One of the better brans and shops at the outlet. Very big and spacious – even at busy periods. If you are looking for trainers and at a good price then this is a must!! You could easily get a very good pair for maybe £30-50 mark. The variety available is also amazing and plenty to look at. Save yourself a lot of money compared to other trainer shops and have a good look around. They also have a good range of clothing and gym attire so for anyone looking for fitness this is a good option again. The queues can be long at some times but mostly it’s always quick in and out.

The best prices on Nike in London with a great selection. (Note: there is a Nike outlet at Kings Cross, which has great deals too, but Wembley has a larger selection and is worth the trip out to Wembley!)

This is an awesome Nike outlet. They have such a huge, fresh stock of shoes for all ages and genders. Good collection of sports wear too. Unfortunately, I have to rate them less, as I was looking for a football jersey, and they didn't have, despite being an official sponsors. Shame!

First visit in years and was pleasantly surprised to see the store has been expanded and is now on 2 floors. What you find there depends on luck, was looking for shoes originally and couldn't find one pair in my size (it's a goldmine for people with tiny feet) however came across some nice clothes and even found some in my size (M). Most shelves are full of S and XS with a few XLs, so again it's down to luck to find something you like in your size. There was a further 50% off promo on most products, so I was really happy with my purchase. Staff is a bit hit and miss, some clearly can't be bothered with customers and even if they're not doing anything just send you to the self checkout to see for yourself if a particular item is on promo, whilst others are helpful and seem to care about helping customers (not everyone likes self service tills anyway)

I visited this store recently and have to say the service is great! My younger brother wanted a pair of running shoes, and store member Ashley assisted us. Ashley is very knowledgable about their products and made sure we were happy with the comfort of the shoes. Amazing customer service, thanks Ashley!

Had to wait in a queue before being let in, but the wait was not long. However, the store nice ambience, good services by the staff, and reasonable pricing were worth the wait.

plenty of male and female options. There are a variety of promotions but they are almost always low on discounts. There are products with 50% like the one in the photo. If you like it, it's worth visiting, but you need to explore. negative point: almost everything needs to ask for price because there is no label!

Very disappointed with the service and the staff carelessness. The prices are not shown properly and you need to go to tge person who holds the scanner each time you want to know the real price and they dont seem to like it? The security personnel is very rude as i bought some shoes and wanted to go back from the upstairs entrance, but the security keep saying the entrance is from downstairs and exit upstairs? While he picks and chose who goes in and out? I like the brand but will never visit wembley branch again .....the O2 one is much better and staff are much mature and responsible.

A good selection at reasonable prices. It's a shame about the staff, no help was given and although we spent over £100 there was not even a thank you come back again. We were the only people in the shop but It was as though they wanted you out so they could restock the shop

Nike outlet but the prices do NOT reflect that... its big but variety not there... they didn't have the new Liverpool kit. Staff in general are good just i hope nike will understand that just putting outlet in the name or factory doesn’t mean we see the prices cheaper. A good collection of trainers available.

Open 10am till 8pm. Good shop if you're into Nike, some great deals to be had.

The best sport shop in outlet Wembley. They always have good prices and quality products.

Great deals but I wonder how cheap the owner is for keeping 2 employees for the 200 people that were in the store. Everything is a mess because the people there are so understaffed it’s actually insane. It really feels like a sweatshop, if only they had more staff maybe everything could be in order and people will buy more items that are easier to find.

Very friendly staff willing to put their time into helping others. There was an elderly couple and the lady wanted different shoes to try on. The staff were more than helpful in bringing and taking shoes back and forth while keeping a smile on their face. A pleasure to see 👍🏻😁

If there is space for zero I would give that!!! I wanted to pay for my shoes going to the return line by mistake the girl was very rude telling me badly not here and was another girl treating me like someone looking for fights ☹️☹️

Good selection in store, but staff were quite rude. One got annoyed that I asked if I could try on a shoe that was on display, another yelled at me for queuing to speak to a staff member instead using the self checkout (I had already paid at the self-checkout, I just needed a bag).

I went at 11am and the changing rooms were not open due to not enough staff available. I come back at 3 and still the changing rooms are not open and there’s an extremely long line to get into the store and these lines are manned by two people who could be opening the changing rooms instead standing there creative a queue abs trying to scam us to buy things without trying them on. it’s unacceptable really and I am not pleased. worst nike store i have ever been to and this was meant to be a good store with good deals. really disappointed 😢

Store is ok and spacious staff were ok not overly helpful I went during the sales I thought the selection wasn't the best and the prices still expensive for a sale and I thought the items laid out wasn't that great to be honest I will go back but I expect better items and more competitive pricing.

Nike know you aren't planning to pay full price here 😅 and they often don't stock the full quality product. Also, the items might be at the outlet store because they're flawed in some way. This could be a great deal for you—if you spot the problem, can fix it, and know you'll still save money in the end also excellent customer service.

They sell old merchandise only. The latest stuff is never ever on sale. Even if there is it is rounded by professional resellers. I have seen people taking 4 - 5 pairs. Like who does that?

Best one in terms of selction. But the girls have way more selction, and colours and ranges of shoes. Boss must be a lady 😂 I'm just hating love women. No sexsim here.... lol

The original Nike outlet here was pretty good, especially in the early days of the London Designer Outlet. Generally more (and better) menswear than women's, but everyone could still find bargains. Since its refit, it is basically a regular, expensive Nike store. Better off looking for bargains on the website that in this store now. It also irks me that the women's clothing has veered so much into fashion "athleisure" wear, rather than proper practical sportswear. Some women actually want clothes to do sports in!!

I love the store! The clothes are great, the price is good for the quality and the staff is super helpful. The person in the cashier helped me a lot to save money and make the most out of the offers.

We had a great experience, as Don has managed to find the last pair of Nikes in my brothers size. And Sofiane, helped us will all 3 of the returns. Both individuals were extremely kind and helpful.

Terrible customer support ever! Staffs busy chatting away at the cashiers and some staff are not even wearing their headphones so no one can identify them as staffs! Plain lazy. Horrible, you ask them for sizes they tell you there it’s the last size left without even checking in the system. Shoes unkept and they be acting real busy heading to the back store so not to be seen. What a complete mess. The management really need to change these retail staffs for good if they don’t wanna lose money lol not kidding

Wouldn't accept a return even though Nike Customer Service said they would. Took the item to Greenwich Nike, who were happy to process and take the item but to do so they needed to call Wembley Nike, who wouldn't answer the phone for over 30mins when they were being called by Greenwich store. They said Wembley were wrong to not take the item.

I had a really bad experience. Shop manager and assistant were not helpful and cooperative. To make things worse, some staff members misbehaved with me. As a customer, it their duty to serve customer with respect and integrity. I felt really bad and the staff members behaviour was unacceptable. When I asked one staff member, have you checked the size of shoes? She told me it’s none of her business. And the way she was talking with me I didn’t like her attitude towards me.
