Fantastic place with good food (with American portion) and great environment. They have very cute kids menu which they serve on a guitar shaped plate. Even my 3 year old child loved this place and constantly dancing while eating! The staff were all very friendly and they all seemed to enjoy working there. It was around my 6 years old's birthday, and the staff all gathered around and sang for him, which he loved so much. Quite difficult to get the table at the weekend, so I had to plan quite ahead of time, and I now can see why it is so popular! I would definitely go back!

Very nice place. Extremely friendly and attentive staff that make you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. The food was amazing, really good quality ingredients and very tasty. We had fun walking around after our meal, looking at all the memorabilia on the walls. Would recommend it. It's a great experience.

Absolutely loved it. Fabulous atmosphere, amazing food and welcoming and attentive staff who couldn’t do enough for us. I loved walking around looking at all the memorabilia. If you buy a cocktail, you get the option to buy a glass at a special offer which is a great keepsake. Highly recommend a visit here!

Hard Rock Cafe - Piccadilly Circus I can not fault anything with Hard Rock Cafe. I have visited on multiple occasions and the food has been exquisite on all visits. The food is always cooked to amazing standards that I would expect from Central London restaurants. On this occasion, I went for the nachos for starters. The portion size is defiantly more than enough for two people to share, they were excellent. For the main course I opted for the rack of ribs. They were cooked to perfections as per usual and served with a side of fries. Now onto dessert, the best part. At the time of writing this review, we were offered a free dessert when signing up for emails from Hard Rock Cafe, which we received. The free desserts was a small sundae, which was pleasant. We also ordered the chocolate brownie sundae, which in all honesty is enough for four people to share. It was enormous. The staff around the whole venue are very friendly and attentive, we decided to shop in the gift shop beforehand due to the fact that the table was a fourth five minute wait, which passed by very quickly. Our waitress was very kind and attentive and catered for all our needs. We decided to purchase a drink with a glass and when we left the restaurant section, the gift shop staff were really friendly and straight away showed us what glasses were available. Overall, I would highly recommend visiting Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly Circus branch, definitely better than the Old Park Lane branch.

This is a very popular place with tourist, I'm glad we booked our table. Decor is full of music memorabilia, so we had a walk around while waiting for our meals. The staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs. The meals came from the kitchen pretty quickly. I was impressed with the baby ribs I ordered. The size of them, and taste was impressive. The cost of the meals are reasonable for the location. I didn't like the way they add a service charge to the bill though. Almost £10 for 4 meals and drinks. We didn't pay the service charge but we did tip the waitress £4. I would recommend this place.

Came here on a Friday lunchtime. Not too busy and plenty of seating options available. Good, friendly service from the minute we arrived. One starter of Spicy Prawns and a main course of Salmon Noodles. Nice location of the restaurant under the shop giving an intimate atmosphere especially in the booths. A bit of a wait for the food to arrive, but no great issue as we were in no hurry and enjoying the music and atmosphere. Usual high standard of food and drink which we have become used to from the HRC. 5*

My wife, two children and I, dropped in for a drink and maybe a small snack. Only seats at the bar were available but this was fine. The staff at the bar were busy but friendly. Only a drinks menu was available to us at the bar, so we skipped food. The prices were standard London prices at about £7 a pint. There were a few beer options but not a big ales range. Kids had mocktails of which there were only 3 to choose from. We loved the atmosphere & looking around at all the showbiz memorabilia around the restaurant area. Restaurant was on the basement floor, which we accessed via a large staircase. Not sure if there was a lift for disabled access? We may return in the future to try the food when I will review again with more pictures of the food and confirm if there is a lift!

It's absolutely awesome. Wonderful atmosphere and really felt looked after with food and drink. Due to not being able to have dairy, the manager came out to ensure that I was happy with my food order, and confident. Its unfortunate that there were only 3 choices I could have, and the fries were cooked in the same as the batter, so cross contaminated. The chicken and fresh salad was however more than enough, really well presented and tasty. My 10 Yr old had the kids bacon burger with fries, my husband had adults bacon burger with a side of onion rings. The meals were all tasty and plentiful. We drank an original mojito, hurricane and coke zero. These were ordered in the glasses that you can keep. You collect them from the gift shop after. Safe to say we will definitely be back and the service was awesome. Thank you guys for making a food intolerance sufferer find it that bit easier tonight! 👏😊

First of all, I can say one sentence, "Everything is excellent". Foods, service, and the atmosphere. Sorry, I can't remember his name, the staff. I ate so many foods here, Blue cheese chopped salad, original legendary burger, caramel apple cheese cake, and two cocktails, sleighride sangria and hurricane(I wanted to order this with a glass but it was fragile for long flight). Anyway, They were very good! I will recommend this place to many friends. When I heard the music, I wanted bring my guitar, and play it. So, I'd like to visit again soon with my friends before I go back to South Korea. Thank you very much!

