Travel house are amazing. We have used them several times to book our holidays to South Africa & Australia. They deliver great service at reasonable prices. Their staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, and speedy. Will continue to use them.

Since years that I have been using this travel agent I never experienced this bad customer service. Gordon the staff is not a trustworthy staff. Don't deal with him. I paid for a premium tickets he initially sold me economy until I checked the ticket thoroughly and asked why he said he thought I paid for economy with such amount... economy ticket he must be having a laugh. Then he refunded half for my son's tickets as he couldn't travel due to covid. Same with a friend that u introduced to him her family had to cough out almost £3000 for the cancellation. Beware. I henceforth decided to buy directly from airlines.

What a shame about travel house. Used them for some time in the past and was very happy with them until the last few times I have tried to use them. Refusing refunds, springing price increases after promising prices and rude staff members etc. It seems like they are personally targeting me with bad service now.

I can not express my gratitude and awe enough to Travel House and most importantly, Nigel, for the outstanding service in booking and managing my flights/ticket on my recent journey to Zimbabwe from the UK. I had heard a lot of good reports from various people about how good Travel House is but after experiencing it for myself, it not good but it is outstanding. Nigel found the best possible price for me, talked me through all the information that I needed (amount of baggage, weight of baggage, how to change the ticket if need be, etc.) and reassured me that all would be well - this easy done via phone call and WhatsApp (which is very helpful, convenient and easy). During my stay back home, I had to change my ticket, Nigel was amazing and found me the best possible deal and the lowest price too. At the last minute the airline that I was travelling with changed my ticket, due to fuel issues in SA which made my connections impossible. I contacted Nigel, whilst standing in the airport waiting to check-in, and told him of my dilemma - he got straight to work and sorted the issue out for me. He even contacted me to make sure that I got on the flight without any hitches. Now, that is service! I am so impressed with Travel House (Nigel) that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their flight bookings and I will definitely use them again for mine! I've used this company twice. 1st time was incredible as first time flying far and everything about the booking was great (several years ago). Recent time was one of worst ever. Hence 3 as I cannot do 2.5 to split it. Its a gamble I will never do again after being stranded at airport for 24hrs with poor communication.
