If you value your life and sanity please don’t rent there. I stayed there for 6 months, my deliveries were stolen. Dirty toilet and their staff decided on when they want to reply you. Different ways of extorting people for their money especially when they know that you don’t know your rights or maybe you just don’t want issues. The sad part is that they are still running and no one actually has tried anything against them. The landlord is the worse, I repeat please do not rent there. Stay away please stay away. I took me time getting my place because I couldn’t afford it and it’s one my regrets in life. The whole experience is wrong there, I can’t begin to explain it but please don’t rush in there like me because of the price, you will regret it deeply.

This is a post about my experience I had with them almost three years ago. The studio where I lived was very nice and suitable for my stay. However, the agency was shady. They used to charge you money for any possible kind of things. They clearly wanted you to pay rent by cash instead of bank transfer. One time, I asked them to come and collect the rent a few days earlier than the payment day. They told me they would be passed at 11 am, but no one showed up before 5 pm (even if I called them many times and asked why nobody was coming) and I had to reschedule my entire day, just to wait for them.

Horrible landlords and pathetic customer service. I lived in one of their studios for a year and I contacted them in March for a contract extension beyond September. They told me that it was still early, and they wouldn’t advertise the studio flat until four weeks prior to the end of my contract, and that in any case I would be given priority over any other bookings. When I asked again two months in advance, they said I could extend my contract at first, but then didn’t reply anymore, so I called and this time they informed me that my flat had already been booked by someone else. After multiple phone calls and emails they confirmed they were not going to do anything to help, so I had to find a new flat with very little notice. They also failed to offer any alternatives upon request. Of course, they did not return the entire amount of the deposit because of some made-up bank transfer fee and other excuses that didn’t make sense. At least I got some of it after having to insist every other day. Their tactic is to tell you the money will arrive in two days every time you ask until you give up. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemies.

I rented a studio flat for 6 months with them. They prefer you to pay in cash and this is unbelievable. If you want to pay by bank transfer (easy and fast ) you must pay more . Also when I moved out I asked for references to rent my current home and I payed 100£ To have it ( by Law they can’t , but they wrote in the contract ) .I waited for more than 2 weeks as agreed to have my deposit back and they kept money from it never explain to me for what . Trying to charge you for everything. Terrible experience. Do not rent with them . Hope my experience could be helpful for you guys

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! We lived there for about two years, at first it seemed alright until we realised that there are so many hidden charges and that you are never paying the amount that was agreed. For example, they ask for a bank transfer fee of 5% of the total and asked for £100 for references which is absolutely illegal. Also, we signed a very dodgy contact which we are asked to return at the end of our tenancy even though we signed two copies. Furthermore, the place was full of dump which you can’t get rid of because the flat was made from very thin and cheap materials. We asked three times to clean the humid areas, but they only brushed it with a cloth and left. Internet is poor. Etc. Only good thing there was Sarah who was the previous manager there. She helped a lot, but when she realised how this company is operating she left. I only recommend this if you want suffer in dump.

The agency doesn't want to deal with customer- sending to the Landlord even if you signed the contract with them. They gave for you the contract to sign and never explain what is written. They charge you extra for paying for the rent 20-50£ more They don't give back whole deposit. Landlord very rude. The flat was fine, nothing to complain about the flat. Just you will loose money with them

I would not recommend them for sure, they are not professionals, they got lots of hidden fees and very bad and cheap furniture. They charge u for everything,even a check-out fee... Stay away!

Do not stay here!!! This isn't a hostel and some sort of sublet accommodation. These aren't pictures of the actual place. This place is so filthy dirty and smells constantly. This isn't even the actual address. Save your money and avoid!!!

The room is humid and needs to turn the heater on all the time even the weather is not that cold to turn the heater on, or you will be claimed to damaged the room. Poor communication between landlord and agency. Landlord come to the room without giving any notice and open the door immediately after knocking the door in the morning during lockdown. Even the agency is willing to solve the problem, the landlord will come and open the door and tell you that’s not gonna happened. Stay away from the properties of this agency.

Belongings were stolen staff refused to assist the police and allowed the tenant to get away with it. They were rude to myself and the police. Had a better experience in a car accident than here

Once you sign the contract you will automatically lose £115 check out fee and £75 administration services, if you need a light bulb changed it will cost you £15. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. The flats and houses are full of disgusting smell, damp and drug users on Universal Credit. Stay away from this agency like from fire. CRIMINAL ROGUE LANDLORD !

Very good prices. Definitely worth it! The place is closed to the station .

This agent they took your money and not try to be responsible. They are arrogant and thief. One British male staff asking me waiting outside to collect my post from former accommodation which is ridicules

Stay away if you don't want to be ripped off.Lots of hidden fees and rude staff. You will never get your full deposit back.

