Great simple experience. Click and collect tickets . You don't even need to queue up. Amazing popcorn probably the best out of all local cinemas. Great parking options . The cinema theatre was quite chilly but other than that all good

The place itself is fine, clean enough and it feels like a proper movie complex. However, if you love movies and want to pay those extra pounds to have a great cinema experience, this is not the place for you. Screens are not big enough, sound isn't great, some rooms have that middle corridor just where they could've placed the best seats and the lights are not fully off during the movie. Why??? We can get a better experience (and a darker room!) at home.

.00001 ⭐️. Would give less star if i can. Worst cineworld I have ever been to. The air conditioning not working. Worst sound system. Rude staff. Please don’t go to this Cineworld. Choose the Leicester square or 02 Cineworld if you can.

The staff are quite hostile. Complained about me walking down the escalators when they haven't blocked it off or signposted another way to get to the screens downstairs. A man came up to me clearly aiming for intimidating (sorry love size alone doesn't do that) and asked to see my ticket (no please or thank you after me showing him the ticket) just a rude "fine". Would not recommend. Go to the Vue across the way, nicer staff and atmosphere 👌

This is a new film and 100% I expected the cinema to be fairly packed - however - what I did NOT expect, or enjoy was having the back right speaker of Screen 4, crackle throughout the entire film. Not to mention, this is a 12 rated film and sat next to me was a child who kept kicking me. Ruined my night completely. Please fix your rules, speakers, and AC. I for sure will not be returning and will encourage other to also go elsewhere for a decent film night.

Service was great. Was a late viewing. Very clean I must say

I really enjoy the range of films you can see here. The small theaters are a bit too loud for me. The popcorn is very good! I got the annual discount, but the £2 off vouchers are only on a specific combo that I wouldn't order. Still worth it though.

Cinema ticket prices are really good. But the overall seating layout is really poor. The seats are almost levelled and the screen is so low, so even if a average person is sitting in front of you then part of their head is covering parts of the screen. Parking is good and cinema gives you 4 hours free parking which you can validate using your ticket.

My favourite local cinema. Seats are comfortable screens are good size. Free parking validation too but do check the Mall website for details. The best thing is the Baskin Robins concession who know what a size an ice cream scoop should be...

Beautiful place inside the Wood Green shopping mall. Good selection of snacks and also ice cream available. Prices are normal, however the seating inside the cinema could have been made more comfortable during the long stay.

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for months with the unlimited card. No issues until they started asking for proof and it’s all okay but some of the supervisors or whatever asked for a BANK STATEMENT to prove that we have the card. ITS RIDICULOUS. Don’t go there. Go to the VUE 2 mins walk instead!!!

Would give less than 1 star if I can, this cinema manager is rude, tried to explain him that aquaman is not autism friendly and also Migration cartoon film is not suitable for children, be aware and dont take your child if they very young, I took 3 young girl who were aged between 7-8 and the first 10 minutes they watched the movie they were freaked out and wanted to come out of the cinema. Be very wise and make sure you watch the films yourself before you take your child as the U sign and autism friendly signs are nonsense. My autistic child watched aquaman and woke up with nightmares be wise and dont trust anyone about the signs. See it for yourself for the wellbeing of your children.

In usual cinema experience, movie watchers will enter the movie theatre before the movie starts and one can watch the movie on screen peacefully. However, on Sunday, the movie matchers kept coming non-stop 20-30mins after the movie had actually started. They would keep walking in front of the screen and talk in order to find their seats. Therefore, we weren't able to catch/watch the movie properly. Firstly, the staff shouldn't have allowed this to happen and secondly they should have warned them. When I raised a complaint with online team, they ignored...

This cinema is a joke. On Saturday at 5pm there are only 2 members of staff but they are both serving one customer!! This creates a long queue that barely moves. I have worked myself in the cinema previously and have never seen such lazy staff, and it's not that one of them was being trained, no, they just couldn't be bothered. Popcorn sizes are laughable too, their largest popcorn is equivalent to a small at Vue or Odeon, while their "small" is slightly more than  a pack of crisps in volume (£5.80!) It's a shame as the location is convenient, but I'll be avoiding this place especially as it's not the only cinema in the area.

Incredible customer service Daniela provided, she was lovely and friendly. I haven’t been to cineworld in years and because of her I want to come back! Highly recommend.

Usually good place but staff was very slow. Missed 30-40mins of movie waiting for snacks even though i queued early. Snacks were very expensive as well

(screen 9) the sound was way off, like basically nothing coming from the left at all and the centre channel was cranked all the way up. I let an attendant know, way before the movie started, and they never fixed it. The picture was also slightly blurry and the toilets were disgusting

Great experience, good variety of food choices and drinks. Staff are very polite. Mantas was helpful on the till explained to me what the movies are. Overall, great experience. Everyone there is helpful and you can count on the staff for a pleasant experience.

Always a spotlessly clean, comfortable and welcoming environment at Wood Green Cineworld. Friendly, helpful staff teams, especially Joseph & Daniella both team leaders well worth a mention for always making sure I have everything to make my movie watching experience is highly enjoyable for me. I’d really love to be able to view more of the live streaming events like ballet, theatre shows and performances at this cinema instead of having to travel further away. Friendly atmosphere, always a very high standard of cleaning, extremely comfortable, live streamed performances would be an epic combination. Wood Green Cineworld, huge thumbs up from me!

Attended Wood Green Jubilee Church in Cinema two. The worship was spot on, enjoyed the preaching as well.

Can’t give this cinema a very good review. On arrival to watch Smile staff insisted on seeing ID for all of us. We was 26,27,37. Ridiculous as all clearly well old enough and haven’t been asked for ID in many years. Then the card machines went down so was left waiting 15 mins for a solution to buy our snacks. Eventually they gave them for free so did redeem themselves a bit and hence 3 stars. Other than that no issues but the ID thing really put a big blight on our outing.

No wonder Cineworld is dying, with the attitude of the staff there. Went to watch movie. They ran of cups for a large drink! They could simply give it in another cup, or two small cups. But "No, the head office has strictly told us we can't do that". Seriously?! I then ask for a medium drink. After fumbling around they say "No, we've ran out of medium cups as well". And this is mid week, evening show! Absolutely rude staff. Attitude and words are "I just work here, I can't do anything for you". Might as well get robots. They can't give a drink in different size (even though I was happy to pay for the large combo as I wanted the large popcorn), they can't use slushie cups for it either! Completely unhelpful staff, standard attitude of "blame it on head office"

Walked out of Wood Green Cineworld Cinema’s Screen 6 after 20 mins due to flickering screen. The managing director Sohail told me that they knew about it since earlier screening. As I was complaining, another customer said he had reported the same issue two days ago (Screen 6) I find the whole thing baffling at best and negligent at worst. Surely they must know that flickering lights/screens could trigger epileptic fit, sensory dysregulation etc but it's not an enjoyable experience. It's greed and carelessness put before profit. I managed to get vouchers for our tickets and the snacks, but our evening’s been ruined and will not be going back anytime soon.