Great friendly service quick and efficient. Good choices on the menu and very clean place. Portion are a reasonable size but only 2 desserts to choose from. Cocktails are very good and not to overpriced. Burgers are juicy and have a good flavour. The Salmon I can recommend.

I've been at this HRC twice and had two slightly different experiences. The first time was excellent, good food and tasty, big portions (that justify the price overall), impeccable service, and the vibe of the place was exciting. The bathrooms were huge and clean (for me, this says a lot for some places). The second time was a bit frustrating. We went after dinner (10 p.m.). They have this weird "policy" that if you want to sit to have a dessert and a drink, you can only do it at the bar because apparently, the tables are for the main course only. That's why I'm giving 3*. You can't sit at a normal table. You need to wait for someone to leave the seat at the bar and if you are a group of 4, it's very hard to find a seat together. Therefore, the wait is very long. Honestly, it was frustrating to wait for that much and see a lot of empty tables. In the end, after constantly asking and pushing and letting them notice that the kitchen was about to close (11 p.m.), they sorted us into 3 stools for 4 people. This is quite unacceptable. Cheesecake was phenomenal at the end, waiting 45 min to squeeze in 3 stools for 4 it wasn't.

It's a Hard Rock Cafe. Expect a good time, food, and drinks. And a price tag to go with it. We just popped in for a quick drink. I will say that the drinks were amazing. Service was good. Ambiance, well, it's a Hard Rock and doesn't let you down. The place was packed and doing a business.

Nice treat for a visit to London. A shop on the ground floor for clothing and souvenirs of your visit with nice and friendly staff. Down in the restaurant, we were lucky enough to catch the end of some live music, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. The food was fantastic with both the Mrs and I really enjoying it. Again, the waiting staff were spot on knowing the menu when we asked for some details on a couple of dishes and cocktails and just being polite and friendly. I know some will say it's a bit expensive, but we would say it's worth it.

We had a little family birthday party at the place. Ordered classic burger, onion rings, kids menu, and the chocolate fudge with birthday candle. The staff is super friendly and our kids loved the ambient. It is loud with rock music, so it is hard to talk. But the music and environment is super energetic! Make sure you order large cup for cocktails as you can take home the glass. The normal size cocktail does not add to the party.

I booked a table here about 2 weeks in advance, when we arrived we were shown to our table straight away. The kids were given a menu and activity pack and the adult menu we had to look at on our phones using a QR code. The food and drinks arrived promptly and was well presented. It all tasted really good and we all finished everything. Whilst there is a really good choice for Mains there are only 2 desserts so I didn't have one but the kids enjoyed their ice cream sundaes which were huge for the price. The restaurant was lovely with great music and the usual outfits of the rich and famous on the walls. The toilets were big, plenty of room and clean. I definitely recommend, make sure to book ahead as it was busy.

Absolutely fantastic place! I am a fan of Hard Rock Cafes and try to visit wherever I am in the world but this was one of the vest I've been to! The atmosphere, the food, the cocktails and the company were all fantastic. The location is ideal in Picadilly Circus and the staff were all fantastic. We booked a table for 9.15 and arrived early, we were seated very quickly (obviously after the obligatory selfie). Service was quick even though the place was packed. Food was amazing, one of the best burgers we've had in a long time!! I would highly reccommend!!

First time here, and it was great. Service from Patel was great, always checking that we had everything and that we were ok. The food was lovely. I recommend the limited edition Messi Burger. Classic rock songs are playing in the background, which is my vibe as I love classic rock. Lots of rock memorabilia is framed on the walls as well.

We had a great experience at the Hard rock cafe in Piccadilly Circus. The atmosphere is of course really nice (if you are passionate about music). The service was great and the food (hamburgers, sandwiches, bruschetta and salads) was really good. The restaurant is downstairs (on the ground floor there is the Hard rock cafe shop) I definitely recommend this place.

Came here last night as a last min dinner idea and wow what a lovely experience! The staff were really great and so friendly with us especially Mr Fran who helped us choose from menu recommendations. The burgers we got were lovely and started great! All the food we got was fresh and timed well… the drinks were just the same as the photos in the menu! Our waiter Me Fran even sorted out my GF a last min birthday desert and got the team involved in wishing her a happy birthday! M The only downfall was when we was served our plates we asked for the side condiments which was forgotten about and had to wait a while for a member of staff to grab these for us…. We also had a quick wonder of the restaurant as there were so many memorabilia’s from celebs which was nice to see! Definitely recommend the Hard Rock Cafe if you’re visiting London!

