you do this, the staff will be able to help you on this. As you come into the cinema there are plenty of food outlets next to it, it's the new area of Wandsworth, just down the road from gravity. If your coming by train Wandsworth town is about 10-15 minutes walk and super easy if you don't fancy driving. Wandsworth town station is about 3 mins from Clapham Junction. We did the 4dx experience, which was cool. Not for everyone though but it certainly gives a different spin to the cinema which is needed these days. Lovely cinema and worth going to visit if your into your films especially! Solid A***** LDT x

This was months ago but I went to go watch Avatar with my family (just few hours before new years) so I was looking forward to it:) We sat at the very back but in the centre so the experience was really good. When purchasing the tickets I had some slight issues where I accidentally booked it for the wrong date and I called customer service to ask if there were any solutions... The first call, the worker was not helpful, she did not give me advice and also said I couldn't ask for refund because I bought it through a guest account (which to me was ridiculous) then I called again and this time I was in luck as this worker helped me out and sorted my problem so he really made my day😊 The staff in Cineworld were helpful and friendly but the seating areas outside where fast-food and snack bars were located were very messy and there were bits of food on the floor, sofas etc so that was a bit nasty. Overall, it was great and would come back again 👍🏼

Nice theater. I'd go again. Ticket purchase quick and easy. Although I'd purchase online, because several showings sold out quickly. Watched film on the Super Screen. It's LOUD. So bring ear plugs, unless you wanna damage your hearing or get a headache. Assigned seating. Large seats, but they're not the lounge-type, nor do the recline. But they have a cup holder.

Great for school holidays especially the movies4juniors (M4J) films. They cost £2.50 (£2.25 if you sign in to My Cineworld account) per ticket for both adults and children and generally screen at around 10am. Great screens with plush seats and surroundings, clean and well ventilated. Snacks and drinks are expensive. Choose where you seat and can be booked online but cost a little extra if you do. Choice of 2D 3D and 4DX viewing for some new releases.

A decent cinema, very clean and spacious. Love the design, the red and black colour theme - looks very futuristic. The screens are pretty cool too, including the 4DX. The cinema is approx 10mins from Wandsworth station which is handy plus there's indoor parking available which is free between 7 pm to 2 am - just ask the staff and they’ll help you with this. The staff there are pretty helpful and willing to answer any questions you have. Worth a visit if you fancy a good film and a relaxed evening. RM x

Absolutely horrible experience at this cinema today. The movie screen kept on blacking out DURING the movie!! They made us wait like 1 hour trying to “sort out” the issue but couldn’t fix it. They made us move several screens and STILL could not get the movie to work properly - absolutely rubbish and pathetic. At the end we left with a refund. Don’t even deserve one star!

Much better than other cinema in terms of seating, glamour and cleanliness. Food choices were varied. Staff seemed friendly. However the food taste let this particular cinema down. The Cineworld experience for me beats every type of cinema I have been to or been able to go. I have tried all the chains and been excluded from one independent cinema due to a nut allergy. I first tried the Cineworld in Eastbourne and that was really good, similar to this one in decor, making an exciting impact from the start of your journey to your seat. Everyone gets to sit in really comfortable seats and the cinema is decked out with these plump red seats that your not squirming around in mid film. It was also lovely and cool inside the cinema a real blessing in our new UK weather. The only thing that let's the cinema down is the popcorn. It tasted like extremely dry cardboard, please fire your suppliers or make it fresh.

Screen 11 legend of maula jatt.. The seat was broken we were sitting on.. the sound was extremely low also as you can see in the picture the screen material had creases in it.. all this and more ruined my whole experience for this great movie.

I feel of all the brands and type of theatre this is now I want the entrance and branding to be. Spacy. Futuristic. Shint reflective mirror floors and shiny reflective mirror ceilings and glitter patterns everywhere. Colour scheme neon lights. Texture, black and red. It just felt very retro. Cinema is located inside the leisure centre with a McDonalds and KFC directly outside of the cinema.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Paid for 4 tickets to go watch Avatar in 3D, got to the screen door to find out we had to go back, queue, and buy our own glasses! We sat down to watch the film but after 30 minutes we were evacuated due to a power cut, the poor staff clearly hadn’t been told what to do and I sympathise for them. After regrouping and waiting around outside the cinema the shutters were closed in front of us, with no word about what was going to happen next! We left building let down. I went back the next day to claim a refund and I was told to contact the customer services to achieve this. After some poor email responses saying the tickets were “non-refundable” I decided to call. I provided proof of my tickets and even purchase but no refund was given. I now have 3 months to go back and watch the film, again! I will not be going to cineworld in a hurry.

