Great access and easy free parking. The shopping centre itself is a bit depressing. Big store with a really wide range of stock from kids toys to food and lighting. Can sometimes be a bit under stocked, the quality of some of the goods is quite low.

Good size store and selection, but staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, inattentive. Wish they had self scans for smaller items. Management is odd. Store manager doesn’t care about customers opinion or value, or any issue. so not surprising neither does the staff. Ticketing barely matches when you go pay. Lot of tickets are missing in the store, some items throughout the store are placed in wrong aisles. Like make up product in the pet section. 🤨

Went here to buy wedding bits & bobs which were in stock but annoyingly couldn’t locate anything as the staff were clearing the shelves and restocking for the next season & had no clue where anything was. Will just order online next time

Unfortunately I had to return something I bought today as it didn’t have any of the fixings needed to install it, but it was really quick and easy to get a refund. I’d been expecting to have some trouble, but the staff member who helped me was really professional and friendly - I didn’t catch their name but they had red hair and were working on the customer service till.

Huge selection of household items ranging from small coffee table and kitchen wares, to pet essentials and backyard furniture's, all at reasonable prices. Though the only complain is that the place can do better with more light installation, apart from that the staff at customer service was helpful and it's a OK place to buy home wares from.

This place is strange. Within the store is an Iceland store, but even more strange is there are Wilkinson Isles within the store also. This is convenient and strange

It's a great shop, big arts and crafts section, not a lot of in terms of yarn and knitting accessories but still can usually find something 😃 the rest of the store is literally anything and everything home-related from decorations to duvets to cutlery and I've seen they now even sell some sort of sweets 😂 it is a busy, hectic labyrinth, dip in - get out - no hanging about!

It's between Canada Water & Surrey Quays stations. Very convenient!

The Range has quite a … range.. of goods! The layout isn’t particularly aesthetically pleasing however if you know the lay out of the store from familiarity then you can get around quick. The store could use better signage and maybe a few more people to point you in the right direction. The store feels outdated but I mostly find the goods that I need when I visit.

Good shopping experience today. Lots to choose from and so many beautiful accessories available to make your home feel more homey. Customer service was good and social distancing was practiced at this shop and hand sanitizer given before Entering store. All basket cleaned as well before shopping.

I really enjoyed browsing here, there was a very good range of products, they even had a good range of Dulux paint which was cheaper than in B&Q by about £3 per 5lt pot. I was quite surprised that they had a very large range of products for the home including mirrors, lampshades, DIY products, frames, Vacuum cleaners, power tools, fans, storage boxes, pictures, kitchenware, electrical kitchen tools and food. All the prices seemed very reasonable, and some of the prices seemed like bargain prices. They had a good selection of large mirrors too. A few of the products looked a bit cheaply made but not many. The social distancing measures were difficult to implement though because the aisles were narrow. When I arrived in the store an assistant sprayed my hands with an odourless disinfectant, but I didn't see many signs on the floor but they had a number of social distancing notices in the aisles though. I will definitely be coming back to visit.

The store was really good when it first opened but now it's just messy and cluttered. Prices don't make sense. Overpriced for many items. Always a long queue here. Weird Iceland inside store too. If that's your thing then Kool but not abit of me..

Great variety of items, great value. For Christmas decorations is best if you go as soon as they first display them as they are quite affordable and it doesn't seem like there is much stock

Great place for home decorations, basics and such like. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and office all covered as is DIY, crafts and more. Good value prices and a home delivery option for the larger items. Also has an Iceland concessions store inside.

Went there as I was looking for a small sofa and a table that I spotted on their website. Turned out they were not on display (they have very few pieces of furniture in the shop) so it was such a waste of time. The shop itself is nice and there is a wide range of products but don’t go if you are looking for furniture as I was.

I had to leave a review cause the great customer service I received from the manager hazel has made my day.. I wasn’t expecting to be fulfilled with her customer service when I approached her but she ticked all my boxes and made sure I got what I ask for without a hassle.. we need more workers and managers like HAZEL

Angela from The Range in Surrey Keys went above board in helping me with my search for a wardrobe. She was very knowledgeable about the store and location, friendly and polite. I will return.

