Awful dirty 🀒 rotten scrummy. The place is just shocking. The heating was on almost all night. Rooms were an oven. Had to have widow open . So got all the noise from the busy road. Boarder line felt unsafe there. Used it as close to hospital. But never ever would I stay there again. Felt dirty when left and even after a shower which was disgusting. Avoid at all costs. Wish I could give zero stars

Great location. Reasonable value for money. Typically breakfast included. Small rooms, but thats typical with central London. Overall okay. Does the job for a day or two of stay.

The room was cramped and crowded. The Internet barely worked. The telly didn't work the first night. The stairs are a nightmare. The staff us very unfriendly. NOT RECOMMENDED

You get what you pay for. More of a hostel vibe but it was cheap and it was clean l, plus the location was good.

Well it's clean , basic, TV is tiny, it's old fashioned, creaky stairs, wobbly hand rail, could do with modernising. This is 78 quid for a Thurs night for a single bed room paid online so it's cheaper. If you brought a woman here you wouldn't get any. I booked this because the Premier inn fleet street was 180 and travelodge Covent garden was 170 so its a room, ok for 1 night but if I was here for a week I'd go crazy.

The best thing about this hotel was that the beds were very comfortable. I left windows open but was still unbearably warm. Very dirty. If it had been on 4in a Bed it would have got hammered. The ensuite had a 3 foot high step to reach. Very small shower which had a very poor shower curtain

Small quaint, the staff is very accommodating. We asked for a fan, it is currently warm in london, and needed to have an early breakfast before our day tour. They were more than happy to.help us with our requests. Close to the Robert's Square tube station. Just don't get confused with the address numbers. Very close to the British Museum, a must see on our list, free admission. πŸ˜€

The staff is really good and helpful. My advices to the management for free :Stop providing breakfast, if you cannot improve the quality of drinks and food. Make sure not to overheat the rooms, specially if the price so high, better to change the doors and windows instead. Try to avoid loud speaking staff next to the windows, after 11 pm.

Good thing: staff service is good Bad : poor heating management of rooms. Too hot sometimes and too cold sometimes. Very very bad breakfast arrangement. Can improve cleanliness.

On top floor no warning needed oxygen by time got there...stair carpet thread bare, reception cluttered but lady friendly. Room.....basic, felt unclean, toilet/shower like a cubicle very basic and felt and looked dirty.Pillows hard, had to unplug tv to use socket or mini kettle...or hairdryer or to use the lamp....otherwise main dull light only....Radiator full blast but window wide open on arrival. Includes continental breakfast....not sure why they bother...take off & lower fee... but still would be overpriced if Β£30 per night... Location good but....never again....busy noisy road .... glad show we saw was worth the trip!

Me and my friends booked this hotel for a one night stay in London. After reading bad reviews I began to worry about the state of it. However, the hotel was not as bad as the reviews made me expect. The room was clean and tidy. It was a small room but that's all we needed. The staff were friendly and approachable and the breakfast was decent. It was a 10 minute walk from the closest tube station which was great for us. Not bad at all considering how much we paid.

From spider webs to boogies on the wall. The smell was unbelievable. I wouldn’t let an animal in that room. Now I’m fighting for my money back.

Room was very small. Not worth for money they charge.

Tiny rooms. Wifi charged separately per device. No Complementary water bottle or soaps or shampoo. Everything else is okay.

Best place to stay if you are on a budget trip to London. It worth the money you give. It may not give you a best impression at first but, you'll not be sad when checking for the prices around. The staff I met in Kitchen is a real cool guy (forgot his name) who keeps the hospitality and he is the person who made me to upgrade rating from 4 to 5.πŸ‘πŸ»

It's rather old hotel, but it match me perfectly - mostly for the excellent location and pleasant stuff. Bed was very comfort, and the whole area where hotel is located was pretty quiet during the night. I would get back again in this hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are cute and quite spacious for central London. Reasonable prices as for the same budget in other central hotels you get a room with shared bathroom and half the size with no breakfast included. Great location too!

Not very good. We wanted family room ( 2 kids 2 adults) and we were given one single room & one double. Showers were there only theoretically. Breakfast was cereals and tea from teabags. If you are on budget go rather to hostel

Like most people, I stayed here because it's cheap by London's standards and it's close to the city center. Those are 2 positive things about this place. The room is very cramped. You can barely fit one person in the bathroom. The breakfast is made up of very little. If you're only looking for an inexpensive place to sleep and shower, I recommend.

Where to start, we were initially given an single room after paying for a double. The bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom was in poor condition. I would highly advice you pay a little extra for something better. One positive, the location of the hotel does allow for a nice walk without the need to get on the tube.

Room was basic but clean and towels replaced every day. Staff helpful and courteous. For the price it is exactly what was expected. Breakfast was adequate and suited us. Would recommend if you are looking for cheap and cheerful. Close to tube or within walking distance of various areas.
