Unfortunately I can't vouch for the hostel itself never having stayed there but we have had so many people not being able to find the place that it has now become an absolute nuisance with travelers knocking on our door asking if we are the hostel. For the record the hostel is actually a house (40 Belfont Walk) NOT and I repeat NOT any of the houses on Warlters Road. Most recently we had weary visitors decide that it was ok at 1:15am in the early hours of the morning to ring our front door bell non-stop until they woke our entire house up and I was on the verge of calling the police. This is totally unacceptable!

I have given this one star because although we actually haven’t stayed he we live downstairs and one across and CONSTANTLY get people knocking on our door very late at night as they either can’t find the property or ask us if we know the key safe code, on more than one occasion we have had people come down, thinking we are the landlords to complain how dirty it is!! My partner is seriously ill and the noise from guests, the doe bell going and complaints about being unable to get in is beyond a joke! London is on lockdown and even now I can hear new guests banging on our door which I now refuse to answer to!

It seemed good for the price until we saw a stack of dirty nappies dropped from a downstairs bedroom windows. Then you enter and then quickly reconsider. The place smells, there was no toilet paper, room numbers are crudely written across doors in permanent marker. These guys are well aware that it's always gonna be full of suckers at that price, so not too much of a reason to pay for any pleasantries like air fresheners or toilet rolls. Avoid and get yourself an AirBnB

Great for the price, especially as emergency accommodation! Room very well equipped with tea- coffee making facilities, a hob and washing machine as we as a 4 way power socket ! :) Unfortunately the boiler which heats the whole of the terraced house in which the hotel counts its 4 rooms was above our heads which made it a little difficult to sleep. The hotel is not easy to find, it is located in a small side street up the steps, and is NOT marked by signage. Don't be put off however, as a comfortable room such a short distance from Central London ar a fair price is always a bonus in my books! Thanks Guys !!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We arrived and it was impossible to find. We finally found it after spending around 45 minutes looking for it for the pin to the key safe not to work. We called the property 10-20 times with no answer. Didn't even have the decency to contact the next day to apologise. We walked to the nearest premier inn and it was fully booked so ended up having to get a train 4 hours home at our expense.

Horrible experience, The room had nothing to do with the photos, dirty, with almost nothing posted in the ad, there was a problem we called the owner and refused to come and refused to give us back the money, summing up a small room in a small, dirty and noisy house.

Easy to find, but the number is 39. Maximalist room but warm and clean, as are the services, comfortable bed. Quiet area with nearby bus stops. I would have the external access steps and landing cleaned.
