I recently visited the Apple store at Brent Cross shopping centre and it was the most helpful experience I have ever had in a tech store. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer any question I had and were very patient with me. They explained all the features of the products I was interested in and even showed me how to use them. The store had a great selection of Apple products, from iPhones and iPads to Macs and Apple watches. I was able to try out all the different products and get a feel for them before making any purchase. The store also had a great selection of accessories, such as cases, covers and chargers. The staff were more than happy to help me pick out the right accessories for my device and even gave me some discounts on certain items. The store also had an online presence, so I was able to order products I wanted and have them delivered to my home. The delivery service was very fast and reliable. Overall, I had a great experience at the Apple store at Brent Cross and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for Apple products. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and the selection and prices were great.

I went to the Apple Store in Brent Cross for a Screen Replacement the cost quoted was £280.00 for a IPhone Pro 11. I asked what I would get for the phone if I traded it in and was told £90.00!! I do feel Apple just want customer to keep buying there phones and are not willing to make reasonable cost repairs to any of their products!! The World governments need to do something about this as it is outrageous Apple is just ripping off the customer!! This Company is typical example of bad capitalism no matter how much money they make they just need to make more!!

Went to get a replacement adaptor and cables. These items were in stock. Customer service was good, no complaints. Made our purchase very quickly and spent a short while looking at other products. This store is always filled with customers. The layout and design of this store is so very stylish and sleek. No item out of place here.

Had a great experiance at Apple in Brent Cross, visited for the 1st time after recently purchasing an apple product from John Lewis. JL said they can send it off for repair within 28days or I could try diagnostics at Apple. Went in and they signed me up for support at Genius Bar. Given it’s almost Xmas the place was rammed but said they will try see me in an hour, I got a bell at 45min saying they are nearly ready for me, was seen by Seema 10min ahead of schedule. She was very nice, seemed to know her stuff, went over a few things and within 20min had sorted by watch completely. Brilliant service and very friendly staff who seem to know their stuff (well at least Seema does as she’s the person who served me) thanks everyone at Apple for helping today

Just went and had a genius appointment about a phone problem. Someone named Jasmine helped , she was absolutely fantastic; Efficient , patient, knowledgeable, calm and collected. I am grateful she was there to help as sometimes you go with such frustration and having a compassionate, calm and helpful advisor is really all it takes … when they know going the extra mile to ensure you leave as a happy customer. Thank you to jasmine and the team who assisted her with fixing my phone

Had a really good experience when I first purchased my phone and the sales + tech support staff at Apple Brent Cross were excellent and very helpful. Unfortunately the senior manager Jo is totally incompetent and has made the entire Apple experience terrible. I was told by the staff at the time that I would have no issues to return the iPhone 14 when Apple sent me the 14 Pro Max as they were low on stock at the time - even have the full proof of what I was told. The manager (Jo) decided to go against what I was told by all the staff (despite clear proof) and refused the return without dealing with the actual issue at hand. I ended up being forced to purchase 2 iPhone 14s. Luckily I had a business account with Apple and also proof so the business team and bank will refund me. Overall, Apple really need to hire experienced store managers that can deal with customers professionally and solve actual issues - Jo is certainly not capable of this role and made the entire experience a nightmare..

While visiting the UK, it was time to buy a new MacBook. This location was near my AirBnB so they got my business. Everyone was very helpful (although they were stumped by my question regarding VAT refund - we finally found out that only purchases through a registered business account apply in the UK, not personal purchases; a bummer, but not Apple’s fault). They were fairly fast to help me compared to the last store I visited (Palo Alto) and the staff were very nice. It’s taking me a little while as an American to get used to my UK keyboard but I’ve remapped a few keys to match where my fingers are hard-wired to go (that was a bigger challenge than buying the computer!). The new machine rocks though; recommend.

Apple products are good but the customer service is not good-There is a lack of training, understanding and basic customer service skills. The customer service used to be good but the standards have dropped heavily over the last few years.

Poor service on when we went there. Daughter’s phone had been dropped and run over, wouldn’t turn on. Went to Apple to see if it was repairable mainly for for all the data that was on there as she didn’t have it backed up. First Lady was super helpful and booked us in with a technician and said they’d have a look to see if it was repairable. Waited 30 mins to eventually see a “technician” was super rude and dismissive and just said it wasn’t repairable and would have to get a replacement. My wife took to a tech shop, they opened up and checked the damage and were able to repair it in 15 mins and charged £45 and able to access everything. Lazy “technician” at Apple couldn’t even be bothered to check

No desire to engage with customers, and when I came to repair my phone with a young family I was told that the phone would not be able to be done as we would need to leave the device. This was not explained when we made the booking online… we were given a poor excuse for why this wasn’t stipulated before hand and subsequently left without the repair being done. 2 stars because they do have great products but it’s a shame about their customer service.