My first time at this cinema what an experience at 3d 4dx for first time in two years. Best experience so far. Popcorn and drink was also nice 😋 Second visit was on Cineworld Day i had to prebook spiderman 4dx it was a full house. Very good experience 😊 Good price and good customer service 👍🏽 I have made the trip here of plenty of 4dx movie screenings they have all been great. Superscreen was decent too for Oppenheimer I had to pre book but I got a great seat so it was worth paying 95p for online.

Had an amazing experience in the 4Dx cinema watching the little mermaid in May. Lovely staff, comfy seats great sound and movie quality. Snacks not too pricey. Would specifically recommend 4dx tickets, the seats move and special effects make an immersing sensory experience where you genuinely feel like you’re apart of the action in the movie, we loved it.

The staff were super friendly, and speedy so I didn’t miss too much of wonka ( as I arrived to the cinema slightly late).

Nice, clean cinema with comfy seats. The super Screen was massive. If u like crispy onions on ur hotdog then that's a plus cos not all cinema's have this anymore.

. The seating and aesthetics are good, and the staff are friendly and accommodating, allowing you to speak to the manager when issues arise. However, it's unfortunate that sometimes the screen doesn't fully extend, resulting in thick black bars, and the ticket prices are comparatively high. On the plus side, the food prices are reasonable, and although the normal seats may not be the comfiest, the overall look of the cinema, especially at the South Side Shopping Center location, is appealing. The fact that they offer refunds for genuine problems is a commendable customer service aspect.

Went to watch Oppenheimer on national movie day, staff were very cool and theatre was very comfy. Had no issues with my online tickets. Place was inside a shopping centre too, so there were other things to do after the movie

Always clean and tidy. two years ago I asked the manager if he would put more seats in the foyer for OAPs he very kindly put more seats in, but they are full of young idlers that would die immediately in a war.

Horrible Experience, Discrimination and denial of services (citing policies) As per cineworld policy, outside HOT food is not allowed (citing some hazard, I cannot imagine, because hot food from their own stalls is allowed). One fine day, I and one of my friend decided to watch a movie, we got inside (person at front checked our tickets, and let us in). There comes this fine gentleman (manager on Duty, wearing a name tag "Kesava") randomly asked us to open our bags, and we obliged. We had some food from KFC downstairs, he refused us to let us in citing the policy. Keeping the humiliation aside, Is there any law that allows Cineworld to check our bags? We were there for almost an hour, not a single person was checked for their bags. If this policy is enforced, then it must be a rule to have everyone's bags checked and let's see how cineworld business goes. Secondly, even the person who checked our tickets wasn't aware of this rule (now cineworld may say that the person was new, people have to make reasons to justify this behaviour) Third, no other person was checked for their bag, so what made the Manger to check our bags, was it the skin of our colour? I am not sure, but if cineworld need to enforce any policy it must be uniform and there is no problem in that. But the discrimination and humiliation by "Kesava" was unjust. Rest I leave it to the readers to decide what to make of this incident and decide if they want to wait for their turn someday to face something similar by some other Kesava.

The reason I gave Cineworld Wandsworth 4 stars is because the seats are very uncomfortable to sit in for a long period of time and they don’t even recline

Staff were very helpful! Having a disability, the staff were very understanding and keen to help when I needed a few extra supplies of things I'd forgotten to bring before using their disabled facilities. The cinema itself is great and has a large selection of screens and films to choose from.

I have been a regular cinema goer to Cineworld Wandsworth for around 15 years or so. My partner and I are keen cinema goers, have unlimited cards and sometimes see 2 films in one day. Unfortunately this venue is going downhill and the experience is not what it once was. The smaller screens are very very poor. Seriously I have a much better movie watching experience watching at home. The pictures are so dark it is incredibly difficult to make out what is going on. During trailers with the house lights are on the picture is barely legible but even with the lights down it can be terrible. We just watched The Whale which is a very dark film and we could barely make anything out. In one scene we couldn't tell if one of the characters was awake or not as we could not make out if their eyes were open. We could barely read the text that informed us which day it was and when the character was googling something we couldn't make out what he was typing until the shot zoomed right in. I read elsewhere that projector bulbs fade and this makes sense to me. It's getting to the point where we don't want go unless we are in one of the 2 main screens. We heard other customers commenting on how bad this was as we were leaving the auditorium. Since lockdown the pick and mix selection is not what it was and of very poor quality - the sweets are left far too long and and very dried out.

Decent cinema that usually isn't too busy. The screens are very large and they have an array of more advanced options such as "superscreen" and "4dx" which I have yet to try. It can sometimes be a long wait to buy food/drinks and the cost of tickets does seem a bit obscene but the seats are comfortable and the screens good quality.

Lovely staff and I hugely respect them for their standing job, it is tiring. Clean cinema halls, great selection for eating and drinks! I am a huge fan of Ice-cream so it's a must to have :) ! Please be respectful of the cinema hall and the rubbish in the hall, at-least we can do this to help the staff xx