Worst place I have ever been in. The accommodation is dirty, they divided the house in 11 flats (and the sound isolation is terrible) and the common hall is always dirty. The place was terribly furnished (not even a glass to drink), and they lied about how well the flat was furnished in the picture as it missed a lamp, missed chairs, missed a bedtable, etc... The only chair in the flat was a trashy folding chair they probably got in the street ! And this isn't even the worst about it ! The staff is shady and will absolutely try to steal you. They invent fees everywhere (5% charge to pay by bank transfer, but also a 20£ fee when paying by cash, how are we supposed to pay then ?!), 115£ for the checkout ? 5% additional fee if the money is not cleared on their account in the morning of the specific due day... 40 people have to call at the same time between 8:30 and 9:30 on a chosen day to confirm their booking details when they want to leave the flat (which incurs fees of course), and if you can't reach them ? FEES ! You want a lightbulb changed ? 15£ for the service + 5£ for the bulb ! If you pay weekly instead of monthly ? charged ! They invent some bs fees : "Mid-term fees"; "non confirmation of details of deposit return" ???, "smell smoke : 250£" : how the hell do you prove it doesn't ? That's totally subjective ! "additional weekend checkout fee : 20£", "administration charges" everywhere even for things that require no administration at all ! If you call the emergency number for a matter that "they deem not urgent enough" : 50£ ! When they return the deposit, if they do that by bank transfer : 50£ fee "at the sole discretion of the landlord" ! 75£ "paperwork facilitation fee" if you wish to terminate you vacancy earlier ! If you want to terminate your vacancy earlier, you have to : -give a 4-week notice, - pay 75£, -find a new tenant that will stay an "acceptable term to the landlord (6-9 months)" -pay until your next monthly rent -pay an additional week's rent -pay a "facilitation fee" -pay the other BS fees they want to charge you : "midterm fee, contract fee" and so on -pay the "Pre checkout inspection" of 115£ They will find every excuse to steal you, they will not return your deposit in full and you will struggle to get your money back. They never answered emails, never wanted to answer us when we managed to talked to them on the property (kept wanting to leave without answering, being very vague about the checkout and the deposit so as to have an excuse to steal you later on). This place is a joke, avoid it like the plague !

At first they said all bill include, after I stay the electricity device beeping. And I have to top up. Impossible to do transfer because they preferred cash ( so I need to go collect sort of money each months) very inconvenience. No WIFI at all. I complained bout this over time because I need the wifi. I stay there for 9 months. Worst experience ever. Not recommend at all. They only think about money2 and the person who collect the money every month just weird as hell. Knock on door and no polite attitude. Please think twice when you want to rent this place.

One of the best hostel I ever stayed and it was a a pleasure to meet Dario our host who was very helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy. It was a good experience.

Honestly, Everyone should know that mr Michael THE MANAGING DIRECTOR WILL KNOCK YOUR DOOR EVERY 28 EACH MONTH SCREAMING AT YOU FOR MONEY AND READY TO DO ANYTHING AGAINST YOU!!!!! HE CALLED THE POLICE ON US AFTER BREAKING INTO OUR PROPERTY (RENTED & PAID) SCREAMING!!!! Obviously cops laugh at him already known from them seems.... Beware that he will have no respect for you, you will have to pay for washing machine and he will try to add fees for anything.... whilst his self and his two close by guys goes continuously around with a bunch of cash......

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION! MOLD ROOM AND SERVICE EQUAL TO ZERO. We booked this property for a week-long vacation. Basically, we are not very demanding guests and can sometimes overlook deficiencies in cleanliness, but that is absolutely not possible here. Basically: the apartments on offer are not at the address of the hostel, but somewhere in the middle of nowhere, which you only find out when you arrive, i.e. the way to the next underground stop can be longer than you want. The entire house seems very dingy, and our apartment wasn't particularly clean either. But the penetrating smell of mold is an absolute disaster! The room appeared to have been freshly painted during our stay, but there were a few spots of mold here and there, especially on the bed. Extensive water damage is visible directly in front of the room, which may be the explanation for this. The provider is also more than uncooperative and obviously lies to guests. Apparently nobody communicates with each other internally. We have pointed out several times that in There is mold in the room and the smell is almost unbearable. If you talk to someone on site, they act clueless and are not responsible. You only get a response by email after asking several times, and the phone number provided doesn't seem to lead directly to the hostel's reception. In short: we ended up making an appointment by phone to change rooms at a certain time and no one came. Nobody responded to calls anymore. You are simply ignored! Do yourself a favor and pay more for your vacation than go home sick.
