Never come here! We waited 2 hours in front of the door before someone opened the door and again it wasn't even the owner but tenants I think who lived there all year round. In our room there was mold on the walls and in the bathroom, even a slug on the wall!!! The broken wardrobe and mold in the drawers. Broken tiles, traces of white paint all over the floor, the rain came into the room when it rained! We wanted to complain to the manager of the establishment, but as luck would have it, it was impossible to see him or contact him during the entire stay! An old sofa in the room, I was even afraid of catching bed fleas because it was so disgusting. The parquet floor creaked and the upper floors were like an oven because it was so hot. People scream at all hours, in short it's horrible! Never come here!!! An establishment like this should be closed!

Shameful, dirty environment, with drafts from all the windows, sticky floors and drawers full of rubbish left by previous tenants (a sign of lack of cleaning). Shared bathroom (not specified on eDreams), which is also dirty and in disrepair and the bedroom and entrance doors blow down with a breath. Non-existent owner, communication only via message with absurd messages almost like a treasure hunt (we understood where to go thanks to other guys like us).

It's still shameful to praise such a disastrous thing!!!! When we arrived the sheets were dirty. no heating. rat or mouse. humid. Don't come home with food otherwise you will see that at night there are small rodents that are hungry... Only positive point well placed!!! And we know why it’s not too expensive!!

We have had a very bad experience in this crummy "hotel", we arrived at the room last night and Jon never showed up or took any calls, another hotel guest had to open the door for us, in addition to giving us the key to our room. All very suspicious; The room consisted of 3 double beds and no space to walk around the room calmly, everything was very small, the bathroom was tiny and dirty, a very bad smell of pipes... In short, an odyssey. My mother, my girlfriend, my 12-year-old cousin, my brother and I traveled. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone reading this review, since we truly had a very bad time. We made our reservation with Destinia and they themselves, seeing the panorama, had to change us to another hotel because you cannot stay in that room, and it no longer has anything to do with looking for the cheapest price, because this place is indecent, it seemed like a zulo I don't give it a lower score because it's not possible. I hope all this helps to improve it because if not it will be a suffering for every family that goes. In addition, we paid for a family suite that was occupied by another but unfortunately they did not want to give it to us. A real nonsense. Our apartment was at 36E outram place.

Before booking I wasn't really reading the reviews, I was just happy that I found a place this cheap in the city centre. But honestly, for the price we paid for a 4-person room you wouldn't even get beds in a 10-person dormitory in the city. After reading the reviews I was really shocked and wanted to cancel the booking, but luckily this wasn't possible anymore. We arrived at the place, which is just right around the corner from King's Cross St. Pancras Station. There are many cool restaurants and bars around. Check-In is easy (Airbnb-Style): The owner sende you the code for the main door and the key for your room is inside your room. We were really impressed when we entered our room. As booked, we got our own bathroom , a TV, fridge, microwave, 2 double and 2 single beds. The Beds were comfy and there were towels provided. I think in the hole building there are 2 rooms with an own bathroom and 3 rooms share a bathroom. We never saw the owner and he didn't answer when I asked him to fix the light in the bathroom. But we helped ourselves and used the torch of our phones. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. You get what you pay for!

Leaks, the windows may be old, but they didn't close and were dirty, they didn't turn on the heating every day, without heating there is no hot water of course, good location and they could have had it very well, a shame

After informing them repeatedly and the previous days that we would arrive at 11:00 p.m. due to the flight, we arrived and they did not respond and there was no one...they only sent us whatsapp for check-in closed, leaving me, my wife and two children in the street. They didn't have the decency to respond but they had already been paid. Gentlemen of the guest house: if we tell them that we will arrive at a certain time, if they do not accept, they say so and that's it... it sounded like a scam to me.

We called the day before, but the landlord didn't answer. When we got there we stood in front of a locked door. No trace of the landlord. Only after 2 hours of constant calling did he call back and give the code for the door. The room was the worst I've ever had. Garbage and used beds and towels from the previous person. The windows aren't tight. The bathroom was dirty. The heating and the TV didn't work. When I asked for at least new bed linen, he said he didn't have any more. We were very disappointed. It's a nice house but very run down. This should no longer be allowed to rent to holidaymakers.

There was a leak just over the bed. One cover was dirty and the fridge smelled terrible, impossible to use it. On the other hand, the place was warm, very near to the centre and really cheap!

A horrible stay, I don't recommend it at all, especially with children. No heating, no hot water every day, nails coming out of the "parquet floor", no insulation, disgusting and dilapidated bathroom. The hotelier without a fool. The only thing that interests him €€€€. It is unacceptable to rent such a thing these days and above all do not trust the photo because it has absolutely nothing to do with it. The dishes I don't see even mention it, the glasses if you want to catch diseases there's nothing better. I've never seen that.

The guesthouse was a rather run-down room with a non-working TV and a number of non-working lamps. Furthermore, a seriously creaking floorboards and there was no key to lock the door. The shower (cold water) was on the floor above, combined with a continuous toilet and accessible via a rickety staircase. Bed, blankets and sheets were clean.
