Recently bought a reconditioned running machine from UK Gym equipment ltd. We paid a lot of money for it but when it arrived it exceeded all our expectations, it was literally as good as new. The installation team were fantastic, they made sure it was set up properly & in full working order before leaving which was a very nice surprise as I was initially expecting a kerbside type deliverey. The guys in sales over the phone were helpful & friendly, overall very impressed.

The end-to-end service from UK Gym Equipment is fantastic! I've now dealt with the team on a couple of occasions (for a Gym relocation & trade). On both occasions the team have been great from the outset enquiry right through to the delivery team on the day doing a great and efficient job!

As the late Fred Trueman would have said the service from this firm is UNBELIEVABLE!! From Matt in sales to Ray and Michael in the service department and the delivery team ,the service has been fantastic and nothing was any trouble for them. Unreservedly recommend this firm and and having bought a bike am now after a rowing machine!!

My specialist Pilates equipment is a little out of the ordinary for these guys but I received great customer service and contact from the first enquiry to completion. The booking process was simple and quick. The guys arrived promptly to collect the item and then delivered it without problems. A very polite and efficient team. Spot on!

Uk Gym Equipment have really come through for me. Being disabled and reliant on the gym for Physiotherapy has been a real problem during Covid lockdowns. The only leg exercise machine I have been able to use is a Technogym one. I was able to purchase the same used recumbent bike at a very reasonable price from Uk Gym Equipment. It was delivered and installed this morning by a very friendly team. They even fitted special pedals with heel supports that I had to purchase in order to use the bike better. I want to thank the whole team and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic company! Aftercare service is the best I’ve ever come across. Very professional team, the two men that delivered my treadmill and assembled it were brilliant, I can’t praise them enough. Matt and Ryan are extremely knowledgeable in the fitness equipment industry, they always respond to emails and have helped me with making the right decision when choosing from their excellent array of treadmills, (thank you). I will certainly continue to use UK Gym Ltd, they have the best sales and aftercare ethos.

A really great company to deal with. This will be our third order and part exchange with them. They make the whole process very easy from start to finish, with great prices too. Their delivery/install team are great, so very professional and they took a lot of care moving kit and being aware of our members at all times. They are a real credit to UK Gym Equipment. I purchased a Technogym spin Bike from UK Gym Equipment. The service I received from Matt was excellent, he kept me updated and continued to provide information and links to help fit a console for the bike. The bike arrived on the due date and was delivered right to the required spot. The bike was a Refurbished model and was in perfect condition. I use these bikes everyday in my local gym and this one looked great. It was chain driven as opposed to belt driven bikes that I use, however I really prefer it. Feels more like the real thing and a little harder work. I would highly recommend UK Gym Equipment. Thanks Matt.

Sent our seemingly dead P80 console to UK Gym Equipment after having Precor out to look at it and failing to fix it, declaring it dead. Expecting a full refurb which was what I sent it in for the guy’s checked it over and it fired up, they tested it over 3 days and charged me just 30mins labour and was returned to us in under a week. Suspected loose connection. It’s so nice to have a company you can trust with things like this. Thank you guys.
