Bought
a
Philip
Plein
watch
on
August
22
2022
from
Flannels
in
Spinningfields,
Manchester.
Didn't
use
the
watch
much
but
i
do
like
it.
Maybe
had
it
on
once
a
week
for
nice
occasions.
However
on
August
26
2023
(just
over
a
year
after
purchase)
the
buckle
fell
off.
The
warranty
on
the
watch
is
2
years.
Being
careful
with
all
my
belongings
i
keep
everything
pristine,
including
packaging
and
all
warranty
leaflets.
And
knowing
it
says
2
year
warranty
on
the
leaflet
that
came
with
the
box,
i
expected
to
be
sorted
by
either
Flannels
or
Plein
direct.
Neither
would
help
me.
Flannels
said
the
warranty
with
them
was
12
months,
ignoring
the
24
month
warranty
that
was
printed
in
the
box.
Plein,
just
said
all
returns
go
back
to
the
place
of
purchase,
again
ignoring
the
fact
that
flannels,
who
were
included
on
all
correspondence,
were
clearly
stating
the
return
with
them
had
a
12
months
warranty
and
not
a
24
month
warranty,
which
was
stated
in
the
warranty
form
in
the
box.
So
what
gives?
No
one
was
willing
to
help,
which
i
am
quite
baffled,
frustrated
and
disappointed.
I
would
never
of
expected
this
from
neither
Plein
or
Flannels,
hence
writing
this.
And
surely
i
am
not
the
first
person
ever
to
be
in
this
position.
Basically,
they
are
telling
me
the
24
month
warranty
does
not
exist,
or
they
just
don't
want
to
help
out
a
customer.
I
hope
this
review
can
help
someone
else
not
purchase
from
either
Flannels
or
Plein,
or
just
be
cautious
to
know
that
the
warranty
that
come
with
there
goods
is
non
existent
and
isnt
worth
the
paper
its
printed
on.
