A big pub next to Finsbury Park station. The 12 pins is a good welcoming establishment offering a wide range of keg beers and ciders. A fine pub menu too, particularly the chalkboard featuring today's specials. Plenty of empty plates heading back to the kitchen. No cask ales visible. A good place to visit unless you are after real ales. Certainly a lovely place to have a pint and food.

Great pub to watch the rugby. A special mention has to go to the doorman at the end of the NZ IRE game. He spotted some scumbags taking my partners phone and quickly recovered it back without escalating the situation or causing any problems. Returned it promptly and said it’s his job to look after the patrons of the pub. Thank you!

Was visiting the area on vacation from the U.S., Caught the 2nd half of the Arsenal v ManU game in April. Passionate, rowdy crowd. Loved the atmosphere. Great memory.

I went with a group of friends for the first game of the season for Arsenal. After buying a round of drinks I popped out for 10 minutes to get some food an hour before the game. In this 10 minutes the pub suddenly turned to an over 25s and was “full”. The landlady was awful and so were the bouncers. I explained how I just bought a round and all my friends are in the pub but they were being so abrupt and rude, practically pushing me away. They let my friend go in even though he was younger then me (22). Absolutely disgusting and shocking behaviour. Bouncers need to remember they do not have the same authority as the police and should show some respect.

Didn't put a rating for food as I didn't have it. You know what your getting when you walk in, it's a no nonsense boozer with friendly staff and a great selection of drinks. Fairly priced and open pretty late it's got character but I'd avoid on match days if you aren't an Arsenal fan!

A nice pint of Guinness,an excellent value for money lunch combined with an exceptionally friendly woman behind the bar means I will definitely visit again when in the area.

I've been to this pub quite a few times recently mainly because the food is very nice, tasty and there's always a good variety of options. I used to think pub food wasn't particularly nice but this one changed my mind. Plus the atmosphere is great every time we visit. This pub is very spacious and the staff are friendly and efficient. I will definitely visit again.

Very interesting mixed crowd on a weekend evening. Interior is very large but has the old fashioned boozer feel. Plenty of young and old folks, big groups and small groups. Wide selection on tap and service at the bar is speedy.

Homely, friendly and a great Guinness. Match days are a bit rowdy but otherwise it's a down-to-earth lovely pub.

Enjoyed our visit. Lots of screens, nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. Close to transit. Will visit again next time I'm in North London.

The worst Guiness I’ve ever drunk (as can be seen on the photo there are ice crystals in it!?) and I asked to put the commentary on for the darts which a lot of people were watching as they were going to watch it live after and they refused for no good reason

Food i wouldn’t dare try. I reckon, the barmaid servicing me would have preferred reenacting the final moments of Kurt Cobans life as oppose to pulling me a pint. Atmosphere was arsenal fans, read into that as you will. Floor is very sticky, probably the only reason I stayed as long as I did.

Really lovely traditional pub. Great friendly service, they remember your drinks order despite being busy! Good covered area in the beer garden with heaters. Really chilled evening with friends to be had here.

Been coming here regularly since the 90s when it was the Finsbury Park Tavern and Irene is still the landlady. Great atmosphere, great staff, perfect Guinness and super-efficient service even when packed. Best pub in the area.

This place is well worth the visit. Quality food, plenty of entertainment including live music, big screens showing all types of sports & events. Excellent staff. Always haply & bubbly. Beautiful customer service. I'd give this place 10/10 for everything they do.

Pub closed before the 12pm advertised time, been working all day and just wanted a couple of beers before going home.Arrived at 11:15 and ordered a beer , asked the girl behind the bar what time they closed , she replied midnight. I replied great I have time for 2 beers before I go.she said do not worry I will give you a shout for last orders.i I tried to order another beer at 11:40 , the barmaid replied the bar is closed. I said what happened to the last order shout? To which she replied I am not the boss bar is closed. Once again great London hospitality .

The Twelve Pins 📍 263 Seven Sisters Rd, London, N4 2DE 🚇 Finsbury Park ❤️ Standing proud on the Seven Sisters road you will find the Twelve Pins pub. The pub is just a minutes walk away from Finsbury Park station and sits on the busy junction with Blackstock Road. I have been to this boozer many times over the last 30 or so years and it never disappoints. It’s a proper London pub in every way, from its architecture, atmosphere to the clientele. The pub is synonymous with Arsenal fans for a pre or post match pint of which it is very good for but the pub is not a one trick pony. Visit this place anytime and you’ll get to enjoy its oldschool charm, you’ll hear an Irish accent now again and delight in this great pub. 📊 Information correct on visiting 03/02/18

We came here for a drink and started vibing on the music and dancing in our booth. The bouncer came up to us and told us ‘ The owner, she is very rude if she catches you dancing you have to leave, stop dancing or you have to leave’ Amazing place to kill your mood after a World Cup exit.

First time on this pub in many many years. Not my usual venue of choice. I was there for a funeral reception. The staff were lovely and welcoming and the food that was put on was very nice too. It was a pleasant atmosphere and I'm sure i will return in the near future 😊

Very very busy on my day of visit on Sat 11th Sep after Arsenal's home game. BUT, having an extreme bar staff, everyone got served very quickly. How the bar remembers the order, my hats off ti them! Also a massive thumbs up to the customers who queue patiently to be serve. Thank you all!!!

Fantastic pub. The staff are amazingly friendly and attentive. Noreen, ciara, Shannon, Laura, and Gary all brilliant people for a chat and really go out of their way to help. Good few screens for sports, big function room out back, and two outdoor spaces (one covered). Definitely 5/5

Great pub for Arsenal fans to meet before a game or to watch a game. Just been there before and after the Chelsea friendly and had a lovely burger and nachos so highly recommend the food as well. Keep it up and come on you Gooners.

Went in for dina. Very busy and noisy. Barman was lively. Didn't have to wait long for food. Enormous plateful couldn't quite finish. Excellently cooked. Got a great chef there!

If you want a Traditional Irish pub then this is it. Nice Atmosphere, Very friendly staff and good food especially Sunday Roasts, without portion control. Highly recommended, but not on Match days, extremely busy and no Sunday roast on Sunday match days.

Was over for spurs v Southampton. Barmaid was charming. But could not get any food. Don’t serve food until 3? But great pints of Heineken.

Landlady is clearly racist, was sad watching her shame a woman desperate for the toilet who asked to use it. Not sure what happened to the concept of a pub(lic house). Lots more welcoming pubs within short distance
