Biased, provides assurances to legal issues in writing, then breaks them later on, (evidenced based statement) and when you challenge them by way of process they deny, what they previously agreed to, deny the existence of documents that they previously gave you, of which were signed. The more discerning persons reading this can make their own mind up. Of course, the word biased has many meanings, such as, hostile and even distorted! I can support by way of tangible evidence my statement above.

Shocking experience. Anka Adamek is the most useless member of staff ever and a massive time waster and very hard to understand due to a heavy accent. AVOID at any cost!

Poor Skills from the PR team. Racism and mocking . Tried to undermine me when they clearly do not have any good results themselves. No one knows who they are, and this organisation has quite a lot of bad press. Not actively working on Crisis Communications. The team are very bad because they are old, PR industry is ever-changing. They are also racist and have a huge issue with diversity. I was made to feel like I was incompetent when I was over qualified. I did not like the way you undermined me and was clearly shocked that I was incapable of getting the coverage I achieved. It’s clear you were in dismay because of my race. A lot of mocking, laughing going on which I found ridiculous. Don’t work here and do not attend if you have any problems.

Poor interviewing skills and abilities to read and understand peoples background and experience yet in an interview you are made to feel inadequate even with a first class work History with Global brands and excellence in Service, People, Delivery ad relationship building.

The Mental Health Central Duty Team is shocking. They share data without lawful reason, when consent is denied. They ignore lawful advance decisions, they ignore wellness plans, they don’t use a human centred approach, lose key data, refuse people’s right self to erasure and to be forgotten. They put more creed in harm and increasing risk factors than in human life.

This "service "gets Worse and Worse. They are now endangering lives due to incompetent, uncaring staff . How many people will die because of this service?.Formal complaints have been made repeatedly. Staff are not vetted.

I was referred to the perinatal mental health team with SABP, and was incredibly disappointed with the services. The initial team who contacted me were unprofessional and chaotic. The woman who assessed me in person was late, disorganised and didn’t seem to know what she was talking about. After being informed of all the options and services available, I was later informed my mental health was not severe enough to warrant further help. I was discharged with no further advice or support. At a time we’re told to reach out when you’re struggling, I feel more alone now than I did prior to asking for help. I agree with all the previous comments, this service is doing more harm than good at the moment.

Seen Psych liaison at both Epsom & ESH. Very impressed; particularly for a rural county’s service. Given I’m not a local there is the bonus of faxing my local Trust (SLaM / Oxleas) and sending me back home! But well done. The service is almost as good as SLaM & Oxleas; certainly surpasses both Kent & Sussex Trusts.