Very poor customer service. Today went there to get a mirror , we asked one of the team member to show us the mirror as it was in the box and there wasn’t any other one outside on display. That team member called someone else for that , they were like we can’t unpack the box to show the mirror unless you buy it. We found it very weird , we wanted to see the mirror if it’s in good condition or not and if we like the mirror or not as there wasn’t any other on display. Mirror was more than £80 or something of course we wanna see befor we buy it. They were just too lazy to unpack it.

I had such a fantastic experience at The Range Surrey Quays! I needed to return and exchange one of my curtains, and Angela in the fabric section went above and beyond to assist me. She cheerfully explained the return policy and helped me pack everything up to meet the requirements. Her helpfulness and positive attitude made the whole process a breeze! Thank you Angela 😊

Quite a good range of products... No pun intended... There are value for money in most categories except may be small furniture small cabinets where I wanted better quality. They should focus on arranging price tags of smaller items where they are kept so that shopping is more hassle free.

Good place to find cheap decoration. Had a bad experience in romford branch where a member of staff blocked whole ceiling mount lights aisle so that she can work in there. Now that isn't a problem but when i asked her to pass one item she immediately said she said area closed. I also heard her complaining about hee job and looked frustrated.

Brilliant and inexpensive store. Lots of household goods to choose from. Bought citronella candles and a great price. Store assistant was very helpful with my query. Will return in the future even though its a long way from home

Great place for almost anything you might need. The only issue I have with the range in surrey quays is that there never seems to be enough staff on the tills when it's busy. I came early the other day and got what I needed and was in and out. I realised I'd forgotten something so went back about 20 minutes later and saw the queues at the tills and walked back out without getting the other thing I needed

Great shopping space located inside Surrey Quays indoor shopping. It stocks a variety of household goods at reasonable prices. It is what it is, cheap and cheerful!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. The worst company EVER. I ordered a wardrobe on 12th of July; the same day I received a text from this company that the item was dispatched and would come to me on 14th. On 18th of July I still did not receive it; when I called them to chase it up, a lady said: Oh I'm sorry, it was damaged, would you like to order another one?

Great place to go. Has so much to do inside and many stores to browse. The best part for me is the Sushi shop inside. Amazing sushi!

Great shop with a wide variety of products. Love the stationery section. There are seasonal isles as well for occasions and holidays. Wide range of household essentials as well. Not as big as the shop in Croydon but still well-stocked.

  • 3/5 Lisa B. 1 year ago on Google
Plenty of essential household items and budget pricing, shop shelves and displays a little dated and tired with some messy shelves on seasonal shelving, which was bare and no staff around to reorganise it. The shop assistant we did meet directed us to where we could go but a lack of choice made us shop elsewhere for what we needed.

Love this shop... All different products from furniture...to cleaning products ..kids toys and sweets also has a little Iceland food store based inside... Could spend forever in here and prices are quick fair.. most of staff friendly and helpful ... Although on e had a mark on my £20 note and the young boy at till refused to accept it .

Great store. Has pretty much something for every room in the house. A great selection of items too. My favourite is the craft section.i could spend all day there

  • 1/5 Nicola P. 1 year ago on Google
Today I had a bad experience inside the store… I went to pay and then the price of the item not matched the till. I request to check, and then someone on duty as manager (they forgot to change the price tags) said: “you know, the price increased and this is the price.” Without saying “sorry for the inconvenience” or kind of like that. So rude, it was not my fault to forgot to change the tags… I’m very kind so next time be nice to someone, especially if they are your customer.

Came in yesterday for duvet and the woman was packing the duvet shelves, she had all sizes up. She made me wait for over 2 hours and couldn't be bothered to give me the right duvet while the pack was sealed up infront of her. She kept yelling she doesn't know anything. The things are good in the shop but the customer service staff's are really disappointing and disrespectful. Not willing to help. Look for another shop but don't go to the Surrey quays Range
