    Hi. Just visit this shop this moorning, and I was about to buy some tile adhesive , and other bits and peaces. I pick up from shelf , where the price clearly shows £11, and arrow also indicated that this is right product. When I approached the till , woman says that is £14 for a bag, and I said that there was a price and arrow. She said no, she was very rude and unprofessional, her name starts B.... I said I need manager here. It turns out that he is also a scam and call me stupid, that I can't read. Also very rude , unprofessional and aggressive. His name Said. I just wasted my time there explaining rights. Woman remove the price sticker, just to hide them mistake. Please avoid this branch att all times. Don't let them to treat you like they treat me. And that's the picture just to show my point.Thank's

    Decent collection, friendly prices. I was looking for a kitchen. Unfortunately, price information not available, no one to answer simple questions. The only answer I received was - ‘sorry no staff today’ Edit 1: although I was not happy the first time I visited wickes, I am very happy about the subsequent visits. Helpful staff, lot of choice, seamless collection and return options.

    I had the worst experience ordering from the showroom all the items were either missing or damaged which added to the time frame. I know better and will shop elsewhere in the future. There is no follow up or anyone to use the initiative to correct the issue. I wish I had read the reviews before going ahead.

    Shocking place. Never seen a chain store run like that. Another store that will close soon as you can’t run the place like this. Rudest staff a guy in his 50’s 60’s arguing about stuff and behaving as if he is doing a favour.

    They'll serve you, if they feel like it. Customer service is extremely poor here, they literally couldn't care less it's amazing. It's been the same on a few occasions now but yesterday was the worst yet. Went to look for an item, but upon viewing the shelf, it appeared there was none left so a member of staff kindly said they’d check the warehouse and to please wait there. After 15 mins of waiting, I walked around to see the staff back at the tills. I asked him if he had any luck with finding one. He looked at another guy who didn’t left his head and just said “we have some but they are in the back somewhere and we can’t find them.” Not exactly what you want to hear after 15 minutes of standing in the same spot. I eventually got what I was looking for across the road in 2 minutes, where I should have tried first. It takes nothing to be polite.

    Paint mixing machine is not fixed yet! Surprisingly no one knows at the store how long it will take to fix it. I visited the store 3 times in one day but received a very poor customer service.

    I have just been at Wickes, 15 minutes before the closure. I only had to buy a new bulb but did not know which one I had to purchase for my lamp. One customer service agent told me that he could not move from the till (I fully understood) the other told me, in a very poor manner, that they were closing in 10 minutes. So I waited until someone else turned up at the till, Khalid, who very patiently helped me. Thank you Khalid, you offered me great service

    Terrible store and very rude manager. Sold me faulty goods and when I came to swap it he tried to tell me there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service all round. My company will be closing our accounts and I won’t shop at wicks again.

    The worst store i have ever been to. Overall, I was a customer of Wickes for over 15 years, but after a few times at the south ealing branch I gave up shopping at this chain of stores. Each time some section is closed due to the restocking in a morning hours. Employees are leaning against the wall looking at customers as idiots (my feeling) no help from them, cashiers probably sitting there for punishment and security guy runs after shop like a pigeon looking to get out of the cage. You lost a client due to lack of organization. Goodbye

    Went there 3 times, girl wearing the headscarf on the till is the most rudest person I’ve come across, I’m a tradesman that spends a lot of money at these stores and expect to at least have a friendly face serving me, this girl wouldn’t even look at me, drops my receipt in the table for me to pick up, no customer service at all, moody ad hell, disgusting person, why work there if you don’t want to be there, I won’t be going back to this store at all, I’ll go further to B&Q, better service there, Sack this girl, what a waste of space, wickes seems to be hiring the dregs of society.

    Devastating and appalling customer service. Very quick to make you pay for the renovation but follow up is a nightmare. Workmanship guarantee is fake. Leaking toilet left unfixed for over 10 weeks now. Chasing customer support, regional manager and the fitter but nothing is being arranged. Nothing is being done.

    I was looking to speak to one of the staff about mixing paints. So I went to this guy at one of the tills and was about to ask him for help. He had such a long face. Really bad attitude. Not even friendly. Just looked at me said forget it. So much for for having a friendly face. Even another staff said he can get quite moody. I can't believe I still purchased something from there. I think Wicks should train their staff to be more friendly

    Been going to this store multiple times per week for atleast ten years but wont anymore. There’s a guy in his 50s or 60s with longish dark hair who works there, who’s a pig. One time we couldn’t get plasterboard cause they had the aisle blocked off and told quite rudely to come back later. A few days ago went in to get fence panels, they were up high and needed a forklift to get down, went to the desk to ask the woman can they be got down, as I was this guy walked round the corner, the woman on the desk started asking him and before she finished he said very rudely no I’m on my break (at ten past seven in the morning) she asked could he do it quick as we were waiting and he walked over to a desk picked up an empty cup, shook the cup at us and said tell them to come back in half hour to an hour. People like that should sacked. To give the woman on the desk credit she was very apologetic. I have spent ten of thousands in this store over the years but will never go back. Most off the staff are generally unhelpful as well.

    I visited the store last year . I had a concern about a female staff work there . The manager saeed was so professional .he helped me and support me and promised me to solve the problem. He was so kind and good listener. God bless him 🙏

    We’ll stocked but the staff is moody as anything. Went there at 6.45 this morning and there was only one guy to serve and he acted like I actually bothered him. Never that shop again when they can’t even start with a smile or greet even at that time of the day

😠 Staff are very rude and not helpful. Not knowledgeable. When queue starts to build up other counter staff stare at customer when customer asks questions about product and loading of the same and intimidate in a way for us to rush. So the unsatisfied customers leave store. Had a bad experience 👎
