Nothing about the coffee, it’s a good chain. But the staff of this spot is very relaxed...not so customer service oriented. Also be careful when counting your change.

Fine as expected. They have nice warm paninis and birra Moretti on tap.

Overpriced and poorly made. Paid £19 for a cappuccino , espresso, ciabatta. & croissant. Coffee was poor and the ciabatta wasn’t heated properly.

How could you call this coffee authentic Italian. Burnt taste, too hot, froth lasted 30 seconds

Plenty of mugs for decoration purposes only. You will get only paper cups. Coffee badly done despite having illy coffee.

If I would want espresso in a huge paper cup I would buy from costa. Seem to have lots of (dusty) proper cups for show only... Saying that, the coffee was nice. Pitty the initial smell of overheated plastic coating ruined the mood

The ciabatta bread used in your sandwiches lacks substance and chewiness. A bit more filling too please.

I assume that being in a airport it's not a good service if I have to wait 23 minutes (6 people queuing) to get a coffee.
