Points of complaint: the rooms were advertised to have water boilers and microwaves. There are none. Advertised to have WiFi there isn't. Also no toilet paper long complaint below. The check-in was supposed to be between 16:00 to 20:00. We arrived for 16:00 and no one was there. After calling and receiving multiple voicemail, Other travelers showed up, who were told to be there for 16:00. By 17:00 after an hour of waiting a woman walked through the crowd of 10 people waiting for check-in and went inside. At this point we were told by WhatsApp that the responsible person for check-in was inside. When the woman let us in. She advised we leave all our bags on a pile in a bathroom and come back after 19:00 because the rooms weren't ready. Far from being one to complain about cheap rooms. I feel like the communication could be better. If I pay for a room with a check-in for 16:00 I expect to be able to go to my room once checked in. .

Couldn't stay as too dirty, 6 immigrants in one room next door cooking on a stove. Bath wouldn't empty as full of black hair and scum(no window or extraction) so I couldn't clean it. Managements attitude atrocious. Offered another source to bathe and walked in on 2 families living in it. Don't stay here. We left at 11 PM booked into St Paul's hotel down the road. Twice the price but worth it! Didn't get a refund either. What a hell hole of a place! NOT A HOTEL BEDSITS FOR IMMIGRANTS 0/10

I am glad to see a hotel that is suitable for emergencies. Thank you. I hope you will prosper. You have uploaded an incorrect number. Please if you are able to upload the correct one that would be great.

DO NOT BOOK THIS! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS. There's piles of trash in the halls, shared bathrooms are disgusting, there's mold in shower and if you're real unlucky you will have to sleep in the kitchen. Whoever offers this has not given us ANY information regarding Check-In, we couldn't reach anyone upon arrival and ended up staying at a different hotel. Terrible experience. We've spoken to other guests, who were in the midst of leaving early, because they had to climb over sacks full of smelly trash to get into their rooms. NOT KIDDING. This place is a risk to everyone's health. No security standards or fire protection systems whatsoever. Entrance door has been broken before and was "fixed" with ducktape. Keys are in a PIN Pad, which was basically unlocked when we got there, which again means that EVERYONE can enter. Not safe. DO NOT BOOK THIS, PEOPLE!

The contact woth management was very poor, only got contact after getting help from other visitors who had the same problem. The window in pur room was extremely hard to open and wouldn't stay that way. Bathroom was good enough but 4 rooms had to share one and the heater was broken so ot was always on full blast. Regulations not inforsed and our neighbors smoked more than cigarettes on a "non smoking" apartment. The only reason this gets 2 stars is the decent beds and good location.

This was disgusting. Me, and the lads were kept outside waiting for nearly 7 hours!!! Eventually we were let in (without an apology) and as soon as our bedroom door opened we froze. My mate said to me “what is this foul odor entering my nasal chords?” It absolutely reeked of Curry and BO. You could have a bunch of skunks having a party in there and it still wouldn’t smell as bad. We had no choice but to go in but as soon as we did there were mice, rats, cockroaches, spiders. That was just the bedroom don’t even get me started on the mouldy bathroom. That we had to share with 52 other people!!!

If there was a '0" that's what I would give this place. It's certainly not a hotel, it's a rat hole. Whoever's advertising for them should back off....innocent travelers are paying them for nothing but stress

DO NOT BOOK THIS HORRENDOUS HOTEL. We arrived at the hotel after a long days travelling to be met by no staff on the premises whatsoever, no staff on site, what seemed to be the "manager" sent me a message on WhatsApp saying he cannot meet me to give me the details for my room due to other personal commitments. I rang the number several times, messaged him, begged him to answer the phone and give me my key/code for the room. He did not answer and left me stranded in the middle of London for the night. I had to book another hotel the other side of London for triple the price. The place is rotting from the inside, mould everywhere and I walked into the property with no key or code so completely unsafe to take children or your partner. It could of been a brothel for all I could tell. You'd be more comfortable sleeping in the doorway of your local Iceland than this horrendous excuse for a hotel. Pathetic.

FIVE Hammersmith Road Rooms is not a serious hotel BE CAREFUL ! It’s a fraud ! Let me explain you my nightmare of yesterday. I had booked for 7 days in this hotel with BOOKING. As my plane was late, I needed to call the manager to announce the change of time. The person never picks up a phone. If you are lucky, he will send you a text message but it is only for being sure his rooms are being rent. I tried to call the number on the ad hundred times: NO ANSWER! We came to London at 2 o clock in the middle of the night the date. We paid a taxi because no tube at late hours, we arrived in front of the building and guess what? We couldn’t find number 5, it wasn’t even indicated. Anyway, no bells, no reception, the manager doesn’t exist at all. We have been victim of a big fraud this night as I sent a text message to the owner of this hostel telling him we were going to report him to the Police. Guess what he did? He simply cancelled our reservation and so he kept all our money without giving us the room. We slept all night outside in the cold with my husband and my kids. Tomorrow we will go to the Police to complain about him and also sue this man. BOOKING told us that they couldn’t do anything about this. To conclude: NEVER BOOK THIS HOSTEL. It is dirty and stinks oh my God... a real nightmare !!!!

Hard to find. Phoned the number but got no help on directions spent well over an hour finding the place. When I found the place so disapounted with look of outside of building. Then had to ring the the number one my booking ticket but still had to wait nearly 20 minutes to gain entry to the building. When did get in the bloke who showed me to the room was very friendly. But had to climb 4 flights of stairs. Just to be shown into a 3 bedroom flat. The bathroom was filthy The room was clean and tidy and quiet. You get what you pay for. I won't book again. But I can't fault the room I was givrn

The worst accommodation I have ever stayed at. We left after the 1st night of our stay, because the hygiene conditions were unacceptable. The sheets were not clean, there were hair all over the bed, the bed frame was all dusty, as well as the night table , no toilet paper, towels were dirty. The bathroom was dirty as well. Extremely unprofessional staff, never answered the telephone, never answered the emails either (they claimed they never got any email).