I am a huge Hard Rock Cafe fan. I go there on every trip. This one has to be one of the best ones I've ever been to. The food was delicious, and the music was great!! Just like you'd expect from any other Hard Rock Cafe. The service was PERFECTION. They messed up our order at first, but then one of the workers (huge shoutout to John!!) Was so generous to help us out in the best way possible. Will definitely be coming back next time I visit London!!

Prices are definitely on the higher end but as a one off treat worth the money as the food was delicious! We arrived pretty early but was accommodated and taken down to the bar to wait and actually managed to get seated 10 mins earlier than our reservation as well. Our server Mariano was an absolute star! He constantly had a smile on his face and was very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for him and I can’t praise him enough for making the evening special for us!

Had an absolutely fantastic time at Hard Rock Cafe. Just everything about our visit was perfect. The size of the portions were plentiful, the atmosphere lively, but above all, the level of service and friendliness were exceptional, which is often lacking in such larger commercial dinning venues. The level of customer service continued to the Rock Shop which we visited when leaving. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a visit here and we’ll definitely be visiting when we return to London in a few weeks time.

The food was delicious, especially the chicken tenders and the service from Dylan was very attentive. The decor was fresh and modern and the atmosphere was great. When having a drink at the bar, the bar staff were very friendly and attentive too. The shop was huge with plenty of souvenir options. Overall, a fantastic place to visit and have something to eat and drink!

Typical Hard Rock Cafe. Likely without booking we have placeto have lunch. It is really in the center, just by walking from National Gallery.. The waiters are so polite and talkative, frendly. They try to make you really comfortable. The vibe of the cafe is really fantastic and nice. You find many products which belongs to famous. The taste of burger is delicious and service is quick. It was great experience. Give one chance to have great time and lunch/dinner.

The food was served quickly and tasted fantastic. The drinks were icy cold and super-refreshing. The atmosphere was lively and fun with some brilliant music playing The decorations were interesting and plentiful. Overall, it was a brilliant experience that I would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Hardrock Cafe in Piccadilly, London, and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the lively atmosphere and the friendly staff. I started my meal with the famous nachos. For my main course, I opted for the chicken sandwich, which was also delicious. But what really stood out to me was the service provided by our waiter, Paul. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He went out of his way to ensure that our dining experience was perfect, and I truly appreciate his efforts. Overall, I had an amazing time, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and lively as always. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal in a great location.

Although this is one of my favourite places, my last visit wasn't my best experience there. The margarita (Rockin' Fresh Rita) was extremely sweet. It tasted like a margarita mix rather than fresh lime juice. Also, it was mostly ice in a small glass and not much of a cocktail. I told the service staff that it was too sweet and asked for something sour as my second drink, but she couldn't really recommend anything. She said they could adjust one of the cocktails with "more sour and less sweet." I had to agree, but the result wasn't pleasant at all. Nachos were good. Their vegetarian burger wasn't so great, I could only eat half of it. The atmosphere and music weren't great either. Hopefully, it was particularly for that night, and I will enjoy it again in the future.

Attended for the Thanksgiving menu with some friends visiting from overseas. We had a table of 9. Our waiter Gabriel was awesome. The main was nice, though Pumpkin pie was too sweet! Also the music was loud ! At the end we got free glasses so grateful for that. I recommend this place, for value Been here before ; I'll be back again.

Attended yesterday afternoon for a hen party. There were 16 of us and we were given the lovely Alex as our host. So attentive, so helpful, so kind! Any request we made, he would always go and check if it were possible. Even with 16 ladies (who had been on the vino) he never faltered and joined in with the happiness. When going on break, he made sure to show his fellow colleague who we all were and introduce us also, which i thought was such a lovely touch. We couldn’t have had a better experience! So thank you guys and thank you Alex! Hope you get to read this one day x

Brilliant cocktails during Happy Hour and beyond. Food was high on quality and quantity. The music and screens are great and the Superstar clothes, instruments and accessories along the walls are fascinating. There was live music on the evening we visited and it was brilliant. We had a great time. Easily accessible and is not aimed at any particular age group. Brilliant place.

The coolest restaurant I have ever been to. The atmosphere is very good and the staff are very friendly. The food is a 10/10 and I would definitely eat there again. (The ribs are delicious and the burgers) It’s full of memorabilia from different singers like John Lennens glasses and outfits owned by Ed sheeren. We went there for a birthday and you get a free desert and they sing to you. I would recommend.

Staff were great, food was tasty and the restaurant was clean, tidy and inviting! For me it was the perfect environment, the music wasn't too loud, prices were reasonable and the staff were so attentive regardless of how busy the place was! Very impressed and will definitely be back!