A room full of sales staff, but the only member of staff dealing with online orders, spending over 20 minutes explaining to one customer how to use their purchase. Other staff members wouldn't help. Strange choice for customer service.

I don't know why they have a booking system at Apple store for someone to look at my laptop. I still had to wait for 20mins before someone helped us. It wasn't even a weekend. But let it be said they did fix my laptop pretty quickly.

As per requested by an advisor on the phone I paid the Brent Cross store a visit in relation to issues I have been facing with my AirPods Pro earbuds. The experience I had was antonymous with what I experienced from apples phone support. I was checked in with a smile by the young lady at the front that directed me to the back of the store to take a seat. Roughly ten minutes later another friendly young lady by the name of Zaina came to assist me. I explained the purpose of my visit and detailed the issue that I had been facing with my product and how I was told to visit the store as my repair didn’t work and I sought a refund under the consumer rights act. She called her manager over to assist, of which he did in an amicable job at providing me with my desired solution. I had been having technical issues with my device since march and clearly the pair of them could see how upset and disheartened I was by this as they both did a splendid job of making my custom and time feel valued regardless of how ill at ease I may have appeared. I think apples online side have a lot of lessons to be learned from the retail side of the business as I shouldn’t be the one being told to travel to an Apple Store as an AppleCare customer. I wish I could include the names of all of the very friendly and compassionate people that helped me during my visit but other than Zaina, I can’t recall the name of the manager that assisted me or the friendly girl that welcomed me.

We had to wait a while to speak to someone but it was worth the wait. John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very patient and did everything he could to help us when we had an issue with a gift card.

Terrible experience! Went to buy a charger (emergency) at 5:50pm, store closes at 6pm Sunday, security guard shouts at me and says we are closed. Explained legally shop shuts down at 6 and I need to purchase something urgently- he continues shouting at me and gets closer trying to be intimidating as he is massive, thinks that will scare me off. Rude and nasty. Both security guards needs more training as other one was just staring. Disgusting.

Bought a new iPhone 13 online. The camera was scratched, out of the box. I spoke to customer service on the phone. I found the person there a little defensive, rather than apologetic, which would have been more appropriate. Realising that I would have to wait until Monday for a replacement phone, and being desperate for a phone, I decided to go into to my nearest store, Brent Cross. This was not easy because of personal circumstances. The staff there were helpful except for one thing: they would not give me a replacement screen protector. Granted I hadn’t bought it from Apple, but that shouldn’t have made a difference. It would have been a gesture of goodwill, and apology, to replace the screen protector I had bought and placed on my phone before realising that the camera was scratched. This perhaps less a complaint about Brent Cross than it is about Apple, who should not be sending supposedly brand new phones out with obvious physical defects. If a mistake happens they should apologise ands make a gesture of goodwill towards the customer, who has not only had to make a journey into the store (not easy for many people) but has also lost money on a screen protector.

Our experience last week at the Apple Store Brent Cross was memorable and amazing due to our wonderful server the one and only Matt! Matt was so friendly and so helpful and he couldn't seem to do enough for us which is such a nice change. He was very knowledgeable about the products and very polite and the exchange was prompt. We noticed that he even tidied up the shelves while helping us as he went along, maintaining the aesthetic of the Apple Store. I went last week with my mum and my baby sister. If you are looking to go to the Apple store, please go to Brent Cross where cheerful Matt is happy to help. Keep up the good work Matt! 👍

Fuzz! Was our apple assistant that helped us yesterday , we have come across other apple staff in different stores but we were so impressed with his customer care , knowledge of technology, and his kind attitude and mannerism compared to anyone else that we have dealt with he definitely deserves acknowledgement and staff member of the year ! And it’s great to see that there is still some kind considerate people in the world that go over and beyond

Apple Brent Cross, 1 of the most Loveliest Apple Store I’ve been to. Layout of the Store is “Brilliant”, everything is well placed, clean. I really appreciate the way, “Apple Watch Bands” are always displayed out, so I can look at them properly without pressure or having to ask staff to get them out. Not all the Apple Stores have, Apple Watch Bands on “display” which I find very Disappointing and off putting, or you have to ask a member of staff to get them out for you to have a look, which I find abit “Long”. Brent Cross Apple Store - Watch Band display has consistently been 10/10. Thank you : )

I was so shocked by the technical staff (who stand behind the booth) telling me “there is nothing we can do” when we told him today that our iPhone’s calendar function doesn’t work. The staff did not even bother to take a look and try to work on the problem and simply wants to fool us around by saying “there is nothing we can do”! This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable with Apple being such a global brand! Really shameful to have such a rude Apple staff!
