They had an amazing agent in the lettings team in Zara that did an amzing job for 2 years sadly after she left in 2021 or so and I stayed loyal to the company and what a mistake it was! In simple terms they have a huge turnover in employees so they are completely clueless as to what needs to be done in the property, always late in following-up or responding to issues so you end up spending more time chasing them than managing the property yourself. Furthermore they always find ways to hire the worst and most expensive contractors to repair things in a way it keeps breaking up which somehow is not surprising given they earn a percentage on the repair costs so somehow they have a vested interest in inflating repair bills! In summary worst management service ever... and I haven't even started about their lettings side (They recommended once a family of 4 with only 1 salary of which the rent would eat up 40%!). Avoid at all cost. Irresponsible and amateurs! My experience has been so bad with their Lettings and Management than I will for sure never try their Sales Team!

I formerly gave this branch of Chesterton's 5 stars, but recently I've had the worst possible experience with their sales team. So I feel that a 1 star is justified because if this situation. They were lackluster and extremely bad at communication. When I tried to address the problem, nothing improved, if anything their performance became worse. I would never use their sales team for anything. It's chaulk and cheese compared to their lettings department.

What can I say about Charlie at Chestertons? With his cheeky smile, charm, baby face, and star quality he looks like he's just escaped from the set of a Harry Potter movie! But don't be fooled Charlie has enormous knowledge of his profession well beyond his years. His enthusiasm, energy, optimism and l knowhow are limitless he also possess a Magical type of intuition, and will not take no for an answer. I have to repeat this storey When in a signature race with our property, the buyers legal team suddenly announced that they could not exchange contracts within the given time frame. Nor could the clients surveyor. Charlie found a new surveyor who would be able to get the work done and signed off within 24Hrs on Thursday. Charlie then found a new solicitor who agreed with mine at 16:00 hrs to achieve an exchange .within the evening. By Friday 23:300 an exchange was made with Charlie at the end of the phone with all the parties. Way over and above the call off duty on a holiday weekend.. Now that's what I call magic, and it t may well be a record. Look no further Charlie with his extremely polite and helpful team in Notting Hill delivered an Oscar winning 5 Star performance and result

Provided false information about the property. I had to find a replacement tenant but they claimed agent fees for leaving a tenancy early for each remaining month which is illegal!

Bart Chmielecki, my real estate agent at Chestertons, helped me to go through all the process with my flat and was absolutely amazing and professional across all the steps. I am a fist-time buyer so it was extremely important for me to have his guidance in many matters. Without his continuous support this transaction would not happened I am sure. 5 stars +!

Regrettably, it has come to our attention that our interactions with Chestertons have been less than satisfactory. To be candid, we no longer wish to engage in any form of communication with a party that does not uphold the values of respect and professionalism.

I have only high praise for Iain Begg and his team at Chestertons, Notting Hill for the great work they did when selling my property. Charlie Cunningham Reid dealt with some of the day to day stuff and was always polite and helpful. We had a couple of hitches along the way which Iain guided me through with patience and kindness. Altogether a great experience.

As soon as we moved into our flat there has been headache after headache. Catriona was our letting agent and is fantastic but we’ve been handed off to someone else who is rude and very difficult to get in contact with. Within the first month of living in the flat the hot water and washing machine both broke and someone at Chestertons said I needed to pay to fix it (even though I’d not even used it yet). Again, Catriona is brilliant but everyone else I’m dealing with to sort this out has been a nightmare.

Iain Begg and his team worked hard in difficult circumstances and finally succeeded in selling my flat for a decent price. Throughout Iain was a source of good advice, and his help in clinching the deal was very valuable. They are a professional team and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Terrible. I cannot emphasise enough how dismissive Chesterston has been toward our moving process. They don't reply to our multiple emails and when they do, the answers are inconclusive and no action is taken toward our requests. Although it says in our contract the deposit reimbursement would occur in 10 days after moving out, it has been four months without getting our money back. DO NOT RENT/BUY PROPERTY WITH THEM.

incredibly impressive service, communication and offer handling from Jessica whilst on a rental search.
